We really enjoyed our stay. Would have liked to stay longer and enjoy the beach etc. Very comfortable and tasteful accommodation. My only suggestion would be if you advertise ‘breakfast included’ that you are slightly more generous with portions. We usually bring our own breakfast to motels but because this property said ‘breakfast included’ we brought nothing. There were 2 small bananas but only 1 orange/mandarin. There was plenty of muesli but not enough milk for 2 if we wanted some in our coffee as well. I had to go and buy yogurt. There was enough bread to make toast for two but barely enough butter and jam for two. We ended not having toast and coffee because we had to leave in a hurry with a bit of an unexpected medical emergency. Would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Home away from home must come back beautiful

Julie was a great host, generously offering gluten free options for breakfast. The unit’s lovely & private & in a good location to cafe’s & beaches - short walking distance, or by car if the hill to the beach is a bit steep for you. Once introduced,her two small dogs were welcoming & fun company. The side entrance could be tricky with suitcases, but that could be overcome by just taking down an overnight bag. I’ll definitely be back.

Our overall impression of this property was exceptional. It is very well maintained, and traveller friendly. The studio was lovely, extremely clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend. Five stars.

Great - clean, convenient to highway - great place for overnight stay

The pathway from the location that you have to park your vehicle to the unit is a bit ordinary. It has steps and crusher dust around concrete squares. You are not able to wheel your suitcase. I think it would be an improvement to have a continuous concrete path.

Everything is conveniently available. Hosts easy to deal with. Great dogs.

Perfect for my overnight stay driving from Canberra to Brisbane. Julie was lovely, George and Hector delightful. The property was neat as a pin and the apartment was spotlessly clean. I was perfectly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This property has awkward access over a down hill long rocky path. The room is at the back under the house. It is single beds only. My husband and I left without staying. Very disappointed. I have never heard of accommodation having single beds in a room for 2.

Valla Beach. It was a very lovely experience, accommodation was perfect. Very welcoming, easy going hosts. Comfortable pleasant lounge area with two Jason rockers, lovely touch after a few hours in the car! Bed was just right too. Kitchen VG, light breakfast provided which was very much appreciated. From car to unit door is difficult for anyone with mobility problems, pathway a bit steep in places but worth the effort if possible.

A delightful stay, totally comfortable accommodation. Owners live upstairs, but very unobtrusive. There was milk, muesli, biscuits, fruit etc and everything you could ask for. Lovely bird-filled garden. Access is via a steep path so not suited for anyone with mobility issues. Would absolutely recommend for solo travellers or couples.

For a walking problem people a bit difficult to go down to the apartment and back up to the car park, otherwise very pleasant stay and will book again in the future Thank you, Ewa and Warwick

I found the owner very welcoming, as were her two Miniature Schnauzers, George and Charlie. The property was well appointed, very clean and extremely comfortable. While I only stayed for the one night, I would gladly stay for a longer period next time. I had driven from north of Caboolture, and found the location of Valla Beach ideal for an overnight stopover. The property is currently undergoing some works to improve access.

Apartment set in a beautiful garden. Everything attractive and functional in the apartment. Walk through the garden quite sloping and a little uneven on stepping stones over river stones in one short section.

It was very comfortable, warm and pleasant staying at Valla Beach. We found Peter to be very helpful. The dogs were lovely too. The outlook from the studio was great. the grounds/ flowers were well maintained. Some food supplies were available for tea making etc, which was handy. I would definitely recommend this residence.

Everything a person could need, including the makings of a light breakfast and a lovely garden area outdoors. Most gracious hosts.

Friendly host, far enough from the Pacific Highway not to hear it yet very convenient. Highly recommended. Room is large airy and modern.

I stayed in this property as I had some work to do near by. The owners are really good hosts. The place is clean and welcoming. You have everything you need like tea and coffee / hot chocolate to a washing machine. It's a new property and well maintained. It was really lovely having their little dog come down for a visit every now and then. I would definitely book this place again.

Very comfortable with everything one needs, in a perfect location. Ease of access to come and go and our hosts were always asking if they could provide us with anything else we needed. Sad to leave the place at the end of our holiday.
