From the moment you enter the property, you feel like you are at your home. The staff is one of the friendliest I ever seen and they take good care of every detail and always passionate to help. Appartment were extremely clean and very elegant. I've tasted the best omelette here in breakfast it was incredible. Definitely worth the stay!!!

The hotel staff was simply amazing - the most helpful I have ever seen! They made our stay pleasant and care free, they were super responsive and helpful. They even made dinner reservations at the local restaurants for us. The hotel location is perfect - about 30 meters walk to the main ski lift. The hotel itself is new and nice, and very convenient.

K1 Mountain Chalet is located literally next to ski lifts and gondola, you could not get closer even if you wanted to. It is a very nice place (almost a full hotel with reception desk, breakfast and most of hotel facilities) with spacious and nicely furnished apartments with very good internet connection. There is also a large parking garage, great breakfast (with electric car charger) and SPA area. Excellent restaurant and steakhouse is literally across the street. Staff is very helpfull and they pointed out some great points of interest which we would miss otherwise (we also got few maps, small catalog of possible activities and tickets to just about any museum in the area).

Everything was just perfect, absolutely nothing of note to complain about.

The location is in the middle of all the beautiful northern italian towns. The one room suit was big with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The garage was good and easy to go in and out. The breakfast was good as well. The hospitality was exceptional especially from Michaela. She helped us in one of our day trip planning.

The breakfast was really delicious. Our apartment was huge, clean and our sauna and whirlpool were big. Stuff was very kind and helpful. Thanks again for our dream stay and surprise with Moet and desserts for our honeymoon.
