Rien, faire attention lors de la réservation car plusieurs logements sont loués sur la même annonce , ce qui fait que les photos et les descriptions ne correspondent pas forcément a ce que vous allez avoir ., nous étions 2 , du coup nous avons eu un logement trop petit ,chaud , et bruyant , au 4 e étage sans ascenseur, les indications pour accéder au logement ne sont pas communiquées avant , il faut appeler pour avoir l'adresse exacte et les codes d'entrée. Quand on est étranger et qu'on ne parle pas la langue ....

Le logement au 4 étage sans ascenseur , dans les combles mansardés, ce qui rend une moitié du logement inaccessible debout , la chaleur du logement avec un petit velux pour aération, de ce fait on dort la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit en centre ville , autant dire que chaleur +bruit on ne dort pas . Le logement est situé au 16 de la rue , se renseigner avant pour obtenir les codes d'entrée , car ni l'adresse exacte ni les codes d'entrée ne sont communiquées avant , quand on ne parle pas la langue c'est super simple ...la photo représente la seule partie accessible debout, pour le reste on se promène a 4 pattes

Photos in the listing are from multiple apartments—ours was on the 3a planta (4th floor in U.S.). It was very close to waterfront restaurants and historic sights. Easy check-in and the building felt safe. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. It is a good space for low-maintenance travelers.

Lots of stairs—no elevator. One nice but small bathroom for all guests. You have to stick your head out the window and look down the street for the sea view. Airflow through common areas was great with front and rear windows open, but bedrooms were stuffy—only one had a window. Many of the glasses and utensils in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. 🙁

The town was beautiful and it was close to the beach.

We couldn't find the key because it was under the outside rug. It isn't an apartment, it is a medium-sized bedroom. There is no AC. The bed was comfortable, but super small for two people. The wifi doesn't work, even after asking the owner. The area is very noisy.

Finding the property was awfully difficult. There is no sign outside the property and the map info is wrong. I rang the number online which was answered but I don’t speak Spanish and they didn’t speak English. In the end I had to take a photo of the door to ask if it was the correct door! We couldn’t use the code to get in but luckily someone came out of the property allowing us entry to the 2nd floor flat. The key safe did work at this point and entry was easy. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up a lot of flights of stairs.

Bad Wi-Fi, dishwasher was not operational, there was no kettle, there was no patio as was promised in the description, two bedrooms had no windows, bad soundproofing from the neighbours above

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well furnished apartment.

Poor communication led to a frustrating check in. After 2 previous requests for details of how to check in, somewhat unclear instructions were sent 4 minutes prior to our arrival at the apartment. Not an enjoyable experience after a 5-hour drive with 2 young children. Two requests for parking information had also been unanswered and then incorrect pricing given (for information, not €12/day as stated but €17:40 for less than a day). A minor detail perhaps but no sockets in the kitchen to plug in the coffee machine supplied so had to put it on the floor in another area, and then it didn't appear to work. No kettle so water had to be boiled in a saucepan for a hot drink. Part of the shower screen was missing so it was very difficult to avoid wetting bathroom floor. Netting covering the building due to building works meant the balcony doors were unopenable, therefore one bedroom was completely unventilated. With no A/C this made the temperature quite uncomfortable. It was not a major issue but I was disappointed that we were not advised of this.

The water in the shower was hot.

Almost impossible to find - no signage. Luckily we found a fellow traveller who let us in . The room was advertised as a Queen Studio of 30 square metres. We measured the room and it was 17 square metres including the bathroom The shower was tiny - no coffee or tea or milk - no aircon - no window apart from toilet The room was nothing like the photo The worst example of misrepresentation I have seen and my worst experience on booking.com we asked for a partial refund but no reply Michael and Cherie

I couldn't physically stand up straight in the room and the room was so small. The toilet was loose The walls are like paper, could hear every sound from the room. The address of the apartment was not so easily recognised on the sat nav however one we found it The location is fabulous there is plenty of parking lovely restaurants and beautiful scenery

the property seemed OK, the problem was our attic room. for my 6foot elderly husband it was horrible, would not stay again.

There was nothing to like about this apartment

The door code didn't work on arrival, and nobody answered the contact number. I had booked a queen studio of 30m2 with twin beds but only about 10m2 of the apartment is actually usable, the rest of the space is less than 1m20 high. with a small double, no windows, only a 50x50cm skylight in the roof. The "kitchen" area was unusable and unsafe; electric cable overhangng the electric rings, a minibar not a fridge, unfinished units, bare sockets in another zone There was not enough lighting to read a book. Please do not go here! Booking.com were very supportive and helped us cancel the remaining days of our stay and get a refund.

Hosts were super nice and gave us lots of helpful recommendations, brought in extra towels, very responsive.
