Pool, jacuzzi, over all feel of the hotel

Bed were not comfortable, small and light blankets, shower was not good

Realmente el personal nos apoyo en todo momento. Llegamos al hotel, antes de el horario para realizar el check in por un vuelo de horas, y el personal nos dejo entrar antes para descansar. El desayuno es asombroso

Lo único es que no hay muchos lugares para sentarse a desayunar.

Great breakfast that is included, and easy facilities that was all we needed while on holiday.

The location is good and quiet. Staffs are friendly, and the hotel is very clean. Nice breakfast!!

Hotel w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji, w spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Śniadania smaczne, duży wybór produktów, a najbardziej cieszyły rodzinę pyszne pancakes.

The king studio suite has “balcony” in its list under “facilities”. Our room did not have a balcony and was told it’s first come first serve, I arrived 30 minutes after the check in time

The room was clean and well-equipped. The sofa was converted into an additional bed.

The property provides with all the necessary comfort.

El desayuno es muy gringo, pan y cafe..

En habitación cercana había perros y ladraron toda la noche.... ¿como mantienen limpias las alfombras si los perros hacen sus necesidades dentro de las habitaciones?

I enjoyed the size of the room. Pool and jacuzzi was inside. Gym was clean and in order. Fireplace was cozy. Breakfast was warm and quick.

We could hear a dog bark a good portion of the night.

The staff was friendly and answered any and all questions.

Maybe the breakfast wanted more variety..like scramble eggs or potatoes. Otherwise we enjoyed the waffle station.

The staff were super nice and accommodating. I am glad I had a good front desk team that were continually all smiles and kind. I also used the fitness center and it was super clean, I enjoyed the silence as I worked out.

The bed on the left side, towards the main door of my room, was so caved in that when I sat on it I was quite concerned. However, the middle and the other side of the bed were fine. Also, the coffee maker I had in my room did not work at all.

Location accesible to Anaheim and Los Angeles

Parking was almost full all the time had to park in garage

Very clean and updated Breakfast was really good. Good coffee labeled as Starbucks….only served at breakfast but they had a coffee maker in room. You’ll save $100 for a fam of 5 with what they give for breakfast. I even took a few extra sandwiches and wrapped them in foil (brought from home) and put in our fridge or took with us for our outings. Buffett 3 minutes away was good. Grocery store Albertsons was very clean and reasonable prices. Reminds me of acme in east coast. We didn’t get the chance to use any pool, but they have an indoor pool and a sister hotel up the street which they will golf cart you to, and they said it’s salt water. Wanted to try that out but we ran out of time. Lobby also has decent food and good prices on meals, not so much on snacks and drinks. Works in a pinch, but otherwise, I’d buy at the store if you need something every day. But the salads and sandwiches looked good. Tried BJs pizza and the vibe was pretty cool. Got take out, but has a sports bar feel. Pizza hit the spot being from west coast. I was afraid it would be thin and not filling enough, but it was good. Dishwasher was nice and worked well. Fridge was almost full size, but a little smaller, maybe apartment sized? It worked for us for what we needed. Ice was tedious. The bucket wasn’t clean, but we brought gallon ziplocks with us. Fridge door opened with the hinge on the right, right next to the exit/entrance door to our room. It was odd, and a little inconvenient, but we survived. Dishes were clean (still washed before use)

Security seems to be an issue…needed a room key just to go up and down the elevator. Laundry was nice. People were not as friendly as I expected. They were nice, but not like go out of their way nice. Room was smaller than expected. A little tight for 5 of us. Bathroom didn’t give any privacy and also no way to lock it. Very nice set up, just not as good as it could’ve been. Also, 100% my fault, but thought it was closer to universal and airport. Not a big deal, but tried to be close and it was about 40 minutes with traffic to each. No traffic it was only 25 min to universal. Pretty straight drive too. Traffic is just insane on route 101. But you’re right off the main highway at this hotel.

Limpieza, desayuno muy bueno y muy buenas instalaciones.

The room was perfect for my family, as we loved staying there. After sightseeing the full day out, It was relaxing in the room. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot pool. Perfect. The morning breakfast was too good. The breakfast timing was 6 to 9, which is good if someone wakes up late. The staff would continously refill even at 9 AM, so that the late comers wont miss anything, which is remarkable.

The room was comfortable sized. It was clean and had kitchen facilities/utensils. The breakfast was fairly extensive and had healthy choices. The parking options were adequate. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The mattress was not firm enough, and the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom vent was so noisy, it was difficult to sleep, but otherwise the room was quiet from outside noise.

I rented this property for few of my employees which is very nice and centrally located
