We came to Breckenridge for a wedding, location was central to every event we attended. Parking was nice, everything was as listed and very handy. Would recommend

This place was perfect for our vacation. My husband is a paraplegic and able to fit thru doorways. Very clean and owner was helpful in his communication. Nice clean handicap bathrooms with showers across hallway. We had 4 adults. Nice patio area. Price was great for this area. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Tyson's condo. It is in a quiet neighborhood outside of Breck proper. Going to either Breck or Frisco is easy. The unit is well-supplied with everything you need for your stay. Tyson is a responsive host and answers questions promptly. Highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

The condo was nice. Easy to get to. The TV was not very comfortable to watch, beings as though it was up so high.
We could hear the neighbor above walking constantly at all hours of the night. It made it hard to sleep.
We liked the security measures put in place with having to put a code in to get in the building and into the condo.

Loved the property itself. Everything you need, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy to find and easy to Access.The neighbors were loud above us and had a dog, which we thought was not allowed tho.

Honestly, I went back and forth on how I should rate and review my experience. Overall it wasn't horrible. My husband and I booked this place last week and was unable to stay the whole time due to weather (which is no one's fault).
The place was okay... when we were on our way we were informed that the thermostat was not working but there were heaters available to keep us warm. We got there and the place was clean, but hardly any lights worked... the switches were weird and sometimes turned lights on and other times didn't. We did contact the property manager about the problems and he was very kind and helpful.
Overall, it was not a bad place. I just don't think I would stay there again.

Really have nothing bad to say, or negative. We wish the fireplace worked (says it’s inoperable) but other than that, really cute place in Breckenridge. Close proximity to so many places.

We have been staying at Hightland Greens for decades. We love the convenient location between Breckenridge & Frisco and the radiant heat. This unit was clean, comfortable and quiet and a nice place to return to after a hard day of skiing. The owner/rep contacted us first to let us know that the unit was available earlier than the 4pm checkin. Tyson was easy to reach with questions about the complex and the area. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We stayed a long weekend, we found the place to be clean and the management company was very quick to respond to questions/concerns. I will note for future stays be aware the TV is very small and the furniture isn't very comfortable. The place is well kept with lots of extra things on site (phone chargers, fans, etc) that are useful but the place is worn (carpet, bedding, etc). The view isn't as good as the pictures lead you to believe. It was right for the price but we went in the off season so I share this honest review so others are aware.

This little condo had EVERYTHING we needed. Well stocked and comfortable. The bathroom across the hall is a plus if you have more than one couple!

Really enjoyed the location and Breckenridge during the summer. The location was nice being a short drive to town. We spent our days hiking and in town and it was nice to come back and rest.

My wife and I had a great stay here for a summer getaway. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and easy access. Nice location for visiting Breck, Keystone and other scenic areas. We would gladly stay here again.

Went up expecting 1-2' snow, experienced wonderful weather with mix of clouds and sun. Spent a day exploring the mountain passes as far as we could drive: Mosquito Pass, Kite Lake, etc. I used to think Steamboat was the most beautiful area in Colorado, but Breckenridge has taken that place!!
Very nice little patio with nice big gas grill, close access to hot tubs.
We really liked to no-contact checkin and the keycode approach to the door locks. It's safe, easy and we appreciate how easy it was to get in.

I thought the property was cute. I also thought the bed in bedroom was a king size. Was disappointed it wasn't. I have a handicap child and there was limited handicap parking. It was always full when we arrived and it was hard to move her though the parking lot. The inside of the complex had a strong odor of paint thinner. We had to use an air mattress which gave us very limited space to hang out. When I went to bathe my daughter the tub had dirty water in it. At that point we decided to cut the trip short. We left a day early. I felt the condo was nice, and the owner as well. This particular property did not meet the needs for my family who has more health compromised needs.

Perfect location for our trip. Able to commute easily to the town of Breck and great launching spot for hiking outdoors. The place was just as listed, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed and I would recommend to stay.

This place was just what we needed. It is situated right between Frisco and Breck. Easy highway access. Small place, but was clean and fully furnished.

Cozy Breck Stay
This condo was in a great location surrounded by beautiful scenery. The condo is quiet and probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. We stayed there with our preschooler and enjoyed the amount of space to play and gather in the living room and even surrounding area. We felt very well taken care of here and would love to come back.

Excellent place for a getaway
The condo was perfect for me as I took my first vacation since 2018. It was outside downtown Breckenridge, which made for a quiet, peaceful stay. Everything I needed was provided and very clean. Communication with Tyson was simple and quick. I was able to check-in early as Tyson sent a text saying all was ready when I arrived. Highly recommend for single travelers or a couple would be comfy here as well.
