Our leadership team stayed here for 3 nights while we planned our yearly strategy. This house was set up perfectly for our team and encouraged our continued comradery.

This house is fantastic! It’s a beautiful home perfectly situated on a quiet beach with a view of Mt Baker. My family enjoyed a long weekend just hanging out in this amazing place. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, gadgets, spices, etc. When it came time to make our campfire, it was a pleasant surprise to find everything ready to go - firewood, kindling, beach chairs, and lighter. We’ll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this vacation home!

We had extended family and friends in for a wedding weekend and Patrick's house was perfect! They had bunks and games for the kids and comfy elegant bedrooms for the rest of us, along with all the amenities needed for attending a wedding, ziplining (w/d, iron, nice showers, coffee maker, tons of cooking utensils) and chilling out. Patrick gave us great advice on food as well. Loved our stay there!

This place is absolutely perfect for a family get away! This is the best beach in Camano with access to all that you and your kids can want. The host is always available and pays attention to every detail.

Just WOW- this home is decorated beautifully and the location ON the water is beyond imagination. We spent most of our time out oceanfront. Plenty of room inside and out. Loved it so much we are staying again next summer! Host is very responsive and helpful.

was a wonderful weekend staying on Camano Island for a family wedding on the island. the home is even better than the pictures! the access to the beach marvelous and the campfire was really fun to use at night. Highly recommend!

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The house is so well stocked! With 4 kids (6-10), we especially liked the yard and access to the beach. From beach combing, yard games, grilling to S’mores, we were outside from beautiful sunrise to awesome sunset.

We chose this home based on the description and the location and we were thrilled to find both exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated and is designed for families. My granddaughters loved the bunk room and the rest of the adults were very happy with the accommodations. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals. We all appreciated all of the gathering areas that allowed for us to be together as a group or as individuals. I also appreciated that Patrick kept in touch by text the entire time, checking to make sure that everything was going well. The entire family was very pleased with the entire experience and would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, comfortable with all the amenities. Enough inside space for our group of 10 with a big outdoor space to enjoy games, the beach, and fire pit. Several spaces to gather inside and out. This special location has a phenomenal view and in route of eagles nesting nearby. Our host Patrick thought of all the necessary items to enjoy our stay and responded quickly for our questions. We hope to return!

We had a fantastic multi-generational family getaway at the 'beachhouse". We found the house to be incredibly clean, well stocked and 'just as advertised'.

This is an amazing house to rent. The pictures and description are spot on. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable. We had a group of 5 ranging in ages from 15 – 57 and everyone was thrilled with this house. We all sleep so well because the beds are very comfortable. The views are gorgeous, and it is very peaceful. You will not regret choosing to rent this beautiful beach house from Patrick.

If we could give this rental and patrick 10 stars we would: We needed soemthing on a whim and not only was everything about the house perfect the communication and help from patrick was spot on. You can't get a better view, the kids spent the majority of their time outside. The house and the property are beautifully kept, it felt clean and comfortable. No boxes were left unchecked, ample room for our family plus more if you are a larger group than ours. We saw tons of seals, eagle, collected sea glass stared at mount baker and even saw 1 whale during out stay. Again, can't say enough about the property and the service. We will be going back and bringing family in the future.

The most well stocked and appointed home we have had on VRBO. We had a minor question about the property and the owner was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. The kitchen had a complete collection of pans and dish ware that made it easy for our group of 9 to prepare and enjoy meals together. There are two rooms on the main floor which worked perfectly for two of our members who were mobility bound. Dish tv in every room and linens and towels galore. Lastly the view is simply beautiful. This property exceeded all expectations. The amenities were all great quality and kitchen was well stocked with any supplies you might need. Lots of toys available for smaller kids and even HDMI ports in bunk room for video game hookup! The beds and couch were all very comfortable. There was plenty of wood on-site for fires and plenty of chairs for a large group to enjoy the beautiful yard and beach. This property was the perfect getaway we were looking for and kept everyone age 2 - 80 entertained and comfortable. Will definitely come back!

Upon arrival at the property we noticed how clean, well-stocked, and organized the house was. There were plenty of towels, soap, dishes, glasses, etc. Everything was very comfortable, including the beds! Amazing view of the sound and it was incredibly peaceful. Would love to stay here again!

Our party of ten had the best time at Patrick’s beach house. The house itself was perfect. Lots of space, beautiful yard/beach/view, and as clean and well stocked as could be. The check in process was simple and Patrick made things easy. He even called the day before to tell us we could check in early. We really appreciated his kindness and accessibility, and would love to return.

We were looking for a nice house to stay at for our family weekend and found this gem on Camano Island for the event. I am not sure where to start but the house is beautiful, with stunning views, and a great lay out in order to take advantage of the view. During our stay we did have a few questions for the host and when contacted he got back to us extremally quickly (which is not always the case). The house is very comfortable with multiple heat pumps to keep the place a comfortable temperature. We brought our paddle boards and were able to cruise around checking out the sea life and enjoying the day. The island itself has plenty to do, with hiking trails, biking, hanging on the beach, have a nightly fire, etc. This is the place to stay if you are coming to the island.

We had an amazing trip at this beach house. The house had plenty of bedrooms and space for 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids below age 7). The property was family friendly and had everything you could need from a high chair to sand toys. It also felt luxurious for adults.

This house was the perfect place for a reunion of my high school friends and their families. It very comfortably accommodated eight adults and one teen. We made good use of the beach and the well-appointed kitchen and the BBQ grill. Lots of great bird and sea life spotting. Just perfect.

This home is beautifully designed with space for everyone! The views are breathtaking and the owner has thought of everything including a second refrigerator! Beds are comfortable and plenty of linens and towels! Owner is responsive and helpful! House is kid and senior friendly! We highly recommend this home for your next family gathering!

Rented for a family gathering. Everything as described and better! Patrick was GREAT to work with as we finalized our plans. The house is perfect for those wanting ocean view, easy access to amenities and seclusion. We saw eagles and a deer on our walks. The eagles fly by the beach. House is fully stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking, relaxing by the fire pit and BBQ. DEFINITELY recommend and would come again. Thank you Patrick for a wonderful, relaxing location for our family reunion.

This beach house is a great find! Location and view wonderful! All the amenities! Has everything you need. Plenty of comfortable spaces for our party of 6 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen was unbelievably well stocked. But we came for the beach and were not disappointed. We ate our meals at the patio table at the waters edge. And my favorite place to spend time was on the outdoor sofa, also at waters edge. Kids and adults made great use of the lawn area to play games. Used the firepit at night. This house is well taken care of. Excellent communication with the owner. Look forward to coming back.

We had booked the beach house in Camano Island to celebrate an important birthday with family members. We were sure that this property would work for us, but we weren't prepared for what we found when we checked in...the house surpassed our best expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, settings, water views. Moreover, the house was equipped with all the necessary needed to spend a relaxing time, from an abundance of fresh towels, to kitchen tools and equipment, to equipment for outdoor living, to toys and any other numerous items too long to list. It's clear that the hosts have a great sense of hospitality and understand the needs of the guests who move temporarily to their house. We have left the property a few hours ago, but are already planning to repeat the experience in the near future.

This was our second stay at the beach house on Camano Island and it didn't disappoint. The house was as well-stocked, immaculate, and comfortable as I remembered, and Patrick (our host) was super-helpful, hospitable, and flexible when we had to change plans at the last minute due to a family emergency. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We have stayed at countless VRBOs over the years and this one was hands down the best experience we've had. From being offered a (very) early check-in, to the quality of the home, to the beachfront access, to the insanely well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, it was perfection. Need scissors? They've got 5 pairs. Need tupperware? A lazy susan is stocked with a million clean ones. Need a towel? Just open a cabinet and you'll find 30. The kids toys and games were also comprehensive and fun. The fire pit was tons of fun, the beach chairs were plentiful and the location was perfect. Thanks for the excellent stay!

Spent an amazing and memorable weekend with our family celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday. This home was more than equipped to cook a full thanksgiving dinner including plenty of dinnerware and cookware. Beds were comfortable and cozy and having Netflix made it possible for everyone to curl up on the couch and watch holiday movies all weekend while watching stormy weather outside! Patrick was always available to answer questions and was quick to respond.

The property is newly renovated and located on a quiet street with the beach just steps from the home. Kids loved looking for rocks and shells. The setup of the house was perfect for our family. Two main floor bedrooms that share a bathroom was perfect for an elderly family member where stairs are harder to navigate. Upstairs was a bunk room with 4 beds, perfect for little kids, and two other bedrooms with water views, the perfect way to wake up! The house has lots of things for small children - high chairs, pack n play, books, games and toys - though we didn't need them it's good for families with young kids to know that the owners provide a lot of items to ease traveling with small ones. We booked this last minute and the owner was very accommodating allowing for an early check in and late check out since there were not people staying immediately before and after us. It allowed us to not feel rushed and enjoy the home for a few more hours on both ends, a very generous offer from the owner! The owner is an excellent communicator and though we had no issues while staying, he checked in on us just to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely recommend this home. We look forward to returning again especially during the summer months though it also made a perfect rainy weekend get away.
