My family and I were impressed with the house. Very clean,everything organized ,nice view, the manager very nice, and yes, definitely a peaceful neighborhood. The only thing that we didn’t like is that the house is very far from the beach. But the rest is extremely excellent. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Just waiting on to received our deposit back 😊😊.

Great property, walking distance to The Westin, where you can find a very pleasant walk around the resort (with shops, restaurants and nice lookout over the water and boat dock). The house is very clean, spacious, well organized, the owner and manager of property very easy to get a hold of. I cant say we spent much time in the area, but driving to Naples (an hour away) was a pretty easy drive and not hard to make. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful setting and welcoming home.

Sara was super helpful and responsive. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood The host has really thought of everything….towels, games, beach items, pool toys, etc. The outdoor space was great…umbrella, chairs, comfortable furniture and a grill….perfect space! The house was comfortable and clean🙂

We are Floridians just looking for a couple of days away- this listing did not disappoint. Beautiful pool (with TONS of awesome pool toys and a beautiful sitting area for a tired mom!) and outdoor area, communication was fantastic with the host, and the house was super comfy and VERY kid friendly. I would absolutely recommend this amazing house and host!!!

We had a fabulous stay. The home is well kept. The pool was great and loved how you also looked out at the canal and sunsets. Beds were comfortable. Location is very convenient and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first home rental. Everything that we needed was provided. You will be happy renting this property. The owner/manager responds very quickly.

The property was spacious, sparkling clean, and a short walk to the Westin Resort and assorted restaurants/shops. They had plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. We didn’t need anything additional for our days out at the beach! The communication from Sara was always timely and helpful. We’d love to be back; it’s a terrific value for such a lovely home.

We stayed at this property as we toured the gulf coast of Florida. Not wanting to get out and about on a Saturday, we relaxed at the house playing pool, swimming, and nature walking. The house was comfortable and well stocked. We had an easy drive to Sanibel on Sunday - and are thankful for the beach supplies provided by the home owners!

Great neighborhood

We had such an amazing time! Susie was always very accessible and helpful. Property is private and quiet. Close to stores, shops marina, restaurants.

This is a fairly large open floor plan house that was very comfortable. The pool (heated) area is large and very functional. This is where we spent most of our time. An added bonus was watching the many varieties of birds that hang out in the canal. Recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral! Sara was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. Her house was well stocked with the essentials including bikes that we were able to use! We walked on the beautiful Westin property (across the street) almost daily. The house is located in a pretty and quiet little area. We enjoyed it immensely.

This house was perfect for our family. Nice house in great location. It was clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the items we were able to use for our days at the beach. I would highly recommend!

I originally booked this location for a group of 3 couples that get together every year for a Thanksgiving get away, always at a different destination. Well, this year, things were different. A week prior to our trip, 1 of the group came down with Covid, so that left 4 of us. Low & behold, 2 days prior to our departure, my wife's appendix burst. So, that eliminated us also. Since the house was pre-paid, and well beyond any refund period, the last remaining coupe went on their own. They sent pics, and it was exactly as described. They said the place was amazing. Very clean. everything they needed was there. Great location. Grocery store close by. Very easy check in process, etc.... Based on their description, we may just try again next year. Hopefully with a better outcome. They said they would rebook the house in the future without hesitation. During the entire process, Sara was awesome. We originally booked, then wanted to add another night. She made the additional night easy. Then when things went bad for 4 of us, she made sure that things were still going to be smooth for the remaining couple that was able to go. She was always very quick to respond to any messages or questions.

Had a great stay at this location! Everything was in working order and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Near some nice restaurants, and grocery stores. Easy drive to Sanibel/Captiva and really loved the pool area on those days where you didn't feel like going anywhere. Would stay again!

House is as described. Very clean-excellent location to walk to Tarpon Point Marina. Easy ride to the beach and stores. Owner very responsive to any issues.

The Rose Garden Retreat is the perfect place for a SW Florida stay. The location is excellent and Sara is a wonderful host with great communication. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast poolside, very peaceful. The house is spotless and has everything needed to make the stay feel like home. We will stay here again next time we are in Cape Coral.

The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood. The pool was awesome. The location was also very nice. The owners were excellent to work with. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

I have never been so impressed by a place like this! Across the street from food and shopping. It’s around everything you need from grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants etc! The house was beautiful and clean! Also the canal and the pool in the back is a huge plus! We would recommend this house to anyone and everyone! Great host!

This was a great house is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Everything was in perfect order and VERY clean. The kids loved the pool and it was the perfect retreat for our family members all ages. Sara was a perfect host and very helpful and communicative. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Not on the water, which is also gorgeous where our friends were and we also spent time, but then we didn’t spend our week making sure our boys not jumping into canals! Very nice, good location.

We just got back from our amazing month at this property! It exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood, pool, and home were lovely. And the owners were extremely communicative: they would respond to my questions within minutes! They have also thought of everything for a family to enjoy their stay--from bikes to rafts to games to diffusers for those of us with curly hair. We cannot wait to stay there again!

Home was very clean and well-appointed! Pictures are true to the property; loved the pool table, warm and inviting outdoor pool, outdoor lanai space was a huge plus with dining and living areas, added bonus of bicycles for bike lanes throughout the neighborhood, plus chairs and cooler for the beach. We LOVED having the Westin Resort within walking distance with great outdoor restaurants, pools, marina, and shops. If looking for a beach experience, be prepared for a bit of a drive. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again! Sara was an excellent host and always quick to respond if needed.Thank you, Sara!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rose Garden Retreat. Sara was so easy to contact with any questions we had. The house is very clean and super organized. The house is a short 10 minute walk to the marina where we often ate meals and enjoyed beverages overlooking the marina. And we certainly took advantage of the fudge and ice cream shop there too! The pool at the house was just perfect to cool off from the warm Florida sun. We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to go back! We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a wonderful and relaxing get away
