The host was not there, but we were welcomed by his mom, she was exceptionally polite, smiling and welcoming. The accommodation had everything we needed; it had enough space and it was a calm environment. The location was great and we could make use of some great bikes to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Lovely clean modern apartment with great views . Comfy beds and little extras such as juice/ water in fridge . Was great to have use of an outdoor pool.. It was a good 20 minute walk down to the beach , Links to bus that goes between Trogir and Split 15 min walk . Thank you Nikola and your brother who greeted us when we arrived early 😀

it’s a really good place to stay! We spent one night there before our flight, the house is located near the airport. But I wouldn’t mind to stay longer. Beautiful, well organized and cosy room. There is everything you need. I was pleasantly surprised that in the basement there is even a pool table, and many other things to play. But unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it. Beach in 15-20 minutes walk, but also you can use the bicycle! And for all this additional facilities you don have to pay any single money. Pool is small but enough to get fresh and swim a little. Near the pool is barbecue place. I would like specifically thank the owner’s mother, she met us at the bus stop and took us to the place, and next day at 7:30 in the morning she picked us up and dropped to the airport!

Superb apartment in Kastela, in the middle of the way from Split to Trogir. The apartment was completely new, very comfortable and with all the gadgets you may need. The apartment is in a small building where the owners live and rent several apartaments. That buiding has a shared room that is a dream for teenagers. It has a huge TV, a console (Play Station 5 !!!!), a driving kit for the console, a pool (billard), a dart game and a large table. The building also has a swiming pool, a barbacue, a dining table, some sofas, etc. Everything you may imagine. Although the building has 3 apartments rented, there was no noise and no disturbs.

Highly recommend, no complaints. Just returned from a 5 night stay at these fabulous apartments. We were a group of ten ladies ranging in age from 16 to 74, and rented two apartments. Nikola and his family who run the apartments were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home for our short stay. We were brought fresh, homegrown fruit and vegetables which were delicious and enjoyed by all. The apartments are extremely modern, exceptionally clean and have all the facilities that we needed. They also checked in on us throughout our stay, through WhatsApp, to make sure we were completely comfortable. The coffee machine and cold water dispenser were an added bonus. The gym and games room in the basement were both used and the pool is great for relaxing by and cooling down. There is a lovely bakery and small shop in close proximity. Then a Tommy supermarket, restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk down to the promenade, which the owners offered to drive us to when we found it too hot. For our final day Nikola organised a boat trip with his friend for us to visit the Blue Caves and surrounding islands. I must say it was the highlight of our stay, the most incredible day we’ve had as a family. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!

Location in Kastela, 20 minutes from Split. The apartment is very nice, very clean and very comfortable. The pool area is small to share between several apartments, but it is very good for swimming. It also has barbecue and terrace. The hosts behaved very well and helped us in everything, Nikola has been charming.

Our apartment was on the third floor, despite having air conditioning, at night it was hot in the rooms.

The area was safe and peaceful. Apartment was really clean and the owner was friendly and kind and served us a drive to the airport. There was also bikes (mtb) to use for free. Very nice.

really friendly host Nikola picked us up from airport, gave us lots of helpful information about local buses and his lovely mum Ivana dropped us back. excellent communication from them before and throughout if we needed anything. The apartment is beautiful, immaculate and so well equipped. Lovely pool area, pool towels, terrace, full kitchen, coffee machine, everything you would need. Lovely little bars and restaurants in Kastel Stari. Bus easy to Split and Trogir and we did a day trip to Krka.

the location is on a main road so if the doors are open it is a bit noisy, but we didn;t mind the 15 min walk down to the town and beach.

Absolutely loved everything. I cannot fault them on anything at all. I normally don’t write reviews but this was was definitely needed. The apartment was beautiful, with stunning views and everything you could possibly need! There is a lounge area downstairs where you’ll find a washing machine, a little gym, sofa, tv, pool table, dining table and even darts! The swimming pool was beautiful and everything was so so clean! Our hosts were exceptional and we honestly cannot thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us. It was our first time staying in Croatia and they have been so helpful from telling us where we could get groceries, to telling us what activities we could do for cheap! I misplaced my glasses and thought I might’ve left it there and they all collectively tried looking for it even after we flew back home and told us not to panic and if they find it, they’ll even mail it back to me. Thank you is not enough! Absolutely loved my stay here!

Modern, comfortable and super clean apartment, it was perfect for four of us. Nikola was a nice host, smiling and helpful, it was pity that we only had one night there.

This was the best apartment I’ve ever been in. Everything exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend it, the hosts were friendly, provided snacks and some drinks. Their hospitality is unmatched.

Host is very friendly! We got picked up at the airport and they even drove u back at our last day. Everyone there is so nice, friendly and helpful. Can recommend it very much!

This was a great stay! Perfectly appointed accommodation, extremely clean and has absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Nikola was a fantastic host, fast to communicate with and trying hard to make us feel welcome and confortable at his place Sea view was beautiful and the coffee machine a nice touch. I fully recommend this apartment and would return if I'm in the Split region again.

The only point that wasn't perfect in this stay is the location of the apartment. Its right next to a busy road and it is quite noisy. Windows are of good quality and keep most of the noise out but it could be an issue for those with a light sleep

Everything was amazing, the host family is incredible, they are so kind and friendly, they helped us with anything from finding the apartment when stranded by an Uber driver to giving us recommendations. They were flexible when we arrived early and on arrival gave us drinks and food - loveliest people!! The apartment was beautiful and very clean and the pool was very nice too! Could not recommend more!

How welcoming Nikola and his family were. Easy to find from airport, lovely pool, nice views! Lovely walk into the centre of Kastela.
