Each area has it's own heater, so keeping the rooms at an appropriately comfortable temperature was very easy.The location is extremely convenient- steps away from River Run Lodge, and short walk or drive to shops and restaurants in Ketchum. Wood River Trail is adjacent to the property, easy for running or cross country skiing.

Excellent accommodations, (including pet friendly). unbeatable location. Great place for hiking, walking, biking, Sun Valley music festival concerts, and proximity to downtown Ketchum. A place to return to for another visit to this area.

Great location. You couldn’t be closer to River run and it’s an easy walk into town. This is a nice older condo, very comfortable and clean.

The location near the River Run lifts is convenient and the one-bedroom unit was large with a full kitchen and dining area. This particular unit is scheduled to be remodeled in the spring and is overdue, especially the tvs. Only other immediate improvement would be to have a few more items in the kitchen (e.g., cutting board, hot pads, and sharper knives). Management is attentive and guests are friendly. Our first choice of a place to stay in Sun Valley.

This property is a great value for those skiing Sun Valley's main ski area, Bald Mountain. It is just a 3-minute walk to lift, and the on-site owner operator runs a sleigh to the lifts as well. The property is clean and well-appointed and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property for a ski vacation in Sun Valley.

The location is unbelievable with the lifts a very short walk (or ski) and a snowmobile shuttle at the end of the day. This is a fantastic family-friendly, dog-friendly location. Had a wonderful stay. Location next to the river is beautiful.. We borrowed e-bikes from a local friend and rode the bike trail adjacent to the property for miles and miles through the gorgeous fall trees. You can fish in the river so bring your gear. We will return for skiing.

Awesome location in Ketchum. Walking distance to everything. Unit was dated but clean. Nothing fancy but we will return with our pooch.

Great property and stellar location. Fireplace in living room and hot tub in the courtyard were nice extras and the bed was quite comfortable.

My wife and I spent Labor Day weekend here, and had a great stay. You have a great view of Bald Mountain. This is a great jumping off point for all Ketchum/Sun Valley adventures. An easy walk or short drive to downtown Ketchum. The unit does not have AC, but that wasn’t an issue since it got cool enough at night that you didn’t need it to be comfortable. The hot tub on property was great after long hikes. Would totally stay here again for our next trip out this way.

Great location & comfortable.

Only steps from both a paved trail and unpaved trail and both are perfect for walking with your dog or biking. Also located within walking distance to downtown Ketchum. But like many Ketchum rentals it does not have air conditioning.

The unit was just as photo depicted. Clean and had everything we needed. The area between the buildings needs to be spruced up.

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was great! Close to trails, lodge, and downtown! Loved having our fur babies to enjoy this trip with us! Thank you!

Amazing maintenance during huge storm meant we were safe, and the location was still convenient. Despite the snow we could still walk to the lifts, not have to dig out our car or wait for the shuttle. On top of that we came back from the slopes to find our car cleared of snow so we could drive to dinner.
