Location was convenient to Lee and Lenox, MA
Shower was filthy with a stained shower curtain, dirty tub and black stained grout. We actually decided to continue our drive home rather than stay in this hotel room. Bare bones room and decor. Room smelled musty and there was only a small window unit A/C.

The price was decent. The owner responded to my email regarding my leaving within a few hours.
The property was unattended. There was debris under the bed. I couldn’t get the tv to work. The mattress was old and supported by plywood. The stopper in the tub didn’t work. The armchair was shredded. The walls and rug were worn and stained. No cups or sugar with the coffee and the creamer was opened.

We wanted to get reasonably close to Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow, and used the room only to sleep in. We wanted a motel set up , so the walking was limiited. We wanted a clean room.This was all that, and it was not costly.
We did not expect a lot of extras for what we paid. However it was missing some basics.There was no hot water, and it appeared that there was no on site staff. It felt like an air b and b not a motel in that sense.

Good basic classic motel. Nothing fancy, but clean and a decent place to stay. No check in or check out needed, key was in the room.
