The home was nice and was good access to places phone services didn't really work anywhere in Florida on our end but overall it was a great place

Reviewer Comments: Main problem, besides uncomfortable furniture, a freezer that did not freeze,a stove that you could not change the temperature on, was the fact that the pool area was infested with red ants. Pest control did come but ants are under the surrounding bricks and they could not be killed. Ants also got in pool water and everyone suffered ant bites. We also had problem with pool heat not working correctly for 19 days. Our disabled Vietnam Veteran that suffers from pulmonary fibrosis was not abld to enjoy pool or spa! Would not rent again.

We enjoyed our stay- clean, cool, comfortable beds, nice pool- if you want to go to beaches it is a little far like 1-1/2 hours but real close to Orlando- would stay here again

The booking process was pretty seamless - we had one very minor issue and Rem solved it immediately. During our 3 1/2 week stay we didn’t have any issues. This place was just perfect for our family. we had a mixed of toddlers and teens and the space was just perfect. Everyone had their little area to themselves. And as per the grownups, what can we say, we wish we could have been able to stay longer. Host was available whenever we had a question, thanks for the hospitality. The house was as described and accommodated our family well. Our only issue was the WiFi, which didn’t work for the first day and a half. It should also be a secure WiFi, instead of general access. That, along with the horrible reception in the area in general was very inconvenient. The furniture, appliances, and fixtures could use updating. Other than that we really enjoyed our time.

The garage had trash . The pool table cover was on the floor . Missing things from kitchen that are a must to have . The bedroom my children stayed in had left over oranges someone must of left. The pull out couch smelled like pee . Under the couch there was a spoon , a childrens food pouch and pacifier. I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness from this home. Although it lacked in cleanliness it was very close to parks and restaurants.

Wonderful property. Waste of money paying to heat pool and hottub. They blamed it on cooler than normal weather, it was actually warmer than normal for January. I live 1 hour south of here and our community pool has no problem keeping the water temperature comfortable. Coffee pot leaks and is way overdue to be replaced. There was no dish soap or trash bags. Pool deck near screen all the way around screen was covered in mud and sand. Many ant hills in the pool area. Other than those issues house was very well laid out with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 upstairs. Large living room with lots of seating. Full size pool table in the garage was a lot of fun for everyone. So if your looking for a large house with a non heated pool this is it.

Check in process was easy... Home was nice we wanted to enjoy the hot tub but it was not heated .. We were not told if we had to pay something extra for that feature.. Also we had 2 leaks on at the a.c in the ceiling in the master bedroom closet and master batheroom a.c. in the ceiling same issue.. Other than that good location. Distance to attractions may have bee. 25-30 mins. Enough room for my family

Everything was great except for the roaches, they are small ones but we were constantly killing and wiping counters for sanitizing. We will use the company again but would love not having to deal with the roaches.

Location is bit away from attractions taking local roads, as I4 exit is very backed up getting on or off. Excellent Vacation maintenance responded quickly to couple plumbing and cable TV service issues at beginning which made rest of stay much more enjoyable. Furniture is a little dated but comfortable enough for large group. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates and more pots and pans than others we've stayed in. Pool area was extra large with room for chairs around all sides and outdoor eating area which was nice. Would easily stay here again.

The floor as soon as you open the door was full of dry leaves and dirt. The carpet was disgusting, you could see long hairs on it, so no one vacuumed it and also it had stains all over. None of the locks on the bathrooms and some of the rooms worked. The two toilets upstairs were clogged and one of the tubs upstairs was clogged and still had water from the previous guests that didn’t drained ( that shows you that the cleaning crew didn’t wash the tubs, because they didn’t noticed that that one was full of water) one of the tubs downstairs still had pubic hairs. None of the sheets were clean. Not even one! You could tell that they were slept on and they just left them on. We all went to Walmart and bought new sheets that we put on the beds and we bought cleaning products and had to wash the bathrooms really late that night. Two of the kids that were staying at the house suffer from asthma and we had to take them out of the house that late at night because the smell of bleach was affecting them. The day that we checked out, the cleaning crew got there while we were still there, and my sister in law saw them take the DIRTY sheets from the bed to the dryer. They didn’t wash them. Also we got a set keys locked inside of a car so we were there for over an hour after the check out time waiting for a locksmith, and the cleaning crew was out of the house in less than 45 minutes. You DO NOT clean a house that big in 45 minutes. I know that because my sister and I own a cleaning company. Also the ceiling fans were so dirty the dirt on them was like 2 inches think. The glass doors to the patio were so disgusting. Honestly, I personally wouldn’t rent a house with you guys again. I think I’m speaking for every person that stayed there this past weekend.

It has a large pool and is 1.3 miles from Publix, CVS and other stores. Disney was close by. The house had plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay there and were very comfortable. The property management team were wonderful and extremely helpful.

Reviewer Comments: The house was ok, very spacious and accommodating, enjoyed our stay, but the dining room chairs are dirty and you’re really taking your chances sitting in them, they need to be replaced, carpet needs to be replaced, lots of in master off the living room didn’t work at all, shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced, refrigerator leaked water, I’m not a bug person so when I saw a few roaches in the kitchen and bathroom I completely lost it, was gonna leave but it was Thanksgiving so my husband went and bought some raid and sprayed, my grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the big loft area to play in. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, it was worth it, the spa was great. We had fun in the garage with the pool table, there is also a highchair and a stroller to use in case you need one, that was very thoughtful, overall we enjoyed our stay, but if a little more care was done in making the house more comfortable it would be a awesome house. The cleaning person Rosa does a good job cleaning, so it’s not her fault about the maintenance or bugs. The pool area is large and everything was there to enjoy in the pool..Beware of the raccoons lurking about in the front.. So in closing, we enjoyed our holiday, the house is ok, but a little work needs to be done, invest and upgrade a little for people to enjoy your house and they will come back and the reviews will show it. I don’t like giving negative reviews, I really liked the house but just upgrade some things and keep it well maintained.
