Our 5th year at OV and first time renting this location. Very clean, great bed and comfortable furniture. Unit has been updated with new features. Easy access to contact the owner who is very responsive. Outdoor screened in porch overlooking first tee box is great and spent many late afternoons on the porch.

This was our second stay at this condo and we will definitely be coming back. We love the overall property (Ocean Village) and the condo makes it even better. Jeff, the condo owner, is on the spot with his communication. He reached within a couple hours after booking and I spoke with him as our stay got closer. He checked in with us after a day or so in the condo to make sure everything was ok and if we had any needs. He also checked in with us just prior to the end of our stay. This was greatly appreciated and just shows the care Jeff has to make sure his guests enjoy their stay. The unit was super clean and we had everything we needed to make us feel like we were at home. From towels to linens to kitchen items (pots and pans, dishes, etc) to items to use during our stay (golf clubs, beach chairs, etc.) You cannot go wrong staying here, I highly recommend it at the risk of losing a preferred week to visit because someone else booked it! We'll be back!

You have everything you need in the condo. Right off hole 1 on the golf course and a restaurant across the fairway, beach just beyond that. Jeff was great checked in and made sure everything was ok. Thanks so much! We had a great time!

Enjoyed a great week at Ocean Village. The condo was perfectly situated within the community with easy access to the beach and all the amenities including the 9-hole golf course where the fairways and greens were well maintained and in great shape. The condo was clean, updated, and equipped with everything you may need and want. Jeff the condo owner was a very good communicator and always available to answer questions. The entire area of Hutchinson Island is great for bicycling which we took full advantage of. Overall we had a wonderful time in a perfect location!

We can't rate this high enough, the condo is perfectly clean well appointed with all you need for your stay. Condo owner is readily available if needed. Condo Resort has all you need for a relaxing vacation and the beach is such a short walk for morning walk, mid day swim, or evening stroll. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Although the pool was closed and a new “no Pickleball “ policy, we had a great time. Jeff always makes sure everything is perfect. Communication was excellent, and as usual, the condo was stocked, clean, and updated. Thanks again, until next year!

This property was a great location with access to a variety of activities. The place was cozy and clean, a perfect home away from home. The owner was great with communication and made himself available if we had any questions.

Perfect location with all the amenities within walking distance. Beach, pool, Tiki bar, pickle ball, tennis, golf, etc. Unfortunately, I felt unwell early in my stay but it was a great place to chill with unlimited movie channels and Uber Eats. Owner was very communicative and answered any questions I had quickly. I will definitely go back. It was perfect.

My family of 3 had more than enough room in the well stocked condo. It was nice to have so many amenities right there and items to borrow to go to the beach, play tennis, golf and enjoy our week. We would love to come back!

First floor condo on the golf course. Pool and ocean are very close. Very convenient. Jeff did a great job communicating with us before and during our stay.

Amenities were more than adequate.
The unit had everything and even had golf clubs to use. TV and internet were new and fast. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful communication from owner, Jeff! Everything was warm and welcoming in this unit and provides all necessary for a relaxing time. Location was perfect for visiting my sister in Port Saint Lucie. Would not hesitate seeing if unit available and stay again. Jeff was very informative and was a pleasure talking to him.

The condo was in an excellent location with a short walk to the beach. The Ocean Village amenities included golf and tennis and were not crowded in early Nov. Plenty to do in the local area - we enjoyed it and will plan a future trip.

Nicest property we've ever stayed in. Location is excellent take your pick pool or beach, both within walking distance. Golf right outside your door. Pickleball, tennis, basketball, all close. Condo itself is very,very clean also well stocked. We will be back . If I could give more than 5 stars I would

My husband and I live on Topsail Island and own two oceanfront rental properties. Even though we live in paradise, the craziness of every day life made us realize we needed to get away for some alone time. Our trip was better than we could have imagined. The condo was clean, well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the entire resort was beautiful. The grounds are quite impressive and very well maintained. As Vrbo hosts ourselves we very much appreciate Jeff's attention to detail and great communication. Can't wait to return.

Great condo. Comfortable, clean, and great location on first hole of golf course and across the street is the pool, tiki bar, and beach access to the beach. Jeff and Nancy called to check on us to ensure everything was in working order. I would stay again.

Everything was as stated! Condo is beautiful, very well maintained, clean, quite & stocked with everything needed for your stay.
Including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers & umbrella.
Loved the very short walk to the beach, pool, restaurant & tiki bar.
Owner & Security were very helpful if we had questions.
Dinner at the restaurant was delicious & highly recommend.
Would also recommend The Pie Hole pizza (just down from complex) & Taco Dive in downtown Fort Pierce for lunch or dinner and the Navy Seal Museum.
Our stay was for a week while our son commuted back & forth for a baseball event in Vero Beach.
It was very nice being able to cook meals instead of going out & grocery stores are very close.
Overall was a great time & would definitely recommend a stay.

Great location within the resort community...simply walk across the golf course fairway into the parking lot for the beachfront swimming pool and tiki bar.
There are showers both at the pool and on the deck walkway from the pool to the beach.
Both the dishwasher and clothes washer are nice and quiet. The 2nd bathroom/changing room sink came in handy on a baily basis.
The golf course was closed during our mid-July stay but everything else was up and running.
This location is a great value and the owner was pleasant to deal with. Thumbs Up!

I spent my vacation in Ocean Village resort. This is good place for adults who enjoy pool time, like to play tennis or workout in fitness club. Here is no special activities for children, but adults can't get bored.

The condo was just as stated. Had everything we needed. It was very nice having a washer and dryer. We had purchased a beach wagon since we weren't sure on the walk. As it turned out the walk was very short. Pool was right across the street. Again not much of a walk. It did seem they were quite strict on the pool rules. We would sit on the enclosed lanai in the evening. Jeff was a great host, he would call and check to see if we needed anything. Right on the first tee of the golf course. Golf course at that time was closed. We do not play golf so it was no big deal, may have been if people were out there bright and early. Only problem we had was on how to work the television. The condo has direct t.v. We had no idea which remote to use or how to work it. Would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it. Pam B

My wife and I have stayed at Ocean Village a few times before and have greatly enjoyed it. Jeff (property owner) reached out to us prior to our arrival just to check in and go over any last minute details. He then checked in with us a couple more times during our stay just to make sure we were enjoying ourselves or if we needed anything. It was very much welcomed. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. It was very well furnished from dishes and linens to all sorts of activity related items. I.e. tennis rackets, fishing equipment, golfing, etc. We had a fantastic time here and will definitely be visiting Jeff's condo again! Thanks for helping to make this a truly comfortable and relaxing vacation Jeff.

Very nice condo. Very clean and well stocked so literally you just need to bring a change of clothes and a toothbrush. The property is beautiful and very well kept and very quiet. We would definitely stay again.
