Well located , well equipped, stylish house .

We absolutely loved our stay, private and spacious for our group. The view of the pool area and beyond was breathtaking. We had a wonderful weekend, visited some great wineries that were very close to the property and would definitely return here again.

The property was perfect for six guests, really enjoyed the heated pool as it was a little cool during our stay . The view from the front porch was perfect with great sunsets over the vineyards and hills !! Our host was great with all of the communications prior to the trip!! We will definitely stay again when we visit The Healdsburg area!!

The house was clean and tastefully decorated. Convenient location, a couple of wineries are within walking distance and yet only a few minutes drive to the town. Very responsive communication by host from beginning to end. Overall, a great experience!

This was the perfect house for a girls trip to Healdsburg. The location was great, we were even able to walk to a few vineyards. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and stocked with all the essentials. Highly recommend this property!

We returned to this property and enjoyed it just as much as our first time. The pool and view are lovely. The outdoor shower was just a delight. With the restaurants of Healdsburg close by, this retreat met our needs perfectly! Communication with the owner is top notch too. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed for a week at this lovely, very comfortable house. It was absolutely spotless and so well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals including sharp knives (which is very hard to find in a rental!) We have never had such thoughtful touches in a rental before (amazing soaps, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, fun games, books, spices, olive oil, etc.) The owner Nilus was super helpful as well. We had a problem with the water pressure the first day and he came out to fix it within hours of my text to him. The pool and outside area are fabulous and such a great spot to relax before and after wine tastings. Lastly, the location can’t be beat. It’s across the street from J Vineyards and Rodney Strong and a very short drive into downtown Healdsburg. The next time we are in the area we will definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful house for a family get-away! Was close enough for a quick drive to downtown Healdsburg, but allowed you to be out some for relaxation and quietness!

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Vineyard Vista. The home was well equipped with everything that you could possibly ask for in a kitchen. We enjoyed the large pool after wine tastings at both J & Rodney Strong. The house was so close to both tasting rooms.

My girlfriends and I loved our stay at the Modern Farmhouse... Nilus was attentive to my few questions prior to arriving, the house was beautiful, the pool and small vineyard lovely, and we even had a little fox family living behind us. An easy 5-minute drive into town. A sweet spot!

Our family stayed here with our young children. The heated pool was better than the photos! We enjoyed lounging on the deck and the kiddos loved swimming ALL day in the heated pool. The location was perfect (only 10min from downtown Healdsburg). We didn't cook because great restaurants were nearby with delivery. The house was very clean and slightly secluded from the main road, so you felt like you were on your private vineyard!

House was very much what we expected. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable. Pool was great. Good location. Very quiet. Nilus was easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions. We would stay there again.

We loved our stay at this property! The house was very clean, the amenities were great, and the kitchen was well stocked. Additionally, the patio was lovely. It felt secluded, and yet we were a quick 5 minute drive from Healdsburg town square, and very close to great wineries like J Vineyards and Aperture.

Great property right by Rodney Strong and J Winery. Loved the decor and vibe. Great to be able to swim in the pool in February!! Thanks for having us!

Nilus’ home was just what 3 Mom’s needed to getaway and reset. From the rustic farmhouse decor, cozy open floor plan, and proximity to Healdsburg and J winery, it was a great weekend distraction. Looking forward to future stays.

Everything was great, clean home with everything you need, but you must pay to heat the pool

We felt no need to leave! Other than one wine tasting excursion, we were more than content to stay and hang out and this super comfy home with a spectacular view.

I stayed with four girlfriends for 4 days - we were all celebrating a big birthday! The owner was so easy to work with and the property and the view was just stunning. We all felt right at home. Each day we went to tastings in different regions and had a relaxing spot to return to!

This house is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it is cozy without feeling crowded with 6 adults and two babies. Loved the privacy of the entire property. So much space outside to roam and play. Loved the soaps & lotions in the bathrooms...smelled amazing. One of my friends loved the space and wants to return to do a girls trip 😊

The house was perfect for my sister and I with my two young boys. We each had a bedroom and my boys shared a bedroom with twin beds. The pool was a fun daily activity for our boys, and the location is great. Just a few minute drive to downtown Healdsburg and walking distance to Rodney Strong. Cute place to stay!

We had a lovely time. The house is well appointed, clean, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space is amazing. Not to be missed is the outdoor shower...none of us showered indoors! Thank you for a relaxing and perfect week!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. My kids enjoyed the pool, which was very clean. The large deck was great for eating our meals, with a view of the hills and vineyards. Nilus was a fantastic host and made us feel welcome. I would stay here again.
