Cottage was very clean and quiet. Made for a wonderfully enjoyable weekend. We are already planning another trip! Staff were extremely friendly and made everything easy.

Enjoyed walking in the vineyard in the am. Beautiful. Please wash the oven mitts. They are nasty. Please provide dish detergent. I was not able to start dishwasher because there was none. Ya'll dd a great job.

Just two small things... the name of the cabin on the outside would make it a little easier to find. Also, having coffee and coffee filters would be good.

Lovely weekend. This cottage and setting are wonderful. Easy to deal with booking agents and they were very responsive to any questions that we had. We will be back. Very good. Streamlined and yet personal.

Property would benefit from the following: tea-towel to dry dishes/hands in the kitchen information on places of interest in the local vicinity instructions on how to turn off the air-conditioning unless the TV really does only have 3 channels available instructions on how to use the TV!

The views from the cottage were absolutely gorgeous. Even in the winter, the large windows allow for you to enjoy it without being outside. Very relaxing and great location right on the winery. The two free tastings were a great touch! The one area that was disappointing was the bathroom. It was not clean. The floor was really dirty, even in the shower and needed a mopping (looked like one had been used and mud was spread all over). Some of the towels smelled of smoke (thankfully there were some in the closet that were clean). I wish I was able to reserve one night online off season (even though two night minimum). The person I spoke to via phone was friendly and did make the process easy though.

This was a wonderful place to stay, and we enjoyed walking around after hours by ourselves on the property. The views were phenomenal. The lady who did our cleaning was very nice and found us an extra blanket!

Very nice clean modern property that had amazing views and it was really nice to be able to walk to the winery we were staying on. People were very responsive and helpful.

Very well appointed..decor delightful. Good access for ramp to door from parking lot. Stones and steep grade of parking lot made it difficult to navigate with wheeled walker. Balcony access great. Views wonderful of Blueridge mts. Loved the lights out and dark sky policy..made for good night sky viewing. Layout of cottage fine as well as position of property to sunlight..shades helped as needed Very responsive.

We loved our stay! The finishings in the cottage were excellent. We only wish the couch was bigger or there was a second loveseat and that the fire place was wood burning. We will definitely come again though- thanks! We also loved that it was pet friendly. Great communication and info in all the emails- we didn’t have any questions.

We loved the property. Extraordinary views! Did not work with any person in particular. Everything was done through the website and email.

We thought the design of the cabin was great. We loved the bathroom especially the shower and how great the bed was. It was very dreary and rainy during our stay so we didn't have much time to walk around the vineyard but it's a great space. Everything was great and straight forward. I really liked the emails letting us know when you would charge the rest of our balance. That was very helpful!

While remote, it was exactly what we were looking for to get away and relax. The amenities hit the spot. They were prompt with response and knowledgeable and consultative.

Location was great, central to many breweries and wineries. The view from the porch was spectacular. Only problem was the extremely large wasp nest hanging in the tree on the side of the cottage. The wasps made it tough to enjoy the back deck. Alerted the property manager so hopefully it'll be taken care of.

The Damy Cottage was the perfect little get away for my husband and our pup. The cottage was beautifully furnished, very clean and the vineyard setting was amazing. We sat on the back porch on the 4th of July and watched the various fireworks going off around us. We did some local hiking and enjoyed an afternoon at the vineyard. I would highly recommend the Damy Cottage!

Thank you to Afton Mountain Vineyards for a wonderful weekend getaway. We loved waking up to the scenic landscape, which we enjoyed every morning on our back porch. The cottage itself was very clean and well-outfitted with the necessities for the weekend.

The view was by far the best part of the property. Walking around the grounds it was clear to me that afton mountain vineyard is the prettiest vineyard I’ve ever been to. I got a quick response to emails

We loved staying at the Damy Cottage! We brought our pup and loved taking walks on the Vineyard in the mornings before it was open to the public. It's also the perfect location if you want to go winery hoping in the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing, peaceful getaway.

We have stayed here numerous times and always enjoy everything, from the comfort to the views of the winery. They got back to me within 24 hours after I left a voicemail, and tried to accommodate my request (late checkout).
