We just absolutely love this property short 15 minute drive to downtown was perfect. The house was immaculate looks just like the pictures we were very pleased and happy.

The property was very well maintained. It is on the other side of river from convention center. We bought a jazzy pass and took ferry over to other side. The bus 🚌 is at the corner if you don’t want to Uber The place had everything we needed and more. Quiet. Comfy beds and clean! Thank you

Rondell was very helpful with the sights we had to visit. The only thing is that we always had to take the car to go to New Orleans. I thought that when I rented we were closer .

This property was nice! Beds really comfortable! For being an older condo it was decorated very nice! We would stay here again if we would ever come back to New Orleans!

We had a great time. The neighborhood was quiet. The place had a real home feel to it.

The location was in a urban area so that was a throw off to me, The host was nice and responded in a timely manner. The place itself was nicely decorated and clean. Me and my fiancée wasn’t pleased with not having enough towels to dry off with. Water was leaking from the ac so we had to watch the bathroom downstairs for puddles of water. The water was not hot. So we took semi warm showers the whole weekend. During the stay he called to come over and take a fan because one of his other properties ac went out. So overall I think the host has some things to work on when it comes to his properties. But it was a nice stay.

Ronell was a fantastic host. Her home is lovely and she takes care of her guests.

The townhouse itself was ok. When we pulled in there was trash all over. Some of the units had windows busted out, lawns not mowed and junk vehicles everywhere. Definitely NOT what we expected.

This was a beautiful home with everything you could want in a home away from home. Very comfortable and cozy. Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom plus one half bath downstairs (important for our family with a teenage daughter). The keycode lock on the door is super easy to figure out. The patio is fenced in and perfect for morning coffee and counting lizards 😀. You have your own parking space at the back of the building so you don't have to park on the street. The location is perfect to easily access everything! Most importantly, the owner is very nice and helpful.

The unit was just as pictured. My daughter stayed here earlier on a girl's trip. And when she saw I was viewing this property. She told me how clean it was and how close it was to everything. Thank you Ronell

Overall, I'd say our stay was ok. The best part was the extremely comfortable bed! The house needs a deep clean. All the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. The washing machine has a mildew smell. Couch pillows were soiled.

We enjoyed the inside of the rental the most, because it was clean and well put together, with plenty of central ac to enjoy while escaping the humidity outside. The host left tour books around for places to go and see and they also texted us some recommendations, although we didn't have time to actually go anywhere. We didn't have the perfect communication with the host because they were out of the states and there wasn't good cell service on their end, so that was a downer. Especially since we got locked out of the rental and we were waiting outside for over an hour, until we could get a hold of the host finally. The neighborhood seemed iffy, with the neighborhood kids running around our rental car and there was literally trash all over the median and in the parking lot. It was nice for the 1 night we stayed and the inside is completely opposite from what it looks on the inside. Over, it was a nice stay

Property was very clean. The patio was very relaxing. Omg bed was so comfortable to me. This 2 bed 2 full baths and an 1/2 bath downstairs worked for us

The rental was clean, well decorated, and as advertised. The check in process was seamless and contact free. The property manager was prompt with communication and very friendly. Overall the stay was very enjoyable. The neighborhood had a lot of trash build up and was a little further away than we realized.

Property manager was an outstanding communicator. Property was as shown on VRBO site. We stayed comfortably and had several short commutes into Downtown New Orleans and quarter. Enjoyable stay. Would stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was last minute and Ronell made sure he accommodated all our needs. Ronell was always one call away and made sure to answer on the first ring, which I completely appreciated. The interior was very welcoming and clean. The beds were comfortable and the hosts made sure to have the closets stocked for any additional needs. I will definitely book in the future and recommend this location to someone looking for a nice clean spot, with amazing hosts!

Within 30 minutes to anything, off the beaten path and quiet neighborhood. Great recommendations from owner and very comfortable beds!
