Staff were great - very friendly and hospitable, especially Mary (the owner?), who was really helpful with messages and directions and making sure we had everything, including organizing taxis when we needed them. 5* for service! Room was fine, an OK size, very clean, one bed was a little creaky and the view was overlooking the back of other buildings, but the location was very convenient, and the place felt very secure. Great for an affordable stay in Rome.

It was fine, but in case travellers are not part of couple, the shower in our room wasn't behind a door in the bathroom, but off the hallway to the room. Fine for us, but might be a consideration for some people who would prefer complete privacy when showering.

i couldn't fault the hotel from when i booked it till i left. when i booked the hotel i got contacted by the owner mary who could not do enuf for us weather asking if we needed an early check in /out which in my case was both we got the mid day and room was already ready for us. the room was great very clean no faults from me or my friend who was in another room every day mary contacted us to see if we wanted our room cleaned. the hotel itself is in the middle of rome with main attractions just 15-30 min walk away 10 min walk to nearest metro station. the hotel only has 10 rooms we had 2 rooms both to a high standerd when we return to rome we know where we will be staying again 10/10

Mary from the reception was very professional and. nice. Delightful service. The room was very clean(!!!) And look exactly like the picture. Nice price. Nice Bar Cafe and restaurant in the area.

Mary was so so helpful and kind throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel felt safe and secure and was in a nice quiet area. The hotel is modern and the facilities are good such as the smart tv with netflix which was nice to be able to use in the evenings (we came early January so cold nights).

The room was very very warm considering the time of year and I’m not sure the air con was working at all in our room. Also, our room did not look like the pictures (we had an inside facing room and there was no exposed stone in our room), however it was still cosy and comfortable but also slightly disappointing given the lovely pictures of what we presumed every room would look like. The hotel is also quite far out from some of the main sights so we ended up using Uber quite a bit.

beautifully located and nice (if compact) rooms! attentive and responsive service (though not 27 hrs). Mary was super kind and accommodating in many ways!

Mary was excellent and the location was just what we were looking for.

The room size is a bit tight, could use a few more hangers (4 were supplied), the shower tiles could use a scrubbing. They were not moldy but just needs to be cleaner.

Clean room , good facilities welcoming attentive staff. Location 30 mins walk to nearest attractions. Quiet area good for sleep

the most amazing and kind staff at the reception desk I have ever came across, very helpful and considerate! rooms were clean, spacious enough, bed was very comfortable. there was no problem with check in or earlier check out. highly recommend :)
