Our group loved the waterfall - it is a roaring waterfall and right in the backyard. We spent hours looking at it and listening to its relaxing sounds over the weekend. The house is spacious - has a nice great room and kitchen area for everyone to hang out. We also made good use of the grill and hot tub.

Another amazing stay! I had stayed here several years ago and fell in love with the home and the property it's on. Every detail is considered at this property. It was wonderful to return with friends years later to see all of the wonderful upgrades that have been done. Beautiful bathrooms, a half basketball court, a really fun tiki bar, amazing outdoor stone firepit and a hot tub with a view to die for. I didn't think this property could get away better, but it did. The owner is meticulous and is so easy to communicate with. He made our stay a breeze! We had an amazing weekend hanging out and relaxing in front of the two beautiful fireplaces. Nobody wanted to leave. We will definitely be back again! If you are on the fence about renting this property, don't be. Its an experience you won't soon forget.

First of all, the photos of the waterfall don't do it justice...It's WAY bigger in real life and it's literally in the back yard. You can hear the relaxing sound of the falls from anywhere outside, as well as indoors as long as the windows are open. There are also 3 outdoor pools on the property to keep the kids entertained. One of which has a bar, for the adults. The house was clean an modern and with 3 levels, there is plenty of space for everyone.

What an amazing weekend! My husband and I stayed with 3 other couples and had the best time! The house is beyond beautiful and the sounds and sights of the falls in the background just added to this incredible property. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for sitting around, cooking, eating and enjoying cocktails all weekend. The pool table and video games were so much fun at night. In the afternoon, we enjoyed sitting by the firepit and making smores. The owner was amazing and immediately addressed any questions or concerns we had. Do not hesitate to stay at this property. You will not regret it. We are already planning on when we can get there again!

We were five female cousins. Checked in on a Friday afternoon. The home was very cozy, open floor plan. The sound of the falls directly behind the home was soothing and calming. There are three full bathrooms, one on each floor, bedrooms throughout, lots of space for everyone to lounge and relax. The next day, we took a short drive to Bushkill Falls and enjoyed the outdoors together. Overall, our girls trip was five stars. We have already discussed, coming back with our spouses and families.

Best place to relax with a big group.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our adult children and there were 7 of us. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy but also spend lots of time together. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the huge island is awesome. Unique house with cool features. Host was very responsive the whole time and when the hot tub breaker blew the maintenance manager came right over to fix. Bathrooms are beautiful and we had fun with the pool table and arcade games. The outdoor furniture needs upgrading but we ended up inside anyways due to rainy weekend. Still enjoyed the beautiful view of an amazing waterfall and were visited by a few deer!

Renting this property from Carlo was hands-down, the best experience our group has ever had!! I don’t even know where to begin in explaining how incredible the entire experience was. Working with Carlo was such a breeze. He was extremely accommodating and made the entire process seamless easy and fun. When we first showed up to the property, we were absolutely floored by how incredible everything about the house was. It’s absolutely stunning in every way! It’s perfectly nestled on a beautiful hill that has a waterfall running through it, it’s absolutely majestic walking around the property, especially the backyard! I promise you the pictures in the listing do absolutely no justice and only captures 1% of just how beautiful and breathtaking the surrounding nature is. Then there’s the house, it’s tremendous and more than accommodating for large groups. Everything is extremely modern, clean and perfectly decorated. There is tons of activities inside the house that will keep your group entertained for days on end! There is so many community amenities surrounding but to be honest, our group had way too much fun just using the amenities inside the house !! The jacuzzi was a big hit, it’s huge and in a perfect location for taking in views! The fire pit is also in a perfect location. I can go on and on about how perfect the entire week was for our group and how happy we were with everything about this home and the way Carlo treated us. Best trip ever!!! Thanks Carlo!

A great stay for the entire family, really nice view of the falls behind the house. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, and an additional nice touch with the arcade games and video game consoles in the basement. Great fireplace setup and patio space, too. Felt very homey and one of our most unique vacation experiences!

An excellent stay for families or friends, with breathtaking views of the waterfall from the rear yard. The house is perfectly set up for families with children or young adults. Multiple entertainment systems within the home as well as a hot tub provide something for everyone

What a fabulous President's Day weekend! We were a group of 10 (6 adults & 4 teenagers). There was space for everyone- and our 4 boys barely left the lower level!! Carlo, the owner, was helpful from booking, check in, our stay and check out. He quickly responded whenever we had a question. The house is beautiful and perfect for a our group. Each room was up to date and clean. We loved the big red couch, the state of the art kitchen and the beautiful bathrooms. We've already discussed when we want to return!!!

Really enjoyed our stay

My wife and I wanted to get away to relax for a while. This house is great. There is a deck on the side where you can watch and listen to the waterfall. Very relaxing Jacuzzi/hot tub was perfect. We even played pool and video games. House is very clean beds are comfortable. We had a great experience, we had a minor situation with our car and Carlo went above and beyond helping us out overall it’s a great house great location great amenities close to everything you need my wife and I have rented houses before and Carlo by far and his house are the best we’ve been to once again thank you Carlo you are the best!

Staying at this house was an amazing experience for my family and I. Not only did it comfortably fit my entire family, it also had all the required amenities and many more games and activities to keep us all occupied for hours. The house is extremely well cared for and updated, and the view of the waterfalls from the house are breathtaking. The owner of the house was kind, caring, and answered any question on a moments notice. On the plus side for those who enjoy winter activities, it is relatively close distance to Shawnee Mountain for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. We spent New Years Eve in the comfort of this house and made memories that will last for a lifetime surrounded by our entire family. I highly recommend booking this home at its earliest availability!

Just returned from a 5 day stay with my family. It was wonderful to spend time together for the holiday in a beautiful home with tons of space and amenities for everyone to enjoy. Game room and hot tub were especially big hits! The host was very responsive and flexible. Overall great experience!

We have stayed at several houses in this area and this house is by far the best. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The multi level house with windows everywhere is magnificent. Having your own waterfall right in the backyard is incredible. The house had modern amenities and was super clean. Kitchen had everything. Carlo was a wonderful host. Delivered everything he promised and more. Will definitely rent again.

We love Carlo! We love the poconos! By far the best experience we’ve had booking a quick getaway. We highly recommend booking your stay for much longer than a weekend. Can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed spending Christmas in this gorgeous and spacious house with many amenities. The hot tube and the arcade games were a higlight for kids and grownups alike. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows outside and the waterfalls views. Clean property/house; the owner and the property manager were very pleasant and welcoming.

This being our second stay at this amazing house, it just keeps on getting better. From great amenities in the house to a super friendly home owner. You can’t ask for more. We appreciate Carlo and everything he does to the home. The waterfall sight and sound is amazing. It really puts the exclamation mark on the overall allure of the stay. Be sure to soak in the hot tub as the sun shines on the waterfall. Thanks again for everything. We had a great time!!!!

My friends and I have rented from Carlo 16 times. That's right, SIXTEEN! We won't stay anywhere else. Over the years I have watched him continually redo every facet of this house and it was great 7 years ago. Plenty of room for a large group, plenty of rooms to comfortably sleep and the great room is out of this world as you view the woods and waterfall through the large glass windows. The waterfall house is such an wonderfull place to stay and the location couldn’t be any better, especially with the waterfall... The house is amazing! The photos didn't do the place justice. My parents had a great time, we were all there to celebrate my dads 80th. The layout is perfect for our family, the open design, and bedrooms and bathrooms on every level made it very convenient, and gave my family some space and privacy when they wanted it. The kitchen & bathrooms feel like a 4-star hotel, I guess I would say it's a contemporary design. It was very clean when we checked in, Dave the property manager was there to greet us & show us around. we will definitely be back, hopefully in the summer... Highly recommend...
