My family and a couple of friends stayed at this wonderful place. Pictures on line did not do it justice. It was absolutely our favorite vacation rental. So many things to do and luxurious accommodations. Will definitely return.

This property was as fabulous as described. The grandchildren had a ball in the gameroom and at the pool. Two minor glitches were dispatched quickly and courteously over the phone. All in all a wonderful experience.

The house was just as advertised…. Spacious and beautiful! Linda went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to stay again next summer. Do yourself and your family a favor and rent this home/castle!!

As others have said...this house is amazing! The evening views of Mt Washington, the access to activities in the area, the well designed kitchen and family areas, and of course, the game room.. The hosts were wonderful! I would absolutely rent again!

Plenty of space. Well appointed. Idyllic setting. Nearly private pool. Easily accommodate five couples or family of 10-12 comfortably. Accessible to many attractions in the area. Recommend Allison Bickford for catered meals. Nice yard. Gazebo view of mountains, including Mt. Washington.

The house was great and very well accommodated for our family over Memorial Day weekend. Would definitely go back if we were in the area hiking again or skiing. Linda was very informative and a great host.

Everything was perfect from the minute we booked until the minute we left. The house was stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were like mini apartments, they had everything we needed, quick responses from Linda and Bill when we needed them. The pinball table and Gazebo was everyone favorite hang out spots! We already can’t wait to go back!

The Grand Victorian was perfect for our small group of adult friends. The house is beautiful and spacious. We were all able to have our own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was excellent for preparing meals together. We really enjoyed having drinks in the parlor. The pinball machine was also lots of fun. The house is located mid way between Wildcat and Attitash and made for a short drive to both. Cross country skiing is also convenient in Jackson. On our next visit we hope to take advantage of the personal chef option, but had to pass this trip due to the pandemic. The owners were gracious and very helpful. We look forward to another visit.

We had a wonderful stay, property beautiful, well equipped, very spacious, plenty of fun for all ages!

The house was amazing! We’ve never stayed at such a huge and magnificent house. One caveat, there was a wild wind and rain storm that knocked the electricity out for 24 hours. There is no generator and toilets don’t flush since the house has well water. We had to search for candles and flashlights. Due to COVID-19 many restaurants and attractions were closed.

Magnificent property! Huge house with plenty of room for our group of 12. Well appointed, kitchen had all the needed cooking equipment and lots of extras like spices and condiments. Location is perfect within walking distance to Jackson loop but feels very secluded and private. Also beautiful mountain views

Our entire family was able to enjoy this house, plenty of room to be together, yet big enough to escape for some quiet time! We will most definitely be returning!

We wanted to hold a perfect celebration weekend to celebrate 25 yrs. of marriage, a 65th birthday and a retirement. This would be for our great friends and had to be just right. We found the Grand Victorian and it looked perfect, and then some! We contacted Top Notch Vacations, the management Co. for details. We were able to see the Grand Victorian and meet the wonderful owners Bill and Linda. WOW!!!! The grand Victorian is just beautiful and in many ways, it is more beautiful than the pictures and the description. It included all the details listed and was immaculate. It has a very well-appointed décor for luxurious comfort and convenience. In addition, there is a great gazebo, nice patio and well kept yard. This is a comfortable place. Top Notch Vacations was excellent to deal with. Professional, responsive, thorough, very nice and patient with our questions. Keith and Danielle were just great!!! The Grand Victorian offers a private chef. We investigated and chose to have Alison Bickford, Chef and Owner of Food on the Table, cater our main celebration dinner and cocktail party at the house and one breakfast. Alison does an outstanding job and a joy to work with from planning through the service. Her creativity, customer focus and attention to detail is terrific. Everything was top quality and excellent Professional service by her and Tiara her assistant. We and our guests were very impressed and enjoyed all aspects of Alison’s food and excellent service. We did have a group dinner at the Red Fox. Red Fox did a wonderful job from planning to service on the evening of our dinner. They were very accommodating. Food was great too. As for activities, many in the group did the COG railway which is a must do in the area and was a good time…the weather was good that day. We all enjoyed walking the grounds of Nestlenook Estate. In case you can’t tell, we had a perfect celebration weekend at the Grand Victorian. We were very very pleased with all aspects of our event and would not hesitate to do a weekend like this again. In fact…maybe we will.

The listing does not do this house justice. The house is great for a group of adults to get together. We had three couples stay there for a week and we plan on coming back next year. One person was a Chef and loved the kitchen. The duel master bedroom are spacious and quiet. Everyone fell in love with the pinball machine and it created a lot of good natured competition. I highly recommend this property if you have several couples who would like to get together visit, hike shop and enjoy a luxurious house.

A big thank you to the owners of this lovely home for furnishing it so beautifully and comfortably, for renting it at a reasonable rate, and for having an attentive company manage the property. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, being able to mix outdoor activities and exploration of the surrounding area with just relaxing and spending time in the home. The layout of the house provided common areas for the whole family to dine and spend time together, but also provided plenty of separate places for smaller groups or individuals to spend time on their own. The game room was a big hit with the kids (big kids, too). The multiple TV/entertainment units were appreciated. We enjoyed the fresh mountain air and the pretty scenery while spending time in the screened-in gazebo and on the patios. The private yet central location of the house gave us quick access to both North Conway (shopping!) and the many hiking trails in the area. The couple of questions/issues we had were quickly addressed by the management company. While the rental cost may seem high, you get what you pay for! If we vacation in this area in the future, we will not think twice about staying here again!

Plenty of room for families to spread out and to get together. Great solarium overlooking Mt. Washington for playing board games, brunch, etc. Located right off Jackson touring trails. Online pictures really do not do this house justice as it is more impressive in person. Excellent kitchen facilities. My only wish is that is cost a little less so we could return more often! But at least you do get what you pay for!

We recently were guests at the Grand Victorian in scenic Jackson NH. The experience was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! We have stayed in Scottish castles and villas in Positano. Our Jackson experience competed with the best. The drive into Mt. Washington Valley and on into Jackson just heightened our expectations for our destination. We were not left wanting. As soon as you open the door into the entry foyer, you know you are in for a treat. The spacious living space is beautifully appointed with antiques and artwork. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and the sleeping accommodations were more than adequate for our 2 family adventure. A game room kept the children entertained with pinball and pool table, and flat screen TV's were scattered throughout the house for the adults. The setting is very private, with views to the Ellis River and Mt. Washington, yet located only 12 minutes from North Conway Village. We especially enjoyed dining at The Red Fox in Jackson, Delaney's Hole in the Wall in North Conway, and the Oxford House in nearby Fryeburg Maine. The owners of the Grand Victorian were very accommodating and we have already planned to return.

Located in Jackson NH, this is the high end of the vacationing experience. The mansion is amazingly decorated with high quality furnishings with an aesthetic pleasure rarely found in vacation homes. This was not just thrown together. The 2 main bedrooms offer an amazing view of Mt. Washington, it was with great pleasure that we could wake up and the first thing we saw was Mt. Washington. With the decks off of the bedrooms the view is even better! The deck is a great way to enjoy your morning coffee or to end the day with a night cap. There is full kitchen and dining area, a living room and recreation room with a pool table for family or group get togethers. For those who wish to stay in their rooms, each offers a small cook top and refrigerator, for those slow mornings. The mansion is located in the Nestlenook Resort and includes access to the pool, hot tub and grounds. This awesome location offers walking/hiking/cross country skiing trails that tie into the other major resort trails, so you won’t run out of new trails to explore, ever! Traffic and weather can often be the down side of your vacation, not here! You can walk to Jackson and have shopping and dining right around the corner, from sandwiches to a dining experience not soon to be forgotten. If you are looking for the extra special stay, this is it.

We were impressed by the elegance and comfort of our stay at the Victorian Manor in Jackon! The house sits on the top of a hill accessed through the Nestlenook property, providing both a convienent location and welcome isolation from the bustling vaction crowds. Upon arrival, we were able to watch the July 4th Jackson fireworks from the bottom of the old driveway without having to fight the crowds. The house itself is stunningly decorated and it is clear that the owners take great pride in its upkeep. It is divided into several sections, making it ideal for groups of people traveling together or a family reunion (which was our occasion). However, the downstairs left suite also has a very large kitchen, den area, and breakfast nook which was perfect for socializing as a whole group. In additon, the upstairs game room inspired several games of pool and pinball, and the whole house music system was a nice touch. The view from both the breakfast nook and the upstairs bedrooms is gorgeous! My family has been vacationing in New Hampshire for many years now, and with our expanding family size this manor will likely become our new go-to place. Highly recommended!
