The house was well stocked, very clean, and breathtaking when you first enter. Huge windows overlook the lake. Being near the dam, you get the undercurrent water from Lake Travis, which seems to be cooler and more pleasant than most of Lake Travis in the summer.

My friends and I and another amazing stay at this Location! The owner was very responsive and accommodating! Check in check out was easy and will absolutely be rebooking this location! Amazing views and plenty of room for everyone!

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous home with her two teenage grandkids and a six and a four-year-old grandkid, as we were visiting our son who works in San Antonio. Everything was immaculate. The views were outstanding!! The communication with Katie was superb. I’m not big on do overs for trips, but this is definitely a do over! Thank you for everything. Caveat: getting to the boat landing is adventurous and requires excellent motor skills… but worth the trip down.

No complaints about our stay! Restaurants, grocery stores, ect were easily accessible. Great location on the lake with numerous of different activities to do close by. The host great to work with! Would definitely stay again

First let me say, Katie was so accommodating to all of our needs and very reachable! She was super friendly! The home was spectacular !! You can see the lake from all parts of the home. The views are impeccable, the home is super clean, and very updated interior ! It's a quick walk down to the docks where there are paddle boards to use and noodles. We all could jump right inn and it was amazing ! The location is also close to all things in town. Great all around!

From the moment we booked the property, Katie was an amazing host: communicative, friendly, and very organized. The check-in process was extremely easy, and Katie communicated with the cleaners to ensure we could check in as soon as they were through. The view when you walk in the house is unbeatable. We stayed there for a weekend and utilized the dock, incredible bunk room, and and kitchen equipped with everything you need! The house is also very close to The Oasis--a 10/10 spot for a big group. My family and I absolutely loved staying at Katie’s home. Katie was super responsive when we had any questions or concerns. My family and I had a boat for the weekend so the dock was great to have. We also used their paddle boards they had on the docks and that was a lot of fun. It was definitely a hike going up and down to the dock but manageable. The house looked more spacious in person and the lakefront view was breathtaking. I would love to stay here again next time my family and I travel to lake Travis. Definitely worth it!

The house and location was absolutely gorgeous! The bunk bed room was super convenient, plenty of space and every bed had access to outlets on their level. Check in/out was a smooth process, would absolutely recommend this place again!

Excellent property! I’m always nervous if the property is as advertised. This is a beautiful lake house with great amenities and a boat dock. It’s also about 25-30 minutes away from the Austin city center which is a huge incentive for us. The property owners were also responsive to questions as well as accommodating. Loved the lake! Loved Austin! We’ll be back!

This rental property lived up to all of its expectations... and more!! The house was easy to access and there is enough parking for 4 or 5 cars up front. The view is amazing both from inside the house and out on the patio. We enjoyed jumping off the dock, floating in the lake, hanging out in the hot tub and catching the sunrise and sunset. The property was clean and so comfortable! Katie, the host, made communication so easy! She answered all of my questions and provided amazing food recommendations. Truly a 5 star experience. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was exactly as the listing stated. The house was impeccably clean. The view was incredible. My husband was so impressed with how well stocked everything was (kitchen, spices, laundry soap, hand soap, toilet paper, etc)...that he mentioned it to me! My husband never notices anything like this! After reading the reviews on the property, I did have questions for the host. I was worried about steps for my 82 year old mother (could she navigate it ok?). Katie went above and beyond and took pictures of everything for me. I was also worried about parking and the driveway...Katie was honest with me, and we took our F-150 and our BMW M4 convertible. Both navigated that just fine...no issues at all! If you want an excellent caring host, a property that is so peaceful and quiet with knockout views, yet close enough to enjoy all Austin has to offer, this is a great place to be. All I can say is I will be back! Katie, my most sincere appreciation for all you did in advance of our stay AND for being a wonderful host who really does the right things to make the stay memorable!

This was a really great place - the listing does not do it justice. The views are incredible and the house is fully stocked. It was really great and thorough communication throughout. I will definitely stay here again! A few things to note: parking in an out of the place is a bit tricky since it is downhill, I suggest utilizing the parking at the top of the house (by the recycling bins). Also, the stairs leading down to the dock are A LOT and pretty steep. All in all I loved this place - plenty of towels and kitchen utensils and everything was in great order. The communication and views is definitely what makes this a great listing
