Very big and clean apartment Nice people

Very nice location. Venice accessible from there by bus and by train.

The spaciousness of the rooms and its grandeur.. it had lifts for heavy luggage. Very safe environment. 40 Euro taxi trip to Venice for four people was excellent.

The picture in the booking was not reflective of its current condition. The large apartment did not advise it had two toilets which meant we could have stayed in one apartment not two. Finally the first night..music to late hours.as the villa hosted a wedding reception. Final night there was a long and heated argument and screaming tenants. Hope it was not the bride and groom!

Location is good, nice building

We stayed for 3 nights. in this time we’ve got no sight of any hotel personnel. No greetings no goodbyes. There was somebody who contacted us via WhatsApp in order to give someone instructions how to get the room key. When leaving we asked (via WhatsApp) whom to hand over the key, the answer was ”on the table . I forgot: also you can leave the city tax, tot 4€” The building is very beautiful, but sadly there is no possibility to go around the building to enjoy the small park. Rooms are decorated with ikea furniture, funktional but cold and not cosy at all.

Easy self check-in with detailed information by owner. Living in a place looking like a small palace was fantastic for our honeymoons. Very nice and safe location, easy access, free parking in a private inside area. Wifi fast and free. Good facilities - spacious and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We preferred using bus going to Venice, 5mins walking to bus stop (you cant get it wrong), 40mins to get to Venice (but saved money for expensive parking in the city).

Nothing really

The Villa is fantastic. We had a big appartement which had everything you need for a comfortable stay…air condition, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen… Giorgia is also very helpful and friendly and always available for helpful information. We love to come back again!

Lovely villa really well maintained. So charming and well equipped.

Villa Volpi offers apartment rentals in a magnificent building with an amazing garden, for a very affordable price. It includes kitchen and laundry equipment. It makes it a very pleasant place to stay for a visit of Venice (accessible via public transport) for a few days.
