The location was ideal - near to the tram. The room was well-equipped as described.

The air conditioning did not work in the room. We had to ask three times to get an iron. The swimming pool was disgusting looking.

breakfast starts at 8:45 on Sunday and holidays? we start our day early and had to wait way too long. the pool and showers wer not super clean the gym was also not so clean and had almost no weight equipment

Rooms have enough space. Enough kitchenware. Comfortable bed and pillows. Big TV. Plenty of home appliances. Close to tram station. Cleanliness of the rooms were acceptable. We had breakfast only one morning, but we found it satisfying.

Heating in the first room that we stayed 4 nights did not work any of the 4 nights. Asked the reception every single morning to have someone to fix it, but they could not. Or maybe did not bother to. Finally, after the fourth night, we were told that we could move to another room and also offered a free breakfast, in compensation. The sink in the bathroom of the first room was clogged. I notified the reception and they were able to fix it: the next day. After we moved to the second room, we had the same problem. Apparently, the housekeeping does not check the sinks at all, run some water, after cleaning. Bed in the first room had some big stains on it, visible through the sheet. My wife felt better after I turned upside down the matress. Would be nice to have a toilet paper holder, a soap dish, a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. in the bathroom. Hallways on two different floors were absolutely dirty. There is only one single elevator with cracked floor tiles. Reception hours tight, and you can't find anybody after 8 p.m. I knew that. BUT; I still wasn't prepared for the situation when one night our single room card (because they only give one, I recommend to all to ask for a second/spare card) did not open the door and we were left standing in panic outside our room. There are phone numbers posted at several spots that you can call when you are in an emergency like this, and it wasn't too late an hour, but it was a cause for frustration when one of the numbers did not answer at all, and the other I could only leave a message and had to wait some uncomfortable time for someone to call me back and react and solve the problem. If I called an emergency number I would expect prompt human response, otherwise why call it emergency number, right?

the gym is nice, you can workout easily there. the room is bigger than other french hotels. i like the low light option at the bathroom when you wake up in the middle of the night.

The place was reachable and having your own kitchen was handy. There's also a supermarket nearby.

When we came into the room, the floor was dirty. There was somebody else's hair on the ground and it was sticky. I had to clean myself before feeling comfortable. Towels should be changed way more frequently. They weren't changed at all during out three night stay.

The accommodation is easily reachable by tram or bus from central station and using same transportation you can reach city center in 15-20 mins. The area is nice and felt safe, carrefour and other stores nearby within max 5 mins walk. We had a studio with bedroom and Livingroom with a couch. Bed was comfy, couch was decent, bathroom very big and clean. Kitchenette was clean and well equipped. We also had extra blankets, pillows, vacuum, iron+board. Could use for free pool, gym, sauna, but we didn't so cannot comment on that. All in all a good place for the value.

Couch and carpet had some stains, so they could invest in cleaning them and also fixing the couch that was a bit broken. It was a little too warm inside, especially at night, and even though we tried, we couldn't set the heat lower or close it. We visited in October, but it was around 20 degrees outside so there was no need for heating for us.

we couch, that was planend to be the bed for two kids had to be prepared by ourselves. the stuff rolf as that this is part of their policies - we didn’t find that sentence in our information at all.

Excellent price for Strasbourg, very Close to tram station, small kitchen with many appliances, iron and table included.

The room was clean and the location is close to tram station.

Disorganized and stressful check-in and check-out process. Check in only from 5 to 7 which is quite strange for a hotel. It was quite embarrassing to arrive tired from a long journey and wait 45 minutes in line for check-in. Same goes for check out, even though we paid everything in advance we waited in line for more than half an hour to check out.

slow check-in parking remote control was not working and a lot of time (about 2 hours) was wasted by changing the controls and none of them were working finally we could get to the parking after another guest. This also happened for other guests who checked in at the same time as us (27.05.2022, 5:00 p.m). The receptionist lady told us that she will bring us a working control later so that we can get out of the parking but this didn’t happen. We tried our best to understand them and said to us that some days could be an unlucky day, so we went to the city center by foot that night, which was a bit scary at night in the hotel’s neighbourhood. But what made the story WORST was that we told the receptionist that we want to checkout early in the morning to skip the traffic jam, she said we are here at 8 a.m. but nobody was there then. We waited until 9:10 and nobody showed up. We were just lucky that another guest also wanted to checkout so we just followed her and could get out of the parking. This was really UNACCEPTABLE! Also, the elevator was not working properly and was making strange noises so as we didn’t want to get stuck like our car we had to take stairs each time…

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. Also it was right next to tram station.

The reception staff wasn‘t really friendly, especially the lady. She seemed a bit confused and didn‘t seem like she wanted to talk to us. They had no parking, even tough that was stated on the booking.

the price was fair, the room was comfortable enough. the location was good, close enough to the city center, very accessible with public transportation

the private parking hadn’t a well indicated entrance, we struggled to find where to park before getting the key to the private parking. the stuff was friendly but they lacked knowledge about the property itself. the receptionist wasn’t able to understand basic French in a French Hotel. and they blocked the price of the room for an additional night for guarantee in case we broke something in the room, when this is not mentioned anywhere on their Booking.com page, neither emailed in advance.

The pool! Great staff and very comfortable beds. Clean, effective Wifi. Well equipped kitchen, great shower, but needed shelf in bathroom. Secure, safe and not far from supermarket. A 10 minute tram ride to town. Tram stop very close by.

Nowhere to put items in bathroom: add shelving! Checkin times not always convenient, but luggage storage kindly offered.

It seems like a good place for a longer stay even though I'd not recommend it for just a night or two.

It's rather bare even for the price, with no light or plug by the bed or no hooks in the bathroom for instance. And the check-in and out process is not great for a short stay (having to call ahead the same day for check-in, spelling out my email address while in the train, and facing a member of staff in the am who seemed completely bewildered as to why a guest would be presenting them with a room key at 8am...)
