I liked the room but thought I would have a balcony.

I think the towels could have been better for the cost of the room and no one was available to make recommendations for my stay

The location is fantastic. the room is comfortable and clean.

You'll hear all the good music played at Cala Monachile - real loud. I didn't mind - but if you have kids you'll suffer.

View on the sea and beautiful breezes.

I would prefer that there was a gate at the top of the stairs as there would be various people sitting outside the room on return from dinner. I feel you wouldn’t mind so much if you are a couple, but different for a single person.

The location was wonderful. You are right in the center close to everything. The views are amazing.

We thought it was a hotel but it’s not really. Once you get the room you are pretty much on your own. No beach towels, no ice, there is a mini fridge but it doesn’t keep things cold. If you buy your own beverage you have no glass to pour it into. Super easy to get locked out of the room when you go up to your terrace or down to open the door for a family member as the room door will slam shut behind you and lock. You have to leave the premises for breakfast so if the weather is super windy and rainy at that time it’s not fun. Beautiful room though just be prepared for more of a Airnb experience than a hotel experience.

Excellent location with fantastic views of the beach, in the heart of the shops and restaurants. Nicely presented room, good size bathroom, coffee-making facilities. Very helpful Manager with transport provided from car-park to the Old Town area, close to the apartment.

Being close to everything means it is noisy. The glass doors are not double-glazed so seem to let all the noise through. At night, young people gather close to where the apartment is until late at night and make a lot of noise.

Cosimo was really helpfull and very accommodating it does have a view of the beach but to be honest they rely on that far too much. it’s just a small rocky beach

the room is tiny. it’s clean and has everything you need but if you are an average size Northern European you will struggle. if you drive you will be told to park a fair bit away and a golf cart will collect you but it won’t be the 10 minutes promised. it will be when they can fit you in. and the return is a lot less reliable !

Everthing was perfect. The view is amazing, the room was very clean, the bed was big and cozy and we had a great time there. Cosimo and Marilisa were the perfect hosts, trying to make us feel as good as they could. We highly recommend Posea anytime.

Very Good location very close to dinning and shopping with views of the beach and sea.. Cosimo was most helpful during our group very short stay!

There are steps to reach rooms and multiple steps for the roof teraced apartment. Parking and luggage presented a challenge, but Cosimo did his best to help our arrival and departure.. Access is difficult to Almost All locations here and he made this inconvenience as easy as possible
