Perfect for our yearly boys fishing trip , all the little snacks, coffee maker and stuff they left for us were a nice touch too !

We have family and Lake City. So we were not at the cabin very often. Pretty much just to sleep, but it was a very nice place.

This is the perfect place to crash after a long day on the lake. It is clean and has all the amenities you will need. Close to grocery stores and the lake.

Definitely a nice place. Very accommodating communication with property manager. I would definitely stay again. Only 1 knock and it is a very small one. It would be very tough to sleep 6 as the max occupancy says. There would be no place to move. But a very comfortable stay for our small group.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was really a great place to get away from busy life schedule we have in Florida. Mark and Donna were really helpful on letting us know about how to work everything in the cabin. Will definitely come back

We would definitely stay again! It was the perfect size for us, it was very clean and smelled good! The bathroom towels and bed linens were very nice and soft, not the typical hard hotel linens. We were looking for accommodations close to a boat launch, and this was perfect!

Cabin is tastefully decorated as an "Up North" retreat. Managers were in touch before check-in during and afterwards. We had to call management because the key pad quit working but with a quick phone call, it was very easily reset. There were extra bathroom amenities like shower gels, shampoo's etc., you are free to use. On the kitchen table was a decent assortment of snacks to eat. There was a Keurig machine with plenty of different coffees to sample. We used the outdoor fire pit one evening, and that was fun for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows. The bed were clean and comfy. Wall AC units in all the rooms kept the place plenty cool. Would certainly recommend this cabin to friends and family!

Rental location was easy to find. In close proximity to DNR boat launch, since we brought our boat. Excellent selection of spots to eat out. Property manager was very helpful and easy to contact. An enjoyable sysy.

The personalized experience of renting this cabin was incredible. Every convenience was provided, including a welcoming phone call to explain details like using the AC units and the televisions. A basket of snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen, and essential toiletries were in the bathroom in case they were needed. The check-in process was very easy and we were just able to relax and enjoy. This is the perfect location for exploring, either more locally in the lake area or to other areas like Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Frankenmuth and points more northward. Our family had a truly wonderful time and would highly recommend renting!

Cozy cabin style rental with many useful amenities provided. Great location for local food and shops. Right next to DNR lake access. Property management is friendly and great for communication.

Was very happy with the cabin. It should be noted yhat we couldn’t see out of back of cabin. Therefore you couldn’t see the lake which is about a block away.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The location is conveniant to hiking trails, water activities, shopping and sight seeing!

We had a great time at the cabin for our short romantic getaway. The cabin was clean and cozy. We spent the day fishing in Higgins Lake, eating out at the Limberlost, and relaxing! We will definitely be back!

From the pictures on the website it “looks” pretty much the same. But the cleaning of the cabin is minimal at best. The window in the kitchen was full of dead bugs had to keep blinds closed. The bathroom towels smelled like smoke. This is suppose to be a nonsmoking cabin. Called contact person she offered to bring more towels but we found others that did not smell-that we still had to hang outside. The owner left sparkling juice to welcome us which was nice but there was broken wine glass. The fire pit was not cleaned out from the last visitors. And we were to take out all trash which we did and the trash container was completely full before we even tried to shove ours into it. The refrigerator leaked twice. It stopped leaking on its own. Our contact person would call us back. Donna told us she would put issues on a list and tell owner. When we were checking out I sent her a last email told her I wanted the manager to call me. She said okay. He has not. I’ve stayed in quite a few VRBOs this did not meet our expectations. We will not stay at his properties or be recommending this place.

Cute cabin. Donna was very responsive and helpful. The bathroom towels were super soft and smelled great. Perfect house for just me and my husband. We will stay there again next time we are in town.

This was a last minute trip booked 5 days before we arrived. Super quick response with check in information. Cabin was perfect for a little weekend get away. Lots of detail put into making the stay as comfortable as possible. From the cleaning supplies left to everything you need for a fire in the fireplace. Thank you again for a all around great experience.
