the property was clean, comfortable family suite, wonderful breakfast, beautiful views!

Service was second to none, we arrived a lot later than expected & Antonio and his team had the kitchen prep up for our reception with a three course meal of quality Italian traditional delights. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful building, grounds and surrounding area! Easter lunch was terrific as was breakfast. Nicolle was very friendly

The pool is beautiful and the rooms were big - it's a very beautiful building. The breakfast was great.

We had dinner there which we felt could have been a bit better for the price.

Total relaxation in beautifully restored house and grounds, everything of very high quality and looked after impeccably. Warm welcome from Fernando who speaks excellent English, thank you . Loved our room, view from the window below, drinks by the pool, the gorgeous trees and plants and pots around the grounds. Breakfast ( included) was a wonderful spread of fruits, juices, cornetto (croissants), breads, yoghurts, jams, cakes, tarts, tea, coffee etc served outside in a shaded seating area seen lit up in the night time photo below. Dinner was served outside too offering up to 3 courses of freshly prepared seasonal food with wine if wanted, (everything was itemised on the bill which works well) we had freshly made pasta with truffle found locally and in season for around July only, divine! Also a delightful medley of 4 antipasto dishes including an aubergine tower topped with cheese all homemade, no photos of the food we were too focussed on eating it! A half hour drive from Termoli on the coast which has beaches and sea view charm, see 2 photos below. The room and bathroom, the comfortable bed, the furniture, the air con and the views from the windows were all exceptional!

We had a great stay. Delicious breakfasts and lovely grounds. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.

You can’t get it more Italian than here.. The hosts spoke only Italian (we didn’t see them all, so there probably will me English speaking people as well), the guest were only Italian, the food was extremely good and Italian! We only stayed for one night, but it is a true recommendation: I can imagine in summer the cool mountain breeze can cool you off as well as the two pools..

The WiFi wasn’t working, but we didn’t even check it or needed it or asked for it to be put on, but you won’t be needing it here!
