Loved the location of this condo, right next to everything in Cruz Bay - no need to take a car, just walk... The outdoor patio is huge and has a great view of Cruz Bay & beyond. Check in was easy & very accommodating. VERY convenient garage parking right under your building & the owner provides beach chairs, etc. Definitely recommend this one!!!

Spent a week in the Love City Penthouse with my fiancé to celebrate my 40th birthday. Our first time in the Caribbean and on Saint John! Darren met us at the dock and was helpful getting us into the unit and acquainted with our accommodations and the area. The penthouse had everything we needed to ensure a great stay after a long journey and we felt comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The location is great and we slept well on the comfortable bed. Looking out on the bay each morning and evening was truly a gift. A short walk to Frank Bay for some sunsets bookended magical days on this gorgeous island. Booked a charter with Morningstar and had a blast learning and exploring the island by boat. A trip I’ll never forget. Would strongly recommend this to any couple looking for a wonderful stay on STJ. Hope to be back! Thank you Pam and company for renting out your place to us!

Unit space was small for a Penthouse. Awkward layout - not a comfortable design. Terrible Dinnerware & glassware. Two usable coffee cups and plastic glasses for use that were deformed and old. No glassware at all. Dirty & sandy floors upon arrival. No door mat at entrance to wipe feet before entering unit. No washclothes and just one tea towel and bath towels were poor quality. No bath mat for shower. Washing machine moldy. Outdoor cushions filthy. Great view and location to town. Nice bathroom. Over priced for what it has to offer.

We love the location & views! Everything about the place was wonderful. Would recommend/suggest upgrading the bath towels (very rough on our skin) & having more beach towels. Also there were no coffee filters so we had to make our own until we got to the store. Little inconveniences for a beautiful bay front view. This was our 2nd time staying here. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property. Well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was large and very comfy. The out door balcony was very nice with the best view on the Island

Perfect view of Cruz bay, perfect location. Clean and has everything you need for a beach day (chairs, towels, backpack cooler). A greeter picks you up at the ferry and shows you to your condo. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance and renting a boat out of Low Key located right next door.

This was our 2nd stay at Grande Bay and we loved it. The penthouse unit has an amazing view of Cruz Bay that we enjoyed every morning and every evening. The location is great being walking distance to all the Cruz Bay restaurants and bars. The Crandall's Love City unit is very nice and met all our needs. Highlights were the amazing view, comfortable bed, cold AC, included beach chairs and backpack cooler (which we used everyday at the beach), and great service from Darren. You'll have no regrets if you choose this great condo in St John. Make sure to rent a jeep and visit all the great beaches in the National Park. Our favorites were Maho Bay and Salt Pond.

We've stayed in Grande bay resort before and the location in Cruz bay cant be any more perfect. The view was amazing and the rooms, balcony/patio were exactly as pictured. Communication with the property and check in was flawless. Didn't need a car bc everything we wanted was walking distance or the taxi safaris were always available right in Cruz bay.

Great location! Room was smaller than anticipated, as there no living room/sitting area. You have the kitchen, bedroom and bath. Outside balcony was nice! Overall, great stay!

We had a great stay at Grande Bay Resort. Our unit had everything we needed, was clean and in close proximity to everything we needed. Get a rental car so you can truly appreciate the beauty of the island.

My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful property for a long weekend at the end of March 2023. The condo is very well maintained, and the pictures are an accurate depiction of the property. Pam (the owner) was very responsive when questions arose. The best part of the condo is the spacious balcony with incredible views, especially at sunset. Just a short walk to many great restaurants and shopping in Cruz Bay. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the one BR. We also have previously stayed in the Penthouse studio. The outdoor space and views were great. Super in-town location. Very clean and well decorated. All the necessities were provided. Perfect for the two of us!

This penthouse level condo has an amazing view and the large outdoor area makes it a fabulous place to enjoy coffee or wine or just the fresh air. You can hear the sounds of Cruz Bay (including the roosters!) from the outside, but inside is quiet. Very convenient to walk to town for dinner, or stay in when we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home base for exploring St. John. Parking spot was clutch, and the roof deck was amazing for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend!

Great stay at this property. The Penthouse makes a difference, vaulted ceilings and huge deck! All the amenities, would definitely stay again!

We were looking for a place close to restaurants, outdoor space and with a view. This place hit all the marks. Chairs, cooler, ice blocks were great for beach trips. W/D with detergent. Everything was provided. Great bed. A welcome bottle of rum could have been a nice bonus if you are looking for ideas😉 will stay again if a couple or grab the bigger place next door if we bring family. Be ready for some live music but it’s a great addition we think.

The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and Wharfside shopping. Mongoose Junction is about a 5-10 minute walk. The property is clean, comfortable, and has a better view than any restaurant we went to. Would stay again!

The place was all we needed! Penthouse corner location. Could see so much of Cruz Bay. Awesome balcony. The place was so nice with an updated kitchen. Loved that it had its on washer & dryer! Covered garage parking. All in all a great vacation place.

This unit was a dream place. We had a small hiccup and the owners went FAR beyond what we could have imagined. Truly the best customer service that we have ever dealt with. I would stay at this unit 100 times again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The lights over the vanity, where a woman puts on makeup, does her hair is pitifully dim. The light over the toilet is ten times brighter. The stay was great and we liked the property very well.

Overall nice property, not Much of a sitting area in the house, basically a kitchen and a bedroom. The outside deck was beautiful, corner unit great views from 2 sides. Nice breeze being on the corner. The location is great if you want to be in town close to shops and dining. Staff was helpful, we had a couple of issues, one being air conditioning wasn’t working up to par, they brought in a portable unit , all was good.

Amazing location in town. Great being able to enjoy Cruz Bay restaurants without having to drive. The view was incredible from the condo. Coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening were a highlight of our trip. Owners and property manager were great to work with. Very responsive to our questions and helpful with coordinating our vacation. The unit itself was well equipped and very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of this condo is where everything is happening. You walk out your condo and you are in the fun. Easy to get around to other locations. The accommodations were just what is needed for a stay in St. John.

This was the second time we stayed at Love City Penthouse at Grand Bay and we were not disappointed. This one bedroom condo is ideally located with a beautiful view of Cruz Bay, Lind Point and some of the islands to the north. We particularly liked watching the activity in the bay (we brought a pair of binoculars). A short walk will get you to numerous shops, restaurants and the National Parks visitor center. The elevator made for easy access and the condo itself was comfortable, and well supplied. There were beach chairs, a cooler and a beach umbrella. Parking is available if you choose to rent a car but you could actually get by without one. You could hear the music from the Beach Bar but it wasn’t excessively loud and was quiet by 10. We would certainly recommend this condo (as long it isn’t when we want to stay there).

Heaven on Earth!

The unit has a great view & a large patio that we used a lot (when it was not raining). The living area is small, but comfortable. We moved the chairs to face theTV in the living area. Kitchen was fine. Bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was small, but worked fine for us. My wife suggest getting a TV in the patio area, but that may be impractical.
