La posizione è centralissima ed eccezionale sia per gli spostamenti a piedi in centro sia per l'arrivo dall'aeroporto con l'alibus. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fatto depositare i bagagli in anticipo e ritardare il ceck out. L'appartamento è carino ed accogliente, 2 bottiglie d'acqua in frigo, bagno che di per se è un monolocale, graditissimo l'ottimo phon con diffusore per capelli ricci. Buona la pulizia in generale

La sera c'è un pò di rumore fino a tardi per la presenza di alcuni locali, che comunque non è eccessivo. Andrebbero lavate le tende e la coperta per il divano letto.

Nice modern apartment hotel rooms in an old building, with all the modern amenities. Very close by the charming downtown area of Catania. Staffs are reachable only through call or online chats.

Key collection process was not very straight forward. There was no staff physicially present.

The location is the best

Great location. Really clean. Big, comfy bed with two large pillows per person. Fantastic shower. Great air con!

Only two teeny things: 1) we only had one roll of toilet paper between two or us for two nights and a spare role would've been great, and 2) the couch didn't have back cushions - only three scatter cushions - so it was a little uncomfortable to sit on or relax on.

Localisation is really great. Just 5 min walk from the center. Also silent if You want to sleep well.

The location is good, but that is all.

The suite (No. 4) is so dirty and the bath and shower room are super smelly! There are mosquitos during our stay. The owner has a strange limitation on many supplies, such as toilet rolls, tissues, and kitchen paper. We stayed four nights and only were given four sets. Extra sets will cost 5 euros extra each set. There is no washer or drier in the suite so we were forced to use the towels again and again. The first night we did not have hot water, I have to call the owner to sort it out. Loud music was nearby until 2:00 to 3:00 am and we cannot sleep! The door to the balcony cannot be fully closed, which means more noise and more insects. We only liked the location of this place. We dislike everything else in Suite 4. We did not check other suites under the Kantania brand.
