The pros: great proximity to the beach, very easy to walk to and from your room to the beach. The cons: as other reviewers have stated, this unit is dirty. It could use a very deep cleaning. I stayed here previously in September 2022 and I found live cockroaches. Same thing on this most recent trip- every single day we found either a dead cockroach, or a live cockroach. I think they were coming up through a hole in the base of the toilet where there should’ve been a screw (guest bathroom). We finally plugged the hole with toilet paper hoping for no more roaches. Also, in the guest bathroom, the shower and/or toilet smelled of sewer gas very badly. To the point that i could not sleep in the bedroom bc the smell kept me awake. For the amount of money spent (over $600 per night), these should not be problems to deal with.

The pans were in bad shape, the garbage can lid was broken, the laundry baskets were broken, and we had to do a lot of cleaning when we arrived. But my wife is a clean freak. An example was dirty placemats on the table. Sinks were not clean in the bathrooms or kitchen and one shower had mold in the corners. Other little annoying things, were the clock on the wall had a dead battery and mismatched wine glasses, plates, and coffee cups. We went and bought a cheese grater and wine opener and a few other utensils we just left there. A bigger issue for me was the pillowcases were too small for the pillows, so part of the pillow would stick out. A couple of hundred people probably have used the pillow, so that was unpleasant. For the price they charge per week, the place could use a little love. All that being said.... We are going again next year. We LOVE the location and life on Long Boat. The beach is very quiet and the location was peaceful. No large or loud parties anywhere close. Sean at the office was very helpful and friendly. We found a restaurant on the north end of the island. Mar Vista. It is a must-see awesome food and atmosphere. Salarnos Pizza was good too. Get the garlic knots. You will love the sunsets, they are beautiful and right out your door.

Superbly located near the beach, yet fairly private. Nice and roomy, kitchen functional, the lanai large and relaxing.

The location is also great. We dined out a few times, rented jet skis and floated in the calm water. Got lots of sun in first half of the day, shopped in the afternoon. It was wonderful being with my family. The only disappointing thing was the patio had been removed. There was always a nice patio, you could put a table on and have dinner. Unfortunately, it was unappealing to even sit out with my morning coffee. The two chairs provided were sitting in front of the door on an area about 24 inches wide. After that, your feet were in the grass. I asked what happened to patio, but got a few stupid answers. None of which made since. I know, I need to let it go!!! Other wise, it is a fantastic unit.

Overall, nice place. Office staff were very kind and helpful.

The condo was located on a semi private beach. Nicely appointed condo with decent views of the gulf over the mangrove bushes. One level was a plus. We will be back one day.

Perfect location to relax. Quiet area and beach is not crowded. Many restaurants/shopping nearby. Plenty of space in condo for 4 adults. Management was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit is vintage style Florida and adorable. The resort supervisor was super friendly and attentive. Maybe request a deeper house cleaning as a suggestion. Thank you and we will be back..
