This was the perfect place for us to stay during the ASV Baseball Tournament. Close to the fields, close to Main Street restaurants and cafes.
It was very clean, comfortable, with good amenities. We have a younger son that will be playing the tournament in a couple years, so we will be back!

Nice place with a great location. Also, the owners have a very nice personal touch to make you feel welcome.

Our stay was wonderful, stayed with another baseball mom while our boys played in Cooperstown tournament. The place was spacious, clean and welcoming. Would recommend.

We stayed here for our visit to All Star Village. It was a wonderful place to stay. Great location, clean and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

This rental is as described in the listing. There was plenty of room to maneuver and having the ability to cook (save $) and do laundry (also save $) we’re lifesavers.
The house is full of character with many original features. It was everything I expected from an older house to include some original wood flooring and the creaking to go with (for me a positive). This is a town that is probably normally pretty temperate in climate so the AC was window units you used as needed — it was more than adequate and the norm in various rentals.
Our host checked on us regularly and even provided us locally sourced ingredients for breakfast one morning. Can’t say enough of the great communication and hospitality.
The location is about 10 minutes from ASV and walking distance to Main St downtown. In driving around town, I can’t say there was really a “good” or “bad” area. This rental is next to a Dunkin’ Donuts and surrounded by several old churches and similar houses.
Overall, the unit was exactly what we needed to make our stay effortless and enjoyable.
Thank you Tim and your crew for a wonderful week.

Photos of this property are accurate! Clean spacious accommodations that 4 adults, 1 tween and 1 medium dog enjoyed. Good location to town, fast food, and about 20 minutes to Cooperstown. Dreams Park.

Our accommodations were clean , had everything we needed and easy to get to for baseball. Nice location to Main St for small town feel and not far from commercial things...BJs Aldi etc....I would recommend to anyone coming to the area! Property owner easy to reach if needed.

Clean, leather recliner couch, well-stocked kitchen. Renters from next house next door parked in our space so we used on street parking. Good stove and refrigerator. Each bedroom has tv and a desk.

STAY HERE! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!
First and foremost, Tim, the property manager was speedy in all email responses, answered all my questions, and was super nice. Great customer service from the very start. It's kind of nerve wracking to book a place in an unfamiliar area to begin with but Tim totally took the time to answer everything for me. We booked one week at this property, "Home Base 2" in Oneonta for my son's Cooperstown tournament. We had the upper level of this home. The bottom level was rented by a family from our team which was nice and a great perk was that since we referred that family to book, we got a $50 referral credit which Tim issued to us within ONE HOUR of their booking. The main entrance was shared but there were separate doors with locks to the bottom level and the upstairs to our place. Very secure so even if someone that youdo not know rents either below or above you, you seriously would never know because it's so quiet and secure. The unit had 3 huge spacious rooms all with big screen TVs, air conditioners that worked great in EACH room, and A/C in the dining room, and the living room too. IT was super hot and muggy in Onenonta the week we went which was August 14-20 and those air conditioners did their job and kept us cool to the point where we had to wear sweatshirts inside. Very nice! There is one bathroom which was big with a shower and tub. the water was super hot all the time and also a big deluxe washer and dryer was in that bathroom too. (The bottom unit is also has their own washer and dryer too). The kitchen is updated with all stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, with all dishes, utensils, cups, a drip coffee maker, etc. The living room had two big couches and you have Direct TV in all rooms too. THis place wouild easily hold 3 families and maybe even 4 because of all the air conditioners and TVs in each large room where everyone could have their own space/privacy after returning from watching their son play baseball. We were at All Star Village which was only 3 miles away. Very convenient. There is a WalMart, JC Penny, TJ Maxx, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wendy's, only ONE mile away. We went to WalMart almost daily to buy groceries and snacks and waters for the boys's cabins. There is a large dining room area as well with a big dining table. There is a very nice balcony on the 2nd level too where we would sit and relax after the games. Tons of good restaurants and oh, there is a Duncan Donuts and a KFC literally across the street.

Good for a week at CASV
Location is great when you think about distance to Cooperstown All Star Village. It’s a 7 minute drive. Location to downtown is also perfect. You can walk to many restaurants. Tino’s is good for pizza. Subway for sandwiches. Our friends enjoyed the Yellow Deli.
The location itself... eh. It could be classified as up and coming? Student rentals? Not someplace I felt going outside alone at midnight was a good decision. House is just an old house... 100+ years old. It’s been renovated with the bare minimum, and that was 2 years ago. There’s peeling paint in some spots, the carpet in the steps/upstairs hallway smelled weird. Again. It’s old. If you’re in the front bedroom with the King bed, holy cow is the street loud. They’re doing construction and they started at 5:30/6am every day. It was “clean”... however it needs a good deep clean from the weekly rentals. Corners had dirt, trim had dirt, the stainless appliances were all smeared because they’re just running through and wiping with a rag or whatever they use. I brought Lysol wipes and cleaner and cleaned before we settled in. The big tv’s are nice and leather reclining couch was comfy. Again, it was fine for what we needed it for, but next time I’d probably go for the Hampton Inn for the cost we paid for the week.

Perfect location for the All Star Park
Everything worked out well. The location was ideal for all star park. We were able to go back between games, and in the evening a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Getting to Cooperstown and Otsega lake was less than 30 minute drive.

Great spot while at All Star
We arrived around 4:30pm and followed the instructions given by Tim to access the keys. We easily made our way into the upstairs apartment and the kids claimed their rooms. There were four of us with an occasional 5th when my baseball son came back with us. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. There are a couple of nearby parks that we played frisbee at. Note: the commuity pool was not open the second week in June because the kids in the area were still in school. That was a bit of a bummer, but we found other things to do. It is close to shopping and restaurants plus 10 minutes from All Star Village. We also drove to Cooperstown on a few occasions... about a 25 minute drive. About 15 minutes further from Cooperstown is Glimmerglass lake which has a beach and really cool covered bridge. The weather wasn't warm enough the beach, but it looked really nice. We had everything we needed at the apartment... toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, filters, toaster oven, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

Great Place to Stay for a week of baseball
This was a very easy experience. Check in process was so simple. When we arrived everything was as expected. Clean and organized. Great location with easy accessibility to everything. The communication from the property manager was amazing. I would recommend this listing to anyone coming into town.

Cute apartment near downtown and All Star Village
Our family really enjoyed staying in upstairs apartment #2! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the amenities are plentiful (the air conditioners were key). The apartment is a 10 minute drive to All Star Village via the highway and is within walking distance to downtown where there are several good restaurants and cute arts and crafts stores that are fun to browse. Tim took good care of us and checked in by text to make sure we had everything we needed. He even got us a colander. Great stay - we would come back if we get the chance.
BTW: we ordered catering from Pizza 23 West (pasta, chicken parmigiana, salad...) and had it delivered to All Star Village for a team dinner at Cottage #17 adjacent to the tented dining facility. Great time sharing a dinner with the boys and families!

Nice Property . Very Big!
Whole house could basically accommodate half of a team for baseball. Close to All Star Parks and about 20 min from Dreams Parks. My family stayed in the 2nd floor unit. Great Spot!

Great place, great location!
Spent the week here for our son's Cooperstown All Star Village Experience. Was about 3 miles from the Village, so made getting to games easy for us. We had our other children (ages ranging from 11 to 16) so being close to stores, Main Street was great and nightly Friendly's ice cream was a bonus! Loved that they provided so much for us- not only toiletries, laundry detergent, but Tim, the property manager was great. I’m an environmentalist, so recycling is important to me. When I asked about recycling for the apartment, Tim said the town didn’t do it, but where he lived did take it, and if I saved it, he would take it for me! And when the wifi went down, Tim was there to fix quickly (which we know is important when you have teenagers at home) And the house comes with outdoor activities. We are all now Professional Kan Jam players. Was fun to fill the time while enjoying the beautiful weather outside!
Jeff was great with communication throughout the process, he provided us with great information about where to go, eat, etc. The entire experience was terrific, couldn’t have asked for a better time and place!! Thanks Jeff! (and Tim!)

Perfect stay!!! Very comfortable!!!
The property is very clean! From the yard, to the porch, the entrance and our entire apartment. The apartment has original hardwood floors with updated flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has modern appliances, all the utensils, dishes, pots and pans we needed to cook at the apartment to save on eating out. It is expensive to eat out in Oneonta and Cooperstown for every meal. Mr. Dudley so kindly has coffee, cream, sugar and Splenda provided for guests. The bathroom has a washer and dryer that also came in handy. We were able to pack light and rewash. Also, Allstar Village does not wash street clothes or practice clothes for the boys, so we were able to wash clothes for our son. Again, Mr. Dudley provided detergent, bleach, fabric softener as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash! It was nice not to have to buy those items. It was good shampoo too! I'm going to look for it at home! The beds were very comfortable, we loved each room had its own tv with cable and an a/c unit with remote control. That was great for naps between games. The dining area and living room were very nice comfortable and inviting. We had a parent meeting at the apartment, everyone loved the place and were very jealous of how nice, clean and comfortable it was. They weren't so lucky with their rentals! There was a grill and picnic table if you want to cookout. The location was perfect also, less than 10 minutes from All Star Village, 1 minute from the Main Street shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes from the Walmart, grocery stores, more restaurants, and the mall. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to choose this apartment for a stay in Oneonta/Cooperstown. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. :)

Great place, clean, comfortable, & convient
We were very pleased with the rental this week. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs apartment. Our friends and teammates were below us in the other apartment. We had such a great trip and being in the house was one of the best things. We were very close to our boys and it was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine. If anyone I know ever comes to town again, I will surely recommend your place. The information you provided on the paperwork was also very helpful.

Well maintained and nice old house.
We had a wonderful tume. Well maintained and nice old house. TV in every room and comfortable beds. New appliances upstairs. From the women perspective it would have been nice to have mirrors in all of the bedrooms so that they could get finish getting ready without occupying the single bathroom on each floor.
