Our stay at this house was awesome. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and the complimentary snacks were a nice touch. The check-in process was easy and we had no issues during our stay. Our kids enjoyed the games and puzzles. We would definitely stay here again.

I rented a couple of homes from this host for a family wedding and both of them were as clean as I’ve ever seen a vacation home! The host Dave is outstanding and such a pleasure to deal with. I am not very tec savvy, when we arrived I had trouble with getting in, the owner took care of it without a problem. the house is in a very good area. Having such a nice place to stay only added to out time in the Boise area.

Wonderful location and clean clean clean! The hosts thought of all the little details that made this a comfortable stay. (My 4 year old appreciated the bin of wooden trains! House was well maintained and comfortable! We had all the basic necessities including shampoo and cooking basics. Location was fabulous - easy to get around to other parts of the city. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of sidewalks for walking. Felt very safe and enjoyed our stay tremendously. Dave was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again!

We were very pleased to find this home exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for our trip. The Paramount subdivision is really nice for families and walking. It feels safe and we really liked that we could park inside the garage. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bed and furniture, comfortable. There is plenty of shopping nearby. The owner is excellent with quick communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here last minute and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house was spacious and fit a family great. The hosts were attentive and communicated well. Being close to the pool was a very nice advantage, and we walked there multiple times. We’d stay here again without question.

Fantastic Place to Relax
Dave and Kathy have an amazing property in a lovely neighborhood. I stayed there with several friends from all over the country. The house was incredible, with plenty of room and amenities for everything you could possibly need or ask for, and the hosts were so welcoming. If I come back to Boise, I would love to stay here again.

Hard to find a negative with this property! The only issue would have been the landscaping was a bit overgrown in the front, but as we used the garage most of the time it wasn’t a major issue! The house inside was well maintained and comfortable!

Mothers' Day in Boise 2021
This was a fabulous house - modern, spacious, fresh and clean, and with a relaxing backyard. A well laid out single story home, so no stairs for those with mobility issues. I will definitely be staying here again soon. Since this place is a sure bet, it's a relief not to have to shop around on line for lodging in the Boise area. Thank you Dave & Kathy!
