We stayed here for a few days and it was the perfect oasis in West Hollywood. The place is as it appears in the photos, and we really enjoyed using the courtyard. Michael was very hospitable and friendly and made sure we were all set. You have your own entrance and lots of privacy. There's lots within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back!

Michael was a great host. He was very communicative about the entire check in process and any questions I had leading up to our stay. The property was very cute and looked just like the photos. I would highly recommend this listing as a great place to stay when visiting LA.

Location was perfect. The lemon tree was really cool. It was clean and filled with lots of amenities. Owner was nice. Would recommend.

Everything about this little place was perfect. Host friendly and communicative. Cleanest room I have ever stayed in with everything we needed. The Lemon tree and flowers were the perfect added touch. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

I absolutely loved this spot. Michael was the most amazing communicator ever before and during my stay. He was attentive, helpful, and always available. The room was spotless. It is one bedroom looking out on a lovely patio. I can't wait to stay here again!

We could not have been more pleased with this property, the host, and his awesome dog, whom he was gracious enough to share with us!
The room was scrupulously clean, well equipped, private, and centrally located, and the parking was free and easily accessible (which was great, as we were able to walk to many nearby locations).
Our host was extremely friendly and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied. I definitely recommend this property and we will be sure to return.

Michael was an excellent host pointing out local spots that were not typically noted tourist attractions. The property was clean and private. The mini fridge and microwave made it easy to story needed food during our trip. This location was a safe, clean residential neighborhood just a short walk to Melrose Ave as well as The Grove and Farmer's Market. Parking was easy to find right in front of the house.

We loved everything about Michael's Spanish style home and rental. We especially liked his folksy through the window greeting and the private outdoor area for the suite. Anything similar in a commercial property would have been $100s more per night. Thank you so much, Michael!

This was the perfect central location for restaurants, Hollywood, The Grove, etc. Parking was included, which is a plus in this area. The host was wonderful and attentive. The place was spotless and loved the private patio. Plan to stay again on my next trip out there.

We absolutely loved staying at Michael’s property! The neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet, while still being a very short walk to cafe’s, shops, bars, etc. The room is nice for two people, and the bed is extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the private outdoor patio area, we had brunch there almost everyday before heading out to explore LA. Thanks Michael, we hope to return!

This place is spotless, no detail left unattended, beautiful patio, and ultimate privacy if you require it. Michael is an amazing host and went out of his way to make sure my stay was absolutely awesome. Very good neighborhood and also a very safe and secure location.

This was a great spot. We spent three nights, it’s a block from many restaurants and shops. Michael was great at communicating. He let us check in early and the room was clean and the area was quiet. Thanks for letting us rent your guesthouse. It was a perfect spot for us.

The place is super cosy and has absolutely everything you could need! We loved having the patio to eat breakfast and lie in the sun. Nice neighbourhood and the location was central to everything we wanted to do (meaning things were walking distance or a reasonable Uber ride away). Michael was a great host and accommodating when we needed somewhere to keep our luggage after checkout.
Would definitely stay here again if we came back to LA!

Michael was a great host, very responsive to questions and even able to accommodate a special request. The place was small, but had enough space for our 3 suitcases and walking space. Overall, very clean and had everything we needed for a couple days stay in LA. Best part was the fresh lemon tree outside and everything was either walkable or a short uber (the grove, santa monica pier, hiking trails, hollywood walk, universal studios). Would recommend and would stay again :)

This hidden gem, just a block south of Melrose, was a cozy retreat during our stay in LA. The location was central to everything we did and and an easy 30 minutes from LAX. The neighborhood was safe and parking was a breeze. Our host Michael greeted us at arrival and bid us farewell when we left. During the week, he was prompt in response to questions and requests. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely book again and refer our friends!!

We have stayed at this West Hollywood oasis multiple times now and it has always exceeded our expectations. The central location close to many attractions can’t be beat. Michael is a wonderful host who always ensures we have everything we need. The patio area is the perfect place to enjoy a drink under the lemon tree. We will be back!

Location can't be beat. It's in the middle of everything. We made the decision not to have a car and we were happy with our choice. With our itinerary, taking Ubers was much more convenient. The place itself is very clean. It had everything we needed ... a small fridge and some outdoor space. It's tucked away and quiet, so after a long day, it was the perfect place to come back to. Communication with Michael was fantastic. Check-in was a breeze and Michael was there if you needed him, or out of sight if you didn't. Truly a great stay.

We spend 10 days and felt very comfortable and at home.
Even though the room is not big, you find all what you need and is very practical. We will return for sure!

It was pretty perfect. I would have liked a little bit more of a kitchen just so I could make breakfast, but I managed. All my other meals were out. The garden/patio was wonderful even if I didn't use it much because of the chill. I loved looking at it and the privacy of it. No question I would stay here again or recommend it to others. And michael was terrific.

Excellent location for us and very friendly. Our only concern was the comfort of the bed and we were told the mattress was being replaced so we will definitely return.

The location suited 2 adults perfectly, the room is clean and spacious with a small fridge and coffee maker. The bed and linens are top-notch. There was plenty of off-street parking on a safe residential street just off fast-paced Melrose, and plenty of walkable food options nearby. Michael was the perfect host, offering thorough and prompt communication. I also really enjoyed relaxing in the charmingly serene patio with a lemon tree. My husband and I hope to return here when we visit our son who lives nearby.

The little private patio sets this rental apart from a casual motel-style accommodation. It was perfectly located for our visit to West Hollywood. We are glad we did not have to deal with driving or parking, though. It seemed that our friends constantly worried about where to park, all over town! LOL

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and so well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was clean with plenty of storage for toiletries and nice, fluffy towels. The bed was comfortable and linens soft. The courtyard was a beautiful outdoor space to hang out and relax and the fresh lemons were such a great touch. We were close to so many great restaurants and attractions and found it to be an ideal home base for getting all around LA. I wouldn’t change a thing. Thanks so much for providing such a comfortable space!

An absolute blast staying here, host does a wonderful job of communication before, during and checking out. Greeted us both on check in and check out, was very responsive and the place is wonderful. Perfectly located to all things, no more than 20-30 min drive to everything we did (Venice Beach, Dodgers, Hollywood sign, studios), we had a car and parking was perfect but don’t necessarily have to have one. We Ubered about 50% of our stay. If we come back to LA would 100% stay here - perfect couple getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely with a beautiful patio. Cleaning was excellent, great amenities and you can find all that you need. Michael is a great host; we have really appreciated informal and quick communication with him. He was always available to give us promptly useful tips and reccomendations. The house position is good, in a safe area and there is free parking in front of the house.
We really suggest this accommodation for your stay in LA!!

The location was perfect and Michael was great. My daughter and I felt safe coming in after dark and leaving early for sunrise. The room was clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here.
