My coworker and I lived here for 3 months while working at a local dive shop and it was the best summer! Pineapple point is such an incredible property. It is appointed with everything you could possibly need or want and the decor is so cute. Beds are comfortable and there is ample space. The fenced in yard was absolutely perfect for my golden retriever who was very grateful to have space to be off leash outside. The grilling area is perfect for entertaining and also has great views of the bay and incredible sunsets. The outdoor shower is one of the highlights of this property.. I showered inside once throughout the whole 3 months. Sabrina was always available, responsive and provided all the information for us to have a seamless stay. During our stay The lock on the door broke and there was a leaky pipe and both were fixed within hours of notifying her. I hope to make it back to pineapple point one day! Thanks Sabrina!

Sabrina was an excellent host. The location was perfect for beach, restaurants, and water activities. Her home was equipped to the hilt. If we come back to the Keys we would stay there again.

We leave Pineapple Point with amazing memories! This well appointed home had everything thing we needed and then some for the most fun yet relaxing month long stay! We soon realized that a month was not long enough. Morning coffee on the porch, reading and sunning ourselves on the deck, naps on the day bed, happy hour, cooking out and then ending the day with amazing sunsets! It doesn’t get much better than that! Sabrina was so very attentive to all our needs and couldn’t have been nicer. She has filled this home with wonderful memories of all the fun her family has had! I was always comforted coming “home” after touring around all the sights the keys have to offer! We look forward to coming back to this “little piece of heaven.”

Beautifully situated to view the water and sunsets. Palm trees are designed to give you that perfect tropical vibe with beautiful flowering foliage surrounding the perimeter of the property. Cleverly decorated with the finishing touch of an outdoor shower to add to the sweet beach ambiance,

The location was perfect - grocery stores, restaurants, seafood markets, Founders Park, all within miles. We have rented through VRBO many times and most places lack personal charm. This just felt so much more like a home. Sabrina (the owner) was so personable - checking in to make sure we found it okay, gave us tips on places to see and things to do, it made us feel like we were staying at a friends. We will not hesitate to rent Pineapple Point again in the future, and we will definitely recommend it to any friends/family traveling to the Keys as well. This has been our favorite rental since we have been coming to Florida! The view from the porch was so relaxing and we spent every morning and evening there. The home was stocked with virtually everything we needed for the month. On our arrival it was spotless. Location wise could not be better, less than one mile from Founders Park that features one of the nicest beaches on the Keys, Also a gorgeousness pool that only costs $2 a person, a nice walking path, and exercise area. Pineapple Point is also close to what we feel are our favorite restaurants. Much thanks to Sabrina for a truly great vacation!

Pineapple Point and its hosts, Sabrina and Kip, are welcoming. The sunsets you can see from the deck are beautiful. Their home is decorated in a coastal style that’s done very well. We felt relaxed and at home. Thank you Kip and Sabrina for sharing your home with us💕

My husband and I have never rented a vacation property or stayed in a mobile home before and on our limited budget we did not know what to expect. Our nerves quickly dissolved the moment we arrived. Sabrina checked in with us on the road to make sure we found the property OK and once at the property we were welcomed warmly with a greeting card and little snack and a thoughtful informational book informing us of the details of the property and the area. Also, the home was accurately portrayed in the website photos and fully stocked with everything we needed. A big relief to us as we have been swindled in the past by various hotel chains and their inaccurate portrayal of their "nice" rooms. The 850 Ft space was perfect for the two of us and our two little dogs, and could see a few more guests staying there as we never had need for the second bedroom. Also, the rustic charm and cute décor provided for a great environment. Sabrina is so thoughtful - we stayed during Christmas and prior to our arrival after she asked us, she set up a cute Christmas tree and holiday decorations for us to enjoy. We especially LOVED showering in the outdoor rustic shower. The view of the bay is wonderful and the sunsets were gorgeous Our favorite pastime was sitting on the west facing deck in quiet and enjoying the warmth and view. Our month long stay flew by. Kip and Sabrina both are very kind and gracious- what a nice family they have. We are so glad we took this chance in having a new experience. Tom and Cindy

We rented this mobile home for one month not sure if it would fit our needs. This property Is very well-maintained and and fully stocked with everything you would need. Sabrina and Kip are wonderful And are available anytime. We have Decided to stay a few more months This is the perfect location on the island by car or by boat. It is very easy access to the ocean via founders Park which is located 1.5 miles from the property we are definitely considering coming back next year when my husband has some more work down here.
