We enjoyed our stay at Beach Dance immensely! Everything went as smoothly as could be! We had two families with 5 children total ranging from 1yo to 15yo and house was perfect for everyone. Bob was great to work with as well.

Our family has vacationed on AMI for many years. We have stayed at several different rentals…and are glad to finally find this hidden gem! Just a very short walk to the beach, beautiful view of the ocean from the rooftop deck, and so many amenities included with your stay that other properties do not provide. Lovely assortment of beach towels, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys for the kids and beach carts to tote them all. Kitchen is stocked better than my own with utensils, cookware and all items are of good quality…not cheap rental junk. The rental manager, Bob is extremely efficient in correspondence and answering any questions. We had no problems during our stay, but if we did I’m sure Bob would be on top of any issues. You won’t be disappointed in selecting this property for your family beach vacation!

Beach Dance was a perfect house for our family vacation. We travelled with two young children as well as our 94-year old grandmother, so the accommodations couldn't have been better. The home was extremely well-equipped with quite literally everything you could need for your stay, apart from your own clothing. Every kitchen utensil & appliance, probably 25-30 beach towels, at least 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach wagon, sand toys all provided with the home. The kitchen/dining/living area on the 3rd floor is SO spacious. Our toddler boys absolutely loved the jungle themed bunk bed room. It was great for our family that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an additional half bathroom on the 2nd level porch outside of the front door, to be used as a pool bathroom. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, and convenient to all AMI has to offer, we loved staying at Beach Dance and would absolutely book this property again. The property manager Bob was very communicative and helpful. Thank you for a great week!

Fantastic house for 2-3 families!

We never made it to AMI. Our AA airlines flight was canceled and they never could accommodate us. We lost our vacation and this beautiful rental house. But we’re trying again. We rebooked it for Nov. 19th to the 26th because it seemed to be perfect for our family vacation. I couldn’t make up our story if I tried. 4 very disappointed grandkids, 3 adult kids and a broken-hearted Gramma and Grampa.

Place was amazing, Bob was great to work with. House had everything we could ever need and the location was perfect. We will definitely be going back.

WOW!! Were we impressed with the Beach Dance. We spent a week at this amazing house and had the best time ever with our grown kids and grandchildren. It was the perfect location to the beach (2 minute walk) and close to shopping too. Walgreens and a strip mall were minutes away as well as the trolley stop. The area is safe, family friendly, and quiet. Beach Dance is large and the layout is perfect for a big group. The 2nd floor holds the main bedrooms and the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor (same floor as the kitchen/dining and family area). We never felt crowded but actually very comfortable. We used the elevator to bring our luggage and groceries to the 3rd floor. It was great!! The pool was perfect. Heated nicely too!! I can't say enough about this property. It is a gem and we look forward to coming back next February. Thanks to Bob for answering our questions. No complaints at all about Beach Dance.

Perfect house for a family retreat.

We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect. The place was so great for our group of 9. If I could say anything negative it would be that the beds were not he most comfortable and they are very squeaky. But overall we loved it.

Beach Dance provided the perfect location for a wonderful vacation. This home is beautiful and well equipped with everything our families needed to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of Anna Maria Island. We vacationed with my sister and her family, the house had plenty of space, and lots of bathrooms which made it comfortable for all of us. The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to stores, very close to the beach and perfect neighborhood for walking and bike riding. The salt water pool was enjoyed by everyone. Bob was attentive to our needs as well as easy to reach both before and during our stay. We hope to be back again.

This vacation was a Christmas Break getaway for our family (Dad, Mom, and 6 college / high school age kids). The house was perfect. The location was ideal located 1 short block directly onto the powder-sugar-sand beach. The block is quite but super confidently located near fun and handy shopping plazas (but the street the house is in is low traffic - very nice). The house is clean and beautiful with all the modern conveniences and is even bigger and better than we expected from looking at the pictures. Beautiful interior, comfortable seating, ample room around table for meals and games, great Ocean views from 3rd floor living room balcony and the walk up roof top balcony with comfy outdoor seating as well, wonderful kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook meals during your stay, super-comfortable beds and bedding, an astonishing supply of beach towels and bath towels, and the garage has at least 8 beach chairs, a TON of beach and pool toys and a nifty beach cart to help you haul what you need to the beach (so nice)! Having a washer & dryer on both the 2nd and 3rd floor was amazing and so helpful! Everyone loved having their own ensuite bathroom. There is more parking than we needed, 2 spots outside and space in the big garage on the 1st level. The elevator was awesome to have! We only used it when taking my luggage to the 3rd floor and back down the day we left though. It would be great for older people staying in the house. The pool was so nice to have and even a warm water shower outside to wash off before taking a refreshing dunk in the pool. Oh, and there's a private half-bath outside in the porch for pool users so you don't have to walk dripping wet into the house to use the restroom when you're enjoying the pool. That was a surprising and neat feature! 1st level pool lounge space with TV was cool too, even though we didn't really use that space much. I (mom) also loved the Jacuzzi jet tub in the master bedroom. My daily routine on Anna Maria Island was to enjoy coffee on the rooftop, go for a lovely long run all over the island and beaches seeing the sights, then return for a swim in the pool, and soak in the jet tub before going to the beach for the rest of the day (mix in lots of eating and drinking) lol. The owner Bob was attentive and helpful making sure we had everything we needed. And we did! I would definitely rent this house again; and frankly, hope I have the opportunity to do so. The week was dreamy!!!

We were there to celebrate our parents 65th wedding anniversary. The place was clean as expected. The elevator was the best thing for our parents to get to the top floor where the master suite is located along with the kitchen and living room. The view from the upper deck is amazing during sunset. We would highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

The views are everything! Perfect walk to the beach and distance to the shopping/dining areas. We appreciated the warm welcome from Bob. He was very friendly, provided great communication and an awesome welcome bag was presented. The home was like we remembered; clean, organized and comfortable. We definitely will be back to our home away from home.

We were very pleased with all the amenities and the short walk to the beach. There were tons of beach towels, chairs and sand toys. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook. Publix, local restaurants and shops are close by. We were thrilled that everyone had their own en-suite. We would of loved to of had a couple more king beds but other than that it was perfect. We will definitely come back!

We had issues with the new dishwasher (not properly draining), and Bob arranged service with the repairman who immediately knew what the problem was and was able to fix it under warranty. There were some a couple of nest of bees on the porches, and Bob had someone come in to spray them. For any concern or question, Bob was sure to respond... In our group, we had 6 adults, a new born, and 3 toddlers ages 2 to 4 years old. There was plenty of bedrooms and no waits for bathrooms as everyone was able to manage with their own adjoining bathrooms. However, we had to resolve to using only 1 bath tub for the kids' baths because the upstairs master bathtub had a leak. The elevator came in handy to transport our suitcases from the ground level as well as groceries. We stocked the refrigerator with food and drinks from the nearby Publix, and utilized the outdoor grill and kitchen for some great home cooked meals. Overall, the decor was nice and the home has a wonderful beach theme and vibe. The walk to the beach is very short and it felt relaxing to rinse off and sit in the pool afterwards. With a spacious garage and graveled parking space, we had no issue parking our rental vehicles. We definitely look forward to returning to this beach home for another vacation.

The bunk room was just right for our 4 youngest children and each of our 3 older children had their own rooms as well. The ensuite bathrooms were so nice to have in each room and it was a bonus that all of the children were on one floor and my wife and I were on another. We loved enjoying quiet mornings on the rooftop deck sipping coffee and quiet evenings sipping cocktails. There was always a nice ocean breeze up there. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the top deck but we usually opted to watch the sunset from the beach.The house was well equipped and had everything you need to get started (bars of soap in bathrooms, kitchen supplies, etc.) and the beach gear was plentiful (and in decent shape) and made traveling light from out of state easy. It is in walking distance of Walgreens and Publix so getting any supplies was a breeze. We tried to get just enough for a day or two and not stock up on anything. And in order to make it a true vacation we ate out often, enjoying many of the great dining options on the island (hint - there is an Anna Maria Island FB group that gives tons of great recommendations for food and other activities).We got to see manatees, thanks to the location recommendation from a nice local lady working at a nearby Island Bazaar, and dolphins (at the beach, on a private boat tour, and on a jet ski - shoutout to Zara Supersport).Beach Dance is in a more residential part of the island, which we preferred because the beach was less crowded than some of the public access areas. The short walk to the beach (I think it was about 2 blocks) was easy enough that we would sometimes walk down just in swimsuits to enjoy the beautiful gulf water and then walk back to rinse off with the hose and/or outdoor shower. The pool (which I would consider a plunge pool) is small but serves as a nice refreshing dip in water on a hot day.Working with Bob was seamless and he was very responsive. He communicated well throughout the process, making sure we had all necessary details. We communicated via text throughout the week and he came quickly to check on any issues (we only encountered a few nuisance things that I would consider common to any rental property - nothing that diminished the enjoyment of our vacation).We loved our time there and highly recommend it!

We had such a great time on our family vacation. The communication with the property manager, Bob, was great, the location of the property was perfect, and the house had an easy and quick access to the beach. The home was equipped with everything we needed, plenty of beach chairs and toys for the children. I think everyone enjoyed having their own room with their own bathroom and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the top deck. Beautiful home, awesome location and you really don’t need a car at all, the trolley was quick and easy to access. Overall we enjoyed our vacation, thank you!
