Location at the main road which is on one hand fine, on the other, one can hear traffic through the night. The possibility to use owner's kitchen.

Room was just as described, in very peaceful area. there was everything I needed. host is very knowledgeable and kind, made me feel comfortable and welcome. got lots of tips around sightseeing. I only spent a night but would recommend the place and will certainly be back myself again.

Thank you for your warm hospitality, you've been so kind from the beginning to the end¡ So much that you reminded me of my father in Bulgaria! (: No one gave us a welcome drink and breakfast during our trip in croatia but you. But this was not the best. The best was YOU, the loving way you treat your customers and the lovely place you owe. Simply a dream <3

Great location for nearby hiking trips. There is plenty of spacious parking and it's quite easy to find the property. It's also very close to the center of Vrlika. The house has everything you need, comfy clean beds, super hot water after a long day's hike, the kitchen is well equipped. Drazen is a lovely host, we had a great time chatting with him. We will definitely come to hike in that region again and we would love to stay here again. Towels and linen are provided. Each room as a small electric heater for colder nights which came very handy. The best feature of our room was the terrace with an absolute amazing view of the mountain Dinara. Also, the city of Vrlika blew our minds, I definitely recommend walking in the old city center and visiting the old fortress.

Dragan is the hospitality in person, paired with the beautiful landscape, the pearl of a city Vrlika and the beautiful springs around everybody has to go here.

The host is lovely and it's a very peaceful location. Note that there isn't any WiFi here, so if you are remote working the closest WiFi place is a drive away in town, also it is shared bathroom facilities.

Quiet and peaceful countryside location. Close to landmarks, lake and the eye of the earth. Mr. Drago was exceptionally welcoming and went extra mile to make our stay pleasant.

Absolutely perfect for our hike up to Dinara. Amazing location, it’s like a hidden gem. Views were amazing and our host was just brilliant, he really couldn’t do anymore. It was like staying round our grandads house. The local villages have plenty of shops, and good access routes to all of Croatia. Very quiet area, and the sun was right on our balcony so it warmed up very quickly. if you need somewhere to stay for Dinara and the mountain areas, then this is the one to choose. Thank you for a very memorable stay. all the best!!!

Comfortable room, quiet area, nice views, great host. Shower head was large, and working, which is a rarity in the Balkans. Only stayed one night as we were just passing through, but would have been nice to stay longer. Plenty of parking space. Lots of bike trails in the area that cover the cetinje springs. Hopefully return at some point to explore more.

Good place to stay in for a hike in the Dinara mountains. The host was very pleasant and welcoming.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend the place for the stay in Autumn or Winter. It gets quite cold in the night, and the only heating available was a small electric heater - definitely not enough to heat up the room.

This was the best host in Croatia and probably in my whole trip through the Balkans. He offered me coffee in the morning, provided great tips about places to visit in the region and was generally very friendly. The place was also great, very clean and spacious. I recommend this place to everyone, 10/10.

We stayed here when climbing Dinara. It's generally in a rather remote area with little tourism (which was also what we were looking for after the busy places at the coast). It's fine for a brief stay. Nice host.

The host went out of his way to make us comfortable. Especially with the complementary coffee in the morning. He was extremely helpful and enjoyable even though we didn’t share the same language. His little dog Sara guarded the property in a way many big dogs could never.

Great welcome from Drago. He's friendly, helpful and proactive to suggest you possible points of interest (for example the Varlika region's points of interest). The suggestion to drive around the lake nearby turned out to be a great surprise!
The room was big and clean with a very comfortable bed.
I'd be happy to spend someday there again.
I can't say if it's a downside but it could turn out to be a little far away from usual routes and destinations. I was just passing by after visiting Cetina spring and for me it was perfect. Very good for relaxing and chilling out 1 or 2 days but if you're looking for nightlife...welll...not exactly the choice.
