Terry was very easy to work with: responded quickly to questions, text to make sure everything was going well with our stay. We loved the location! Close to the beach and Bridge Street, made many fun activities within easy walking distance. Highly recommend!

This condo was very nice, perfect location. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was more than enough room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the old dining room table plenty big for 6 or more to have a meal. We used the grill that's provided and didn't have to worry about propane, an extra one sitting right there. The pool area and outside kitchen were a bonus. Nice evening dips in the heated pool. The location was perfect. Any questions we had from the host (Terry) got back to us within minutes. Would love to stay again. Some of the furniture wasn't the same as the pictures but was nice and worked well for us. I just want to mention, If you are not a stair climber this place is not for you we already knew about the stairs so not a problem for us. Two of the bedrooms didn't have TV's looks like they were updating and adding, but just didn't get them all in yet. Overall our stay was great and so was the condo!

We stayed here over the Christmas break with two family (myself, husband and our two kids along with another husband, wife and 1 kids). Pros: - great layout for two families - lots of privacy with two bedrooms with ensuites being on top floor - Excellent location - Very clean!!! - Easy texting service and very friendly staff responding with questions/concerns. Really prompt replies to address concerns. - Nice and spacious - Laundry (super helpful after multiple beach days!) Cons: - The pool heater was broken and wasn't fixed until Wednesday (when we arrived on Saturday). We asked twice for it to be fixed so that was a disappointment as it impacted kids swimming - Read the fine print and make sure you know they provide minimal toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. It was really annoying and we would have preferred to pay another $50 to have these amenities. I imagine the waste is exorbitant since we had to toss an almost full bottle of dish soap, etc. - LOTS of stairs. Not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues or are out of shape, wouldn't recommend this one. - No info in manual about what to do with garbage and nobody seemed to know the answer - multiple "check the handbook" but no answers in the handbook. Overall, we were pretty happy! We had a great stay and would recommend to friends.

The house was so perfect for our family vacation! We had three children between 5 and 9 with two under two and the house couldn’t have been better. It was fully equipped with two pack n plays, a baby gate for the stairs and plenty of rooms for the adults. The pool was awesome for our grands to swim and hang out. I did rent two high chairs from a company and they delivered and picked them up! We will be back!

House was very clean and great location. The only negative I would say is the steps. There are LOTS. House is not for elderly people.

The property was great. We were instructed to use the DAX app to access additional features (early check-in late check-out) and preferred vendors located nearby. The rooms were nicely appointed and there were beach towels and chairs provided that we made use of during our stay. We would certainly consider staying here again the next time we come. One of the finest beaches in the Caribbean! Not overly crowded even on a holiday weekend. We did venture to Coquina Beach while we were visiting and it was MUCH busier than Bradenton Beach.

First, communication was great while we were still in our “cancelation period”, however as soon as that ended Terry’s politeness seemed to turned to announce quickly. Second, before we arrived we talked about possible early check in (an hour early). We were told as long as no one had booked before us we could do this. We checked, the property hadnt been booked. We reached out to Terry, and he said yes, however now it was a fee to check in one hour early. Honestly, that wouldn’t have been a huge deal had the fee been communicated in earlier discussion, but I’m assuming it was bc we were still in our cancellation period that he failed to tell us that. Third, when we arrived the AC wasn’t working, it was over 80 degrees in the house. While Terry did get someone there in a timely manner to fix that issue, it still took a good while for the house to cool back down to a comfortable temperature. Fourth, there were many broken things. There was a side table in the living room flipped upside down (assuming by cleaning crew) bc the legs were broken. There was a toaster with a note from previous renters saying that the toaster shorted the plugs and needed to be tossed. The window in the twin bedroom leaked really bad when it rained and upstairs queen bathroom window wouldn’t shut all the way. Forth, they are lacking a ton of kitchen utensils, mainly oven mitts or pot holders! And while this isn’t a huge deal for us since we remembered to turn it off— the coffee pot so doesn’t have an auto shut off, which seems a little dangerous if it were to accidentally be left on. Fifth, and maybe this is just being picky— it would have been nice to have a working vacuum cleaner or at least a broom. While we did our best to not track sand in, it’s going to happen. It would have been nice to be able to clean up to remain a little more comfortable and not walking all over sand. Like I said, the location was amazing, but we would probably find another option next time.

We had a wonderful time. The house is just across the street from the beautiful beach. Also, convenient to shops and eating areas. I was surprised just how busy the area was being that we have stayed in the north tip of Anna Maria and there was minimal traffic and few eateries. But there was no noise and the neighbors were the sweetest. The house was very comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchen was equipped well. I do think a good hardwood floor cleaning, couch/pillow cleaning, repainting of doors and walls would be nice for the price. I thought April would be th e start of the busy season and some of that would have been done. It looks like a couple of seasons have gone by with the doors looking worn. But that’s just me and how I handle my own VRBO. I may be wrong. Also the list side showed, lawn and pool were beautiful. I would definitely stay again

We loved our stay at this property. The Location of this property is close to the beach, great local shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary cooking equipment. The outdoor space worked great for us, playing cards and hanging out. Please note the pool is covered, very small, and you will not be in the sun. We would stay again!

Plenty of room for my family to celebrate my son’s beach wedding. One block to beach and couple blocks to shopping and restaurants. Will stay again. Thank you!

This house is absolutely perfect for an AMI getaway. It’s within walking distance to the beaches and many of the restaurants the island has to offer. The house is great for hosting a large group for your stay. It offers plenty of seating and a great outdoor area. Our only complaint is the beds and grill need replacing, badly.

The property has a great location. Close to the beach and restaurants. Overall we had a good experience. Some of the amenities could be updated like the beach chairs and cooking items. The pool is more of an oversized hot tub and we didn't have access to turn the heat on . Heat isn't turned on until after Thanksgiving so we didn't use it much. Plenty of space for our family though and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces.

The location of the property was fantastic, however the overall condition of the property was very poor. I attempted to contact the manager via text after arrival due to the wifi not working (we were given the wrong network name which we figured out) and the pool being ice cold and not circulating. The adults wouldnt get in, and all the kids had to get out due to shivering and blue lips after 15 min, and we were curious about options to heat. I was never contacted back. I attempted to call during business hours 2 days later to report the constant running toilet in the downstairs bathroom, flickering and burnt out lights in the twin bedroom and down stairs bathroom, and also stairway, washing maching that was full of water (had to drain before each use), bathroom window in upstairs suite that was off track and wouldnt close to the point where we had to shove a towel in to try and keep mosquitos out, and literally every family member waking up with new bites every morning, which made us wonder about bed bugs, to go along with the 2 massive roaches that we killed. The electrical issues were truly worrysome, the lights would stobe in the bedroom, and randomly shut off in 2 of the bathrooms, to where family elected to shower in the dark or using daylight only. The outlet behind the master bed had no faceplate, and literally shocked me when plugging in charger, and it was failry obvious the stairway lights had a short. There wasnt a smoke alarm in the kitchen or living area, which only was a worry after the electrical issue. I left a voice mail and was never contacted back. I understand some of these issues are nit picky, and werent deal breakers by any means, but the lack of respect to atleast get a call back was. If I was the home owner, I would be furious. I have videos and pictures of all these issues as well.

Great location enjoyed our time

Fantastic house, very cold a/c, stocked kitchen, spacious, very clean. Right off of a busy street, quiet road. Private pool was wonderful after a day at the beach! Beach a quick and easy walk. A few issues with a broken washer and problems with Internet that were communicated to the owner and he responded with linen service and an extended check out in exchange. Very happy with our stay, thank you, Terry!
