We loved our stay. The property was convenient to everything we needed, was stocked with all necessities, very comfortable and had a beautiful view. Would love to return in the fall to be able to utilize the outside decks more. The owner was reachable and in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

We booked this property so our extended family could stay together during Thanksgiving. Absolutely stunning views and very nice accommodations. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with what we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast! We would definitely stay here again.

We selected this property because it was close to the wedding venue we were attending. It was wonderful to have a house big enough for our entire family. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The view was spectacular. Leesa was assessable and easy to work with. I had told her our granddaughter was going to be a flower girl and she had a teddy bear in a wedding veil waiting for her! Highly recommend this property.

Overall, this is a nice property in great location with a spectacular view of the North Georgia mountains. It is conveniently located near Cleveland, GA and the surrounding wineries.

We stayed here over the weekend for my daughters wedding. The house is amazing with beautiful views. The owner was so very helpful and super sweet to work with. I look forward to staying here again!

Fabulous panoramic view of mountains , beautiful accommodations, spotlessly clean, amazingly comfortable beds (all 5 of them). I surprised my family with this house and location. They all LOVED it !! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning. It was a beautiful way to start each day. Even my 3 year old granddaughter loved the view and feeding the squirrels on the balcony. Leesa ( the owner) left a container of nuts by the door to put out for the squirrels. We were gifted with a bottle of champagne, waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. 😊. Leesa was more than accommodating and was gracious enough to check on us making sure we were happy with everything. I have rented several homes in that area in the past, but none of them came even close to comparison to this home. My family and I are definitely planning on coming back. The ambiance of this home is a 10 star for sure !!!!!!!!! Thank you Leesa...

When we first stumbled upon this , it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Leesa is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and recommended some things. The house is just perfect! The views are absolutely breathtaking!! They’ve spent a lot of money of their beds! Soooooo comfortable!! Perfect for my birthday!

The mountain view from this home is spectacular. The host was friendly and communicative. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is nice. It is not a "traditional" vacation rental. I believe it also serves as the owners primary residence, which is fine, but the family photos, items, and requests made us feel like we were house-sitting and not on a getaway. The owner was very nice.

We stayed here from June 24th through June 28th. The pictures do not do justice to the home and the views. They are simply breathtaking! There were 10 in our group and we were quite spread out and comfortable. The kitchen is adequately stocked with pots and pans and utensils. The master bedroom air conditioning was not working when we checked in. The host was very responsive and addressed it immediately. We were quite impressed at the responsiveness. Thank you Leesa! She was very flexible with the check out. We will definitely be back.

Our group enjoyed our stay and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We used all 5 bedrooms, we were in the master, so it was glorious. The couples that stayed in two of the downstairs rooms were a little disappointed at the contrast of those rooms compared to the other master rooms so if utilizing all spaces and sharing the cost, I’d recommend dividing contributions accordingly. Luckily we’re all close friends so those of us with the nicer rooms shared the spaces. Our favorite place to be was on the deck. Lots of seating and a view to take your breath away!

House served our needs. I felt the owner was hesitant renting to us once she recieved my profile pic. I look young but I am almost 40 yrs old. Checking out we swept all floors, collected all towels and started them in the washer, washed all dishes and put them away, wiped down kitchen, made all the beds, took all trash out and took it up to the mailbox. We made sure was in good condition since she explained she had people checking in that same day. All the housekeeper had to do was vaccum, clean bathrooms, and wash linens on bed. We were about 15mins late checking out so the housekeeper was waiting up the street. We had four couples and four kids that stayed in the house. A total of twelve people which she stated could hold 14 as long as it was not more than 10 adults, which we only had 8 adults.Leesa accidently messaged me instead of VRBO the next day after check out asking how she can charge more than 500. Of course I responded asking what damages? She responds by saying we left holes in walls, throw up all over the house, electrical plates broken, trash over balcony. This of course caught me by surprise She stated a teenager was urinating in her yard, which thats impossible the oldes child we had there just turnned 10, far from a teenager!I just feel once she saw my picture she profiled me rather it was racial or age. Her first statment out of her mouth is people think they can come to the mountains and party but she has nosey neighbors. Dont you think if we had a party that put holes in walls and threw up all over the place we would of had noise complaints!!! Bottom line this owner is crazy and only wants a certain type of guest in her house. Would not stay here again not because of the house but the owner. Also she assumed there were a lot more people because me and my husband had to drive seperate cars because he had a football game friday night. And another couple drove seperate cars because her husband didn't come until Sat. Every house I have stayed in with VRBO can state I have left there house clean when I left. My husband makes fun of me because I always clean before I leave.

The moment you walk in the door, you can't help but take notice of the view from the patio. It is gorgeous and we spent as much time as possible outside enjoying it. Beyond the views, the house is spacious and suited our needs perfectly for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). We were very comfortable and appreciated that every bed was cozy and with soft sheets. Although, I usually travel with my favorite kitchen knife and basic spices, the kitchen was so well-equipped that I could have packed a few less items. The 2-person hot tub out front was also an added bonus. Be aware that the driveway is a steep downward incline and a bit adventurous for 2 vehicles, but we managed. The homeowners care very much about ensuring that their property is top-notch. The homeowner called us before our stay and multiple times during. Although I found this out of the ordinary, she wanted to be sure that our stay was comfortable so I didn't mind. As far as Cleveland goes, there is both an Ingles and IGA market nearby. There are limited dining options but we came across the bbq stand in front to the IGA and picked up a tasty smoked pork butt. The town also lacks a liquor store so either plan on bringing it or going to one of the stores in Helen, which is a short drive. While in Helen, we took the kids to the GA Mountain Coaster (multiple times). Also, enjoyed breakfast at Huff's Bakery. Our other meals in Helen were not worth mentioning and frankly, disappointing. All in all, this was a great trip and a memorable home. We'd love to stay here again.

The property was just as advertised. Amazing views, plenty of room (with very comfortable beds), a fully stocked kitchen and an easy short drive to Helen. Communication with Leesa was great! The only thing I would suggest is more instructions on rental agreement in regards to check out. We just did what we normally do at check outs (linens, towels, etc) and hopefully that was okay. We loved our weekend and will definitely recommend this gorgeous home!!

Visited Leesa's beautiful home with a group of friends for a safe weekend getaway. The house is beautiful, and slept our group of 9 very comfortably. We all talked about repeating the trip next year, the views and accommodations cannot be beat!

Our family celebrated Christmas at this property. We have never been away from home on Christmas. We were particularly selective and cautious because of COVID. My husband and I did our homework! We have adult children who were visiting us for Christmas so we were looking for a special place and safety was a consideration. This house was a home away from home. Very clean, lots of space, breathtaking view, and an absolutely beautiful place. The overall experience was excellent and memorable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious & comfortable home is a pure slice of heaven in the mountains! Multiple decks with gorgeous views, wonderful fireplace & screened in porch! Cozy beds and plenty of space for a large group of friends/family. Perfect place to recharge, reconnect and spend quality time together; close to excellent hiking and beautiful wineries too!

My bridal party & I could not ask for a better cabin to stay in during my wedding weekend. The views are amazing and there were enough rooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The cabin was clean & the owner was very friendly when communicating. I would HIGHLY recommend!
