Our second stay in this wonderful, place, thanks to Victor the owner for his hospitality. Great access to the beach, pool, and other amenities. Apartment It is clean and cozy and has a great overall location. Quiet and relaxing environment.

My family of four had a wonderful stay. Luis had great communication beginning before the trip. The condo is in a quiet gated community away from the hustle and bustle. You have to drive to restaurants, but there are many choices within a few miles. It was clean when we arrived and reminded me of staying at my parents or grandparents home. The best part is that the beach is only steps away! I liked being on the ground floor it made coming and going so much easter.

A very quiet property near the beach in gated condo community. Nice location and accessible by car to a number of local restaurants and to the El Yunque entrance. Hosts left a nice welcome gift and were very communicative.

The condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable and short walk to beautiful beach.it really had everything we needed. Grounds, beach and pool were very well maintained. Perfect for couples or families. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Victor welcomed us upon arrival. A welcome wine, cheese and crackers basket, coffee and condiments, along with local information was very nice. Apartment was very clean with everything we needed and then some. The grounds are well taken care of. The beautiful natural sand beach and ocean are only foot steps away from the apartment. Short drives to decent restaurants and groceries. We would definitely recommend this as a great PR place to stay. The little roadside stand about a 1/2 mile from the apartment past Richies restaurant had the best chicken, pork kabobs (Pinchos ? ) and are highly recommended for a nice lunch. They sell out by 4pm most days.

Beautiful beachfront property. About a 1 minute walk to the sand. Very clean updated apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our host Victor was available by phone/text to answer any questions. Nice local restaurants, grocery and liquor stores just a short drive. The beach is reef protected so the waves are minimal and the water is very refreshing. Quiet and relaxing.

Everything was super. Apartment was very well equipped with all that is needed. Host was excellent. Was responsive & checked we had everything we needed without been disruptive to our vacation time. We had an excellent time & definitely will like to come back. Location of the appartment was superb.

A nice secluded stay for a family of 4
We stayed at the apartment for 4 days and it was pleasant and calm. We really enjoyed the stay and Victor was always available at a text. The kitchen area was bit old, we missed that from the photos, but we were able to cook some breakfast and lunch. That was not at all an issue as the property was just what we were expecting. After every day trip we were able to get some good time at beach

Lovely beach side retreat
My husband, 9 year old daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. The condo is lovely, perfect for a family getaway, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, with a lovely patio to sit on in the evenings. The condo is in a secure gated community and most of the others there appeared to be Puerto Rican families. But the best thing was the beach! A really nice swimmable and walkable beach steps from your door. The condo is also well located to the unique attractions of the area- El Yunque, Fajardo and kayaking in the bio luminescent bay, and the ferry to Culebra and Vieques. Finally the host was incredibly communicative and welcoming, even providing welcome snacks and wine. Really cannot say nicer things about this place.

Great beachside condo
Perfect place for families, a couple or two couples. Amazing communication and super thoughtful host. Wine, cheese, salami, chocolate, bottled water and local coffees waiting for us on arrival. So unexpected and thoughtful! I travel for a living and often stay in 5 star hotels and Victor's place rivals even the highest rated hotels. I highly recommend this fully furnished condo steps from the beach and pool.

Amazing location!
The location of the apartment could not be beat! With it being a ground floor apartment, once you walk outside to the patio and look to your left, you will see the palm trees and beautiful blue ocean! What's even better, is that it will take you about a minute to walk to the beach which was always pretty quiet, and stretched for a long way. We never felt the need to find another beach because this one was so perfect. For the apartment itself, everything was comfortable (beds, AC, cleanliness, etc) and absolutely met our expectations and needs. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Our family would recommend this apartment for your PR vacation and would stay again in the future.

The apartment was ready one hour before check-in. The host was very nice and notify ahead of time the incentive. The environment was very nice. The area is safe and secured. The beach was magnificent and in general the experience was very good. My family and I had a great time.

Best Vacation ever
Simply paradise on earth. Steps from the beach, easy access to apartment. Great neighbors. Owner is an amazing host. We were received with a basket containing wine, chocolates, portorrican coffee. The two royal ms have ac. Near all restaurants, bakery and supermarket. Gas station near by. The perfect stay.

Fantastic Beach Fun!
We had a great stay at Victor and Dora's condo at the beach in Las Picuas! The condo was clean, comfortable and we felt so welcomed. The Casa Del Mar complex is not super fancy but great - my boys loved the pool but once we got to the beach, we never wanted to leave. Gorgeous! Great for swimming, walking or running, and digging in the sand. We felt like we had it almost to ourselves and it was totally relaxing! The location of this condo in Rio Grande is fantastic, too - right at the entrance to El Yunque and an easy drive into Old San Juan and to the snorkeling and kayaking in Fajardo! I am highly recommending this place to anyone who wants to explore PR! Thank you for a great stay!!

We so enjoyed staying at this lovely and very clean apartment in Casa Del Mar II. The location right on the ocean was gorgeous. The owners were great to work with and surprised us with a thoughtful food and drink basket. We would highly recommend staying there.

Very nice spot!
We stayed for 7 nights, it was a wonderful stay for a family with school age kids. Very close to the beach and pool. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to cook in the unit. Victor was very responsive to any questions or if we needed something. The beach is lovely and very quiet and seems to stretch on forever. Great for a restful get a away but close enough to good places to eat and planning adventures as well.

Relax family weekend
El apartamento está muy bien localizado, a pasos de la playa, muy bien cuidado, y lo pasamos súper. Le di 4 estrellas por que el aire acondicionado de la habitación master no funcionó y tuvimos inconvenientes con la programación del cable TV. Cosas que pueden pasar, pero tengo que decir que Víctor fue muy atento e hizo todo lo que tuvo a su alcance para ayudarnos. Muy buen host! Definitivamente consideramos regresar!!!

Beautiful Place
The owner Victor was awesome. The place had everything you needed plus more. The location is excellent. We were only 75 feet from the gorgeous ocean that had plenty of shade and sun. Any questions that I had were answer very quickly from the owner. Victor gave us some excellent choices to have lunch and dinner at. Would love to go back again!

Relax at the waters edge!
The property is immaculate and the grounds are beautifully manicured. The 2 bedroom condo is tastefully decorated and perfect for 4 people. The balcony is not private as described but very nice. That's the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Great oceanfront property!
We spent 3 lovely nights at this condo on the beach. Very nicely decorated and my family of four slept very comfortably. There are two roomy bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other a queen - and each BR has an AC unit, which adequately cools the entire space when the doors are left open. Our host left a nice wine and cheese basket, which was an unexpected plus. Parking is very convenient, just outside the unit. The beach is a short 50 foot walk from the unit, and the pool is close by as well (with a hot tub.) The location is great for excursions to the El Yunque National Rainforest, and to the beach town of Luquillo. We also spent time in Fajardo (highly recommend La Estacion Restaurant.)
