La atencion, la comodidad, el ambiente de hogar, el desayuno delicioso, excelente lugar para descansar.

El hotel tiene 2 sedes, una campestre y otra en el pueblo. Recomiemdo que sean especificos con eso al momento de reservar para no crear confusion.

The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. the location and the terrace are very good. The decor is amazing.

My room had no window and the door opened to an internal corridor. The door was made of glass and the curtain very thin, so there was little privacy and the light from outside bothered me all the time. There was music constantly playing from 9 am to 9 pm, and you could not escape from it either in the bedroom or the common areas. Over-priced.

This place is truly exceptional- very special experience in a beautiful house with wonderful people running it! it has super comfortable and beautiful rooms, amazing pool and a great rooftop bar and food was delicious. Thanks a lot to all staff and super friendly owners who also showed us the best of Guaduas :) Very much recommend it and can’t wait to be back to try their massage! Gracias!

How clean it was

Facilities are awesome, clean and well distributed. Staff is unbelievably attentive and kind. The breakfast is just amazing too - little pool with hydrotherapy is the bomb!

As it’s a place to rest I believe menu should be improved and some tv... local tv channels don’t offer much
