House has lots of extra special touches to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. It is a clean, charming older house, in a neighborhood that felt safe and was easy to access. I didn’t realize there were no TVs in the three upstairs rooms, which was kind of a bummer, but probably my own fault for not recognizing that in the description. The barzebo is very cool. Kitchen is well-stocked and there is plenty of room to spread out. Overall, it was a great stay! The house was a perfect home base for a quick Nashville birthday celebration weekend for a pretty boring group. Planning anything even slightly boisterous? I’d choose elsewhere…firm rules for parking, noise, and number of guests are swiftly and strictly enforced. Owner was engaged and quick to respond to early check-in request. Our whole group enjoyed this very cute house!

We had a group of 10 adults that came to Nashville to celebrate my 50th birthday! This property was perfect for our group! The host, Kim, was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond when one couple of our group needed to drop their luggage before our check-in time. We appreciated the fact that we could all gather at the dining table each morning for breakfast as well as in the evening to play cards! When we come back to Nashville, and we will be back, we will be staying here!

Kim was extremely communicative and helpful with our weekend stay. We traveled to Nashville for a birthday weekend with some friends and everything about this property is top notch. Great location and neighborhood. About a 15 min Uber ride to lower broadway. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet comfortable home with every amenity available. 5 stars!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kim's home — the house is beautiful and outfitted with everything you could possibly need and more. Kim was so helpful before and during our stay, even supplying a pack-and-play, high chair, and kids' plates and cups for us to use during our trip. The playroom was an added bonus and a favorite with all three kids!

We were a group of 4 couples (siblings and spouses) from Canada and we had the best time in Nashville ... Tennessee actually. We took in a lot of sites in 7 days. This home was everything and more. Has everything you can imagine. Show up and unpack and you're all set. There were so many extra touches that were most appreciated. Will be back for sure.

This charming bungalow was the perfect place for my wife and I and two other couples to stay while in Nashville. The house was clean and well taken care of. It was outfitted with everything that you need plus nice little amenities like charging cords and toiletries that you might have forgotten. The only downside at all is that the house is a 20 min drive to Broadway and Downtown. But it also gets you away from the chaos! I would highly recommend the beautiful bungalow in Nashville!

Luxuriously appointed home inside, and out! Felt so comfortable, and extremely well furnished with all the essentials like home! Met Kim before we checked in. We were given an earlier check in which we were so appreciative of. Kim was there working I’m the yard to provide a picturesque landscape for us to enjoy! Not only did she honor a early check in, but was able to extend our check out by an hour. I seriously could go on as to how amazing her place is, but the pictures truly say it all! Everyone was impressed with this home. Not only was it beautiful… the owner thought of every amenity possible to ensure a comfortable stay. It was just lovely !

Home had everything we needed. The additional items such as napkins, ziploc bags, first aid kit and more made our stay less frequent to grocery store. Communication was great. Space perfect. Kitchen with all the materials for cooking. Our grandkids loved the playroom and the outside toys. neighbor to the left of house - not friendly, evil eye when sitting on front porch having morning coffee. Her yard is a trash magnet - front and back.

This was my first VRBO experience and I was a tad nervous given negative things I had read in general. We traveled to Nashville for a family wedding with 4 adult children and elderly parents in tow. All I can say if that my bar is now very high! What I LOVED about this home: - this character home is exactly as illustrated plus more. It's the little touches that made it exceptional (personal hooks in every bedroom, a basket of umbrellas by the front door), a kitchen to die for. - the fluffy thick towels, crisp bedding and comfortable beds. - my elderly parents with mobility restrictions were very comfortable in the master bedroom on the first floor. What I LIKED about this home: - easy commute to everywhere that we had to go. - super responsive owner with great suggestions and efforts to return forgotten items left behind! - FANTASTIC backyard "barzebo" that you didn't want to leave, however there is a neighbor that is very sensitive to noise levels in the evening. What I would SUGGEST for the home: - more upstairs bathroom storage. A bit of a challenge to find room for 6 toothbrushes. Maybe an extra shelf? - a set of nesting tables in the front room. With 8 of us, a bit of a challenge to rest glasses and plates. Thanks again Kim!!

Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and all of the sites. Plenty of space in each of the 5 bedrooms with super comfortable beds. A large, very well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Everything was so beautifully decorated. Our favorite was the outside “barzebo” sitting area that can easily accommodate 6-8 people.

The property was beautiful, well equipped and perfectly maintained. The location was perfect for us. Easy to get downtown if that's what you want and close to some really great restaurants and bars in the eclectic East Nashville area. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The kid's area shown in the photos was pretty amazing if you are vacationing with young children. The yard was super nice, especially the private backyard with the Barzebo. Kim was easy to communicate with and always quick with a response. As nice as the pictures look, it was better than expected when we arrived. I would highly recommend.

The listing looked great…real life was even better. Our group of seven (ahem, older adults) could not have been more pleased with our accommodation and the location. Kim has thought of everything!!! Don’t let the fact that the location is outside of the downtown area dissaude you…you get so much more and it was very easy and cost effective to Uber wherever we needed to go.

The property was even better than expected. 15 minutes to downtown during peak traffic times. Close to the grand ole Opry. Several restaurants within 1/2 mile. Beautiful home!

The house was a perfect layout for our four adult couples. There was plenty of room and all the touches to make it seem like home. Kim was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back again and will definitely look at returning to this home.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday weekend staying in and celebrating Easter. We were even able to cook an entire holiday meal in the kitchen. Everything was provided! Thanks so much Kim!

Absolutely beautiful house! Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Located just outside city limits so it’s super easy to get around. We all had a wonderful time! Kim was amazing!

Stayed in Nashville for a Christmas visit. The house was great and extremely clean My family loved it. I would definitely rent from Kim again should I ever get to go back to Nashville

We really enjoyed our stay there. Was a good location and easy to get around. We hosted my family included our toddler and infant and it was wonderful to have the pack and play, bathtub and the playroom. The outdoor space was lovely with room for the kids to run around, cornhole and outdoor space to relax. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Nashville.

The house is lovely and in a great location. We loved the backyard and lucked out with gorgeous fall weather. We were within 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do. The house had everything we needed and was very clean.

Stayed here with my sisters and cousins and had such a wonderful time! The home is so adorable with charming touches and had everything we needed. Perfect distance from downtown for us and had some nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The owner is great at communicating and made the process go so smoothly. The backyard "barzebo" is so cute but we didn't get much of a chance to use it, as the ill-tempered neighbor started yelling at us over the fence to be quiet at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night.
