Great location and great place to stay with family alot quieter than tamorindo but close enough you can pop in and out easy. Beach was a quick walk and nice waves. Kids enjoyed seeing the monkeys on our walks to check the waves.

The property was clean accessible in a very quiet and growing community. The unit was clean and was exactly what was pictured. The host was very was accessible and easily accommodated any questions we had. The overall feel of the place was very serene even though the place was in a thriving upcoming neighborhood. We even saw monkeys playing around in front of the house. Very spectacular.

Stewart was so prompt and kind with every interaction. We loved the house, the pool and walking into town. Playing in the tide pools and searching for beautiful shells every morning was awesome. Thanks!

Great spot very spacious unit perfect for 2 couples 15 minute walk into downtown pool was great to have we met some very nice people while staying cool only complaints is we were expecting to have a BBQ available for our use and it would have been nice if a cleaner had come in once during our stay

Casa de Malia was a beautiful little gem tucked in a neighborhood very near Playa Langosta. We were a block from a grocery store, a few restaurants and the beach. And the walk to Tamarindo was scenic and took 15 minutes. The beach at Playa Langosta was gorgeous and the sunsets were spectacular. We spent every evening down at the beach watching the sun and never did it disappoint. We loved where we were staying, the people who shared the condos and the gentleman who cared for the grounds. I would highly recommend this rental to a family of 4!

We had a wonderful stay, very comfy condo, everything you may need, kid loved the pool. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. We also drive to playa avellanas since it’s less than 30 min away. Would come back! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. So many good things…comfortable, clean, condo with everything we needed, close proximity to a beautiful beach and estuary. Lovely pool at the complex. Quiet location but close to restaurants and activities. The turtle tour was fantastic. Also, the kayak estuary tour with Kayak Club. Ask for Ronaldo who was our our wonderful guide. It was perfect!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us and our kiddo loved the option of playing in the beautiful pool daily rather than the waves (which, apparently, have too much sand in them for this particular five year-old). We ate in once or twice a day and LOVED ping pong, food, and drinks just around the corner at the Surf Club!

This was a beautiful, immaculate property that served as a welcoming and comfortable home base during our stay in Costa Rica. It's a short walk to Playa Langosta (one of the most gorgeous beaches I've ever seen) and a 20 minute safe walk into Tamarindo. Hans, the property manager, was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. We completely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this property again.

It was one of the best properties we’d started air with great owners and staff who are accessible. The location is close enough to all the action but far enough to get away from the noise of Tamarindo. Perfect!!! A great stay in a wonderful Country. We will return!!

Communication with property owners was very good that we had pre trip. Check in communication with the property manager was slow. We did not receive check in information or directions on how to get to the condo. Until shortly before we arrived, this made us a little nervous. While we were there communication with property manager was very good. One of the bedrooms had something rubbing outside the window the whole time we were there. We were there by ourselves so we just moved to the other bedroom. Overall condition of the condo was good and had everything that was in the description. Lots of road construction going on. So lots of outside noise all day and into the evening. This should be over with shortly. And has nothing to do with the condo itself and once finished. Condo will have a nice road out front. We would stay again

Casa di Malia is as advertised a spacious well equipped apartment with two good sized en-suite double bedrooms with good wardrobe space and plentiful clothes hangers. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality utensils.. There are effective AC units and ceiling fans throughout the property and a good TV package with access to Netflix. There is a decent sized shared pool for around 8 properties . Playa Langosta is the nearest beach around 5 mis walk. The larger main beach - where you can swim safely - is ten minutes walk via a short cut. and there is a small but well stocked supermarket very nearby. . Stewart the owner was very easy to deal with very prompt in his responses and quick to forward info regarding both the property and the local area well in advance of our stay. Hans the manager was equally easy to deal with at check in and out and we had his WhatsApp number for contact during our stay( Happily that was not necessary ) The location is quiet and on the outskirts of Tamorindo - it is possible to walk in around 20 mins or an easy Uber/slash taxi ride . Our safety deposit was returned within a few days of the end of our stay. If we come back to this area in the future we definitely want to stay here again . We truly enjoyed our stay at Stewart’s condo in Tamarindo. All was wonderful & would definite return.

This condo was awesome. Kitchen was fully equipped to start cooking. We did eat in a lot, so the spices, pans, and utensils were just great. Lots of small appliances. There was a maintenance man on site who found my prescription glasses when they fell out of my bag - he was so nice and he keeps the grounds spotless. I would stay again.

Condo was large and clean. Pool was fantastic! Close to all the action, but far enough away from the noise. Surf Club Sports Bar only feet away; great food!

We stayed for four nights at Casa di Malia in March. Located slightly out of Tamarindo but close enough to walk to town or beach. Condo is very large and more than comfortable for two couples. Pool area is lovely and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Not only is the house perfect but the location is amazing . Everything you need is within a walk around the corner. The beach is is amazing and the food is some of the best I have ever eaten . I highly Recommend The Surf club bar and grill . We caught a 65 pound Yellow fin tuna and a 30 pound Mahi Mahi , And The Owner Matty cooked it up for us .

My wife and I just spent 5 days at Casa di Malia and couldn't be more pleased. It's just far enough away from downtown Tamarindo to be quiet, yet close enough to get there via foot. We rented bikes, which I would recommend, from Waterman's that is about a 5 minute walk from Casa di Malia. It was hot, so being able to ride to town rather than walking was a big bonus. There's also a very well stocked little market just a couple minute walk from the casa, as well as several restaurants, all which were good. The condo was very large, very nice, and had everything we needed during our stay. While the beach is only a short walk from the casa, having a pool on site was so nice as it was very hot while we were there. Deborah, who I believe manages the property, was easily accessible via WhatsApp during our stay at Casa di Malia. There's also someone on site who keeps the pool and grounds very clean. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa di Malia and have absolutely no complaints. Stewart was easy to work with leading up to our trip and reached out to me upon arrival letting me know he'd be happy to help with any questions that we may have. We truly hope to return in 2020!

I loved the condo distibution, neat bedrooms and hall. The kitchen is very well equipped and evething was working properly. The only observation I can make is that the entrance to the garage is really narrow and very difficult to get the car in. Also , it will be appreciated a litle more flexibility of the administrators; we asked for leaving the condo at 8 00 am I was told there will be a fee ofr it????

Beautiful condo, lovely pool and very quiet but near to everything x

4 adults rented this condo for 12 days. The condo is equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Spacious kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living quarters. We cooked for half of our days and ate out in restaurants in either Langosta or Tamarindo for the other days. Close to beaches and a short walk to Tamarindo. Mini grocery store close by for essentials but we did a bigger shop in a larger grocery store outside of Tamarindo. Condo is about a 15 minute walk to Tamarindo, close enough but also far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the town. Only concern was the cleanliness of the condo upon our arrival. We expressed this concern to the property manager and he compensated us with a mid-stay cleaning at no charge. The swimming pool and area was always kept clean and was nice to come back to after a day at the beach. I recommend this condo for renting. Good for a long stay.

We stayed in the condo for 7 nights. Condo had everything we needed and more. The pool is kept clean everyday and eventhough we did not bring our kids, it's very kind friendly. The neighbors in the complex are very friendly as well. Each bedroom has a bathroom and AC, which is a must. The condo is minutes walk to the beach where you will experience the best sunsets every night. Overall, we felt like we were at home and will definitely be going back to this condo.

Stayed 7 days and it was not long enough! The property is in a great location, quiet area but walking distance to the beach and town. Great pool that is kept clean and is great for kids! Kitchen is fully equipped to cook full meals if you wish but again walking distance to restaurants. Nice little deck to sit on to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. A/C in each room and ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms. Overall great experience with this property and Costa Rica. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!
