We had a great stay. The location is great for shopping and being near the strip. The house was spacious and the pool was amazing! We had a problem with the door handle and the host responded immediately, got us into the house another way, and sent a locksmith. We all had a great time and would go back!

In Vegas for the NFR. Easy Uber to strip, airport, Thomas & Mack, and South Point (all around 10 minutes). Plenty of room for 3 couples without being cramped! This place actually had satellite TV, which is nice for the old-schoolers that are not into all the streaming!!!😂😂 We are picky about beds (like them firm)…these were a little softer than we would’ve liked, but are still good beds!!! Would definitely book again!!

Clean, spacious, and great location. Minutes away from the Strip and near shopping centers. Nice place for entertaining friends and family. Host is nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

The house was great! We came for a 10U Hockey tourney and it was the perfect spot. There is a Target within walking distance, within 20 mins of fiesta and Henderson ice rinks. The pool was fantastic for the boys. The house had lots of room to spread out. The only thing I would say is bring a Roku stick or an amazon fire stick for the TV down stairs.

Blue diamond ranch made everything about or holiday in Vegas better! This property lived up to every expectation, it's represented well in all the photos. The home was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable, pool was crystal clear and inside was a comfortable temperature. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with and responded promptly. Have no hesitation in saying here, I know I won't. Thank you!

We always stay here when we are in Vegas and feel so much at home here! The hosts are easy to reach and very accommodating. The property is clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are just as fantastic as pictured, and the beds very comfortable! Also close to the airport and everything you could want in Vegas.

The house was very spacious and clean on arrival. Kitchen size was good for cooking and pool was nice and clean. Very quiet neighborhood and stores within walking distance made the stay very pleasant.

tucked away at the end of a culdesac and with a pool. it was walkable to either Target or Albertsons for groceries, and even a quick trip to In & Out Burger. also a quick uber trip to the Strip for any shows/attractions, but it was great to have the privacy of a home and save some time and money on eating. very relaxing and we were able to beat the crazy heat with the pool all day!

We had a great stay. I have never done a VRBO in Vegas, but it was totally worth it. We loved having our own pool and space for everyone. We would definitely come back. Spending time in the backyard by the pool was our favorite part of the trip.

Host was friendly and accommodating. House was so big, clean, had extra things we had forgotten. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Myself and my two closest childhood friends spend three nights at this property. The house is awesome and perfect for a small or larger group and would be great for a family or even a family reunion . The living spaces are very comfortable and the amenities are a nice addition. The location is great and it is very easy to access main roads to get shaver you need to. There is plenty of shopping and food nearby as well as a casino if that’s your sort of thing. Communication was easy and quick and the check in and check out totally painless. Would for sure book again!

The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient for all things Las Vegas. There was plenty of room, comfortable beds, and nice little extras as well. The area was safe in the suburbs with plenty of restaurants and stores. It was our second time at the house, but not our last. Book this for your group and you will be satisfied.

We had a seamless time at the property. Everything from check-in, our stay and checkout. We would consider staying again as long as my father in law isn’t with us. Too many stairs for him. The living room and downstairs bathroom are lower than the kitchen and dining room. Not ideal for older people. It is a very nice design if you’re “young” and steady on your feet.

Great location and a roomy, clean and well maintained property. Would definitely return.

I’m a repeat visitor at this location and as usual Dena / Andy did not disappoint. This place will always be my GO-TO when I visit Vegas. I recommend it to anyone who wants to vacay in comfort and space.

The group of employees that stayed here for a trade show in Vegas enjoyed this home. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Communication was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

Note 0 refund cutoff was 9/21. I clearly state our vacation needs on 8/18. No response until 9/21. 9/22 – she “denied” the 9 people she had previously agreed to and it was too late for me to back out with full refund. I can’t imagine telling family to wait on street without a vehicle (per her later instructions – no one on property, no cars parked on street or driveway). She communicates and expresses herself poorly. Absolutely ridiculous not to be able to meet at the house to decide plans, who’s driving, where we’re going, who’s riding with who, normal vacation plans. Our 11 stayed at the house to watch the Padre playoff game after she asked me to do cleanup of the backyard due to horrible wind and unsafe driving conditions. We left after the game to go to a casino. We respected the property at all times and left it in excellent condition. I made sure quiet time after 10 was adhered to. Propane fire also goes off at 10, can’t stargaze by fire. Spa was not on at 6pm per her own rules. Another reviewer was allowed guests and a BBQ. Apparently some are privileged and others are discriminated against. Can’t have property address until day before arrival – can’t see neighborhood, what’s within walking distance or if busy streets will be a problem. Our time spent with family was filled with love, hugs, tears and laughter, absolutely priceless. I wish to move on from her negativity and complete disregard for my vacation needs, which were clearly expressed several times. I have full texts of being called a liar, cussed at, harassed, etc. Worst host I've ever dealt with. She texted, "I don’t want to see another vehicle or another person on my property." We thought door lock code would be changed, vehicles towed. I contacted police to see what action to take if our property was locked inside. He told me they would intervene at that point and to take pics of property's condition before we left.

This place is in a great location and close to everything. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. Will rent it again whenever in Vegas.

We rented this property,really beutiful but the HOST takes advantage claiming damages that were not done to the property to keep your Deposit.We basically cleanded the house before leaving,even tho we paid CLEANING FEE and she still claimed damage to the grill,broken dishes and a missing control.......DO NOT RENT this property this person is not to be trusted.....also we were left outside in the 112 degree weather because the code she sent did not work and I would call her and she never answered,until she finally open the door and did not even apologize,our check in was at 4pm and were left to go in until 5:30pm.

Pool was most excellent and the house had ample space for all of us--very important when you are vacationing with family! :-)

Our family had an amazing time! We loved every minute of our trip. The house had everything we could want or need. It was great to come back after a day full of basketball and enjoy the pool, cook a meal and play games. It was conveniently located right by a very nice grocery store and lots of great food. Dena was a great host! We look forward to staying here again.

This home is very roomy and comfortable. It’s also just far enough, yet close enough to anything and everything you want to do in Vegas. Literally 15 minutes to the center of the strip and only 7-10 minutes to/from the airport. And what more could a family want? Pool time in the morning/afternoon then head out for fun on the town in the evening! Finally, communication is as good as you could ask from these hosts, we’re looking forward to staying at this property again in the future for sure.

This property was immaculate even more than the advertised description. Cleanliness, accessibility to venues and shopping was exemplary. The hosts were awesome, responsive when needed. This house is a perfect home away from home but with all the bells and whistles. I shall be back.

Very spacious home! We had room for everyone to be together or to spread out. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent features. Ideal location away from the crowd of the strip yet minutes away from the action. This house has everything you need and more.

Such a beautiful home!!! One of our favorite vacations ever!!! The home owners were friendly and made check in and check out so easy!! The pool was awesome!!! It had everything we needed!! I would stay here again for sure!!
