House is always clean and has everything you need to feel right at home. The VIEW can't be beat!! We have stayed at Brad and Lori's house many times and they are very easy to work with. Highly recommend this house.

This was a wonderful property with a spectacular view. Plus it is close to the marina for boat rentals. The hosts were wonderful. They were quick to respond to texts and had great communication. Our family had such a great time.

We had such a great time. Stepping into the home takes your breath away with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for everyone. The deck was hugh. The walk to the beach was very close. Amazing location allows our family to play all day on the lake or at the local beach then come back to the house (and the AC!) to relax, have dinner, play games! The deck is so great for mornings with coffee, evenings with dinner and games :) We'll be back!

We loved our time here! Such a clean, cozy and beautiful home. And that view is incredible. There was no room in the cove to anchor our boat so we went to the next one over and was able to find some space. Can't wait until next year!! Thank you!

House was comfortable, met our needs very well. Room for all 6 of us to spread out. Kitchen roomy, extra space for belongings. The view of the river is dramatic from the gigantic deck. We spent all of our time there when we weren't boating on the river. Enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of outdoor seating.

My daughter & family enjoyed their stay with the beautiful views of the lake. All the things we needed to prepare a wonderful family meal and a relaxing evening were there.

The property was great. It was well maintained and had everything we needed and more! The view off the back deck was lovely. We appreciated the proximity to the boat launch and the beach. Thank you for the heads up to bring our Amazon Fire. The internet access was slow and localized. Some may consider that an asset for a get away vacation!!

Lori and Brad were very accommodating and gracious hosts. They worked with us as our family figured out how to find refuge from the wild fire smoke. We definitely plan on booking this home again to enjoy the deck and Lake Roosevelt.

We absolutely loved this home!! The home had everything you need! Our children loved the games and all the movies you had available. The amazing view from this home is just awesome! This home was perfect for our family. We had 10 people and there was actually 2 beds we didn't use full time as the kids preferred 'camping' in the bonus room. Lori has everything a family needs in the home. We spent a lot of glorious time on the expansive deck. Deck accommodated all of us dining and star gazing. Incredible view of the lake and sunsets. Loved our stay and many family memories to last until next summer. If Lori would have us again, we would love to come again!!

The property was fantastic with everything as advertised and the view is amazing. The little cove nearby was great to park our boat each evening after fishing. The owners were excellent communicators throughout the process and we would certainly return to this property!

This was a great rental for our annual guys fishing trip! The owners, Lori and Brad communicated with me multiple times prior to our stay and were very friendly to deal with. The house is nice and suited us perfectly. Very good experience and would rent again!

Yes! This property is one of the best we’ve seen including those we’ve been to in Kauai and Maui. Yes I said it. Until you’ve been here and walked on the sandy beaches just steps away with the water at 78 degrees you’ll never know. This home away from home has a huge beautiful kitchen with everything you and yours could ever need. It has two living spaces and also two outside decks, one overlooking the amazing water (closer than the online pics) and one that’s shady and cool in the evening. We spoke to Lori a few times and she was so kind that it felt like talking to family. It couldn’t have been a better experience. If you want paradise paired with a home where you can share with loved ones this is it. The Bodeau family is truly blessed to be able to have this haven place and you will too be blessed to experience it. Thanks for everything! See you soon!

After staying 5 nights in Brad and Lori's house all i can say is "i wish our stay could have been longer"!! House is very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough room for everyone. View View View....Awesome!! The owners even checked with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of room to park your boat and ramp is 2 min away, we beached our boat and walked to the lake every day. If you are looking for a clean, roomy, well stocked house that you can walk to the beach...this is for you. We are already planning next years trip!!! Thanks Brad and Lori. 5 STARS

Convenient location close to Seven Bays Marina and a short walk to the beach. The house was stocked with numerous essentials and Lori has her place set up for you to enjoy yourself and relax. She has gone above and beyond in preparation for your stay.

We really enjoyed staying at the house. We appreciated the welcome basket. The house was clean and the A/C was cold. The view was amazing! Lori was easy to work with and very helpful. We will book this house again. Joe Miller

We met here with our adult children and their families, just to enjoy the lake. Home was very comfortable for our group, lots of sleeping and sitting space. Beautiful views of the lake. Short walk to beach access, easy for our preschoolers. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only drawback was the A/C went out during warm weather. The homeowner responded quickly and made repairs, we were soon cool again.

Clean and neat very cute well supplied kitchen, plenty of linens nice and cool ( the AC worked great ( outside temps were over 100!) and a great view of lake! Nice covered front patio plenty of parking for a boat !Close to 7 Bays marina too! ❤️ it!
