We stay here every year-you can’t beat the close access to the beach and the view from the condo. It’s truly perfection. We saw manatees all week and really took a break from reality. Our only complaint was that the chairs were locked up, sometimes as late as 10 in the morning. That was something new this year.

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It was exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the screened patio and the view the beach. There was a nice sandy walkway out to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We also enjoyed the pool.

Stayed in Unit 2 for 4 nights and could not have asked for a better property & location! The unit was beautiful and bigger than we expected. Had everything we needed-fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, you name it! Loved sitting on the screened porch just watching & listening to the ocean (yes, you’re that close!). The entire property is quiet & relaxing. Just an all around fabulous & easy vacation!Also have to give a shout out to the extraordinary Margaret. She checked us in and was just so pleasant and helpful in every way. Margaret is a TRUE GEM...I could rave for days! Thank you Margaret!! If you kayak, try Happy Paddler. Take a tour and you won’t be disappointed by the scenery, stories AND Nick’s awesome sense of humor! We plan to make this our new annual getaway!

What a view and right on the beach. We came down for a short getaway and it was hard to leave. This unit has the best view and it’s like you are literally on the beach. The unit was newly furnished. The beach was peaceful and quiet. The area was nice and non commercialized. It made me want to become a snow bird and spend my entire winter at the beach.

The location of this condo is great. The amenities that it offers is wonderful especially the washer and dryer. The private beach over the holiday weekend was a major plus.
The condo has been updated, but the setup of the master bedroom should be reconfigured. When you enter the room, the door hits the nightstand. The lamps were not plugged in as the outlet is located directly behind the bed in the middle. My daughter was able to get one plugged in. There is a huge armoire that limits the walkway to the other side of the bed. We had to inch the tv closer to the edge on top of the armoire so we could get it plugged in. The other bedroom with the 2 twin beds was very spacious as was the living room/kitchen area.
Overall, great condo and location.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we tried to add an additional night. We loved the balcony with such a gorgeous view and screened porch. Having a washer and dryer was a plus and the furnishings were so lovely. Would definitely return!

great loction. Furnishings were excellent--everything you would need. response from stff was excellent. There are afew things that would make it better. * keys---forget them, they don't work * patio chairs--very uncomfortable--put several soft lounge chairs out there. * noise from above----paper thin ceiling---every chair drag--every step--you her--loud and clear. * patio screen--I know why it is there, but--to me it really dulls the beach vision effect. * main BR--TV works whenever it wants. i do like the location, but these are concerns to me

We love grilling in the grill area. This year, we saw a loggerhead turtle nesting, played with manatees (literally 5 of them let everyone pet them), saw dolphins. The fact that you are right on the beach is amazing. The only complaint was the woman who owns the house 2 properties over kept coming up to people on the beach telling them (and us at one point) that we were too close to her property line. We were not close to the stretch of beach in front of her home at all. Other than that, it was just perfect. Can’t wait to return.

Great location!
This is exactly what I expected. It was clean and just a few step onto the beach. I could get up in am and take walks and didn’t have to wait for anyone. It had plenty of extra towels, pillows, linens. Spacious living room and comfortable furniture. Nice size kitchen. It was Apx 15 from downtown St Armands Circle. And there were places to eat close by. Only thing Is they have some construction going on next door. It didn’t really effect us much. They started around 8 am but not sure how it will effect others down the road. Great place. Had queen bed and 2 single beds - 2 bath and washer n dryer. Great view!!

We were on Longboat for my nephews wedding and I am so glad I chose this condo! It was clean, well kept, with an updated kitchen and the location cannot be beat. My son and I even extended our stay for two extra days and RVA was incredible to work with. We will definitely be returning to #2 at The Cabana Beach Club!
