Beautiful home where our family spent the last week of Summer 2024. Favorite spot was screened in porch, what a great place to wind down in the evening. Also a short walk to Skaket Beach was great as well.

This property accommodated 3 to 9 people during our weekly stay in Orleans, Ma. Two living rooms, four bedrooms, and two enclosed porches allowed privacy for all. The dining room fit 9 people comfortably. One enclosed porch which allows for 13 people to sit comfortably, was our central gathering point. Upon arrival the house was thoroughly cleaned and spotless. The location is a great, plus as the beach is within walking distance for younger people but our over 75-year-old crowd (3 people) drove the 5 minutes to enjoy especially the low tide. This house is a gem. We even found a new restaurant in Orleans. It is Homeport Restaurant, low prices and great home cooking. Respectfully, Jim Jacewicz Marlborough, Ct

Great house with multiple spaces to "hang out" for extended family with young adults and kids, with bedrooms spread out for privacy. Large, well equipped kitchen, and large dining table for sharing meals together. Loved that it was walking distance to Skaket Beach and easy access to the rail trial. The outdoor shower was great!

House was perfect for 7 Adults and 1 Child. I would definitely rent here again, we loved the back porch for gathering together for all our meals and games. All A/C's kept everyone cool, beds were comfortable, and loved the outdoor shower w/great water pressure. The walk to the beach is 15 minutes and we suggest walking the streets to Skaket beach and not using the path shown. Walk time is the same but not as easy of a walk especially with beach gear and the beach at the end not as nice. Only slight disappointment was the yard for us as last year we had nice green grass. The lawn here was rough and patchy but large for a 2yr old to work out his energy. All and all a great stay in a lovely home, area, and the entire rental process. Thank You, The Gallant Family

The house worked beautifully for my family’s annual beach getaway—-roomy and comfortable, plus an easy walk to the beach.

The house had plenty of room with 2 livingrooms, and 2 sun screened in porches. We sat on the porch every night, it was relaxing and peaceful (with the children using the other porch). The AC units cooled the entire house. It was a great house! The only drawback was the smell coming from the upstairs carpets.

This house met all our expectations, plus more. It is the gem of the Skaket Beach area.

Modern clean house on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.
