Good experience through Stayz app. House was great, nice and light inside and with very nice outdoor areas including pool. Only negative would be the fact that linen and doonas are not supplied. This is a problem particularly if guests are flying In.

Natalie was a great host, the house was sparkling clean and has a lot of quirky features, just a 2 minute stroll to a beautiful beach and the Peregian shopping center. We loved our stay with our 2 pooches. Thanks to Suse who called in to make sure we had everything we needed

The house is perfect - clean and so well appointed. There are stylish touches throughout the house - it is beautiful, airy and light. It's so well designed that we had no need for fans or aircon, although the house has all of this if you need it. Puzzles, pencils, books, pool, netflix, great internet connection and the beach within walking distance. There are practical features of the house that make it so easy - fabulous kitchen with everything, including coffee maker, induction cooktop, superb oven, dishwasher, large fridge, washer & drying, BBQ, etc etc. Perfect for our family with teenage kids and our dog! The owner made everything easy from booking to check-in. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. It worked perfectly for our multi-generational family including accessibility needs, and for our four-legged fur baby. The house is fantastic with multiple living areas both indoors and outdoors so everyone had their own space. Natalie has equipped and decorated the home so beautifully and we really appreciated all the extra personal touches that makes this such a special place to stay at. We didn't want to leave and are planning our next stay. Thank you Nat!!

Fantastic house at Perigean perfectly set up for dog friendly holidays - our pooch was so chilled along with his owners because the house was so comfortable and close to the beach including off leash areas - would recommend this one :)

Spent 10 nights at this beautiful home with our two fur babies and our three kids (17,17,22). This home has everything including lots of different spaces for everyone to hang out (including the pups). Landscaping and pool just lovely, great decks, brilliant kitchen, great size rooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped. It has a real beach indoor/outdoor vibe. Natalie and her caretaker Susan were lovely to deal with. Even our kids enthused about how great the house was and that was across a rained in Easter 2021. Short walk to the dog on leash beach and short three minute drive down to Peregian dog off leash beach section. We loved this house and didn’t want to leave. The only thing to be aware of is that there is some slight road noise but you get used to that very quickly and if you were further away from road you’d be paying at least double if not triple the cost per night. There’s a lovely privacy of hedges/plantings around the property...it’s resort like. The pool was quite cool but we had lots of rain on and off across two weeks so I think that didn’t help. I’d love to stay here in the peak of summer. We hope to be back soon. Thanks Nat, you nearly had squatters!! :-)

We loved the house, everything one needs and more is there! Loved the artwork! It felt that owners have gone out of their way to make guests comfortable. We, and our puppies felt very welcomed and would love to come back!

This house so super lovely and the perfect spot for a getaway. Just wish we had booked a longer stay. Will for sure be back.

This is my 2nd visit within 6 months, I love everything about this stay, my fur babies also highly rate it. Nat makes you feel welcome and the small touches makes it feel like hone!!

This is the second time that we have stayed here (and not the last) and it is a great home away from home. Relax indoors while watching Netflix or Fox in air conditioning or sit under cover on the deck next to the pool. Plenty of space with the open plan kitchen for several people preparing a snack or meal at once. Everything that you would need in the kitchen is supplied including a very quiet dishwasher. The beach is less than 200 meters up the road for you and your fur baby to stroll to. The local shops including restaurants, take away shops and pub are within walking distance. The owner is a wonderful person to deal with when booking or any enquiries that you may have.

Excellent property in excellent location. Great freatures, and always a pleasure to stay here.

We return each year with our 2 border collies. Perfect place to relax & chill. Walk to beach & 5 min drive to shopping centres. Place is totally safe for children & dogs with all the luxuries of home, highly recommend!!

This Holiday House was exactly what we were looking for. Although the photos do not do any justice to what this wonderful house has to offer, I can assure you that it is great. We walked in and were grinning from ear to ear with what we got. We were a group of six and it accommodated us perfectly with plenty of space. The whole house has air conditioning which kept us comfortable when relaxing and watching TV or Netflix, there is another small area which has a TV also and you only need to slide the privacy door across so that you don't interrupt anyone. We could relax and have a cold drink either out in the front court yard or the back covered deck by the pool. The kitchen has plenty of room with modern appliances and everything you would need to prepare, cook or store your meals. The house overall was very clean, bright with open plan living. The beach is only about 150 meters up the street and several various shops and eateries are about a 10 minute walk away, or only a few minutes drive otherwise. Our fur baby also enjoyed his holiday and had enough space . Nat has thought of just about everything that you may need to enjoy your stay including in the event of week long wet weather instances. Each time we had a question , Nat replied nearly straight away, she is a fantastic host. We will definitely be back .

We have stayed at here a number of times and we love it more every time. The owners are amazing to deal with and every detail in the home is thought of. We are creating amazing family memories here.
