The townhouse has a lot of space which is great for larger families. Our kids loved having the downstairs to themselves where grown-ups were not allowed. The grown ups were very happy to oblige. We love the Forest Ridge community!!! Great location.

It can get very warm inside when it is hot out, otherwise comfortable stay.

Went as expected

Very comfortable and super clean condo. Had one glitch when we arrived but the owner responded quickly and actually our son was able to fix the problem. There were games, puzzles, cards and multiple TVs with all the channels for kids and adults alike. Very nice! Would gladly stay again. Thanks!

Worked well for 3 generation with 7 people. Everyone able to have own space and gather comfortably for meals and conversation. Very quiet home.

We had a group of eight including four adults and four teenagers. There was more than enough space for all of us. I received an immediate reply to every email I sent to Hank, the rooms look just as they do in the photos, and the two pools and hot tub were bigger and more pleasant than we expected. We understood exactly what we needed to bring, and everything listed on the vrbo site and info sheet (sent a few days before our stay) was available on site. It was quiet but very close to the center of Lincoln. The two living rooms were comfortable as were the king beds upstairs. I went for a run on the bike path that starts as you turn left out of the resort and it was nearly empty with plenty of shade. We took the gondola up to the top of Loon, enjoyed a drink at the summit cafe, and explored the glacial caves at the top. We thought they were just as good if not better than the Polar Caves.

We really enjoyed this property. Close to everything and plenty of room.

Excellent stay at Forest Ridge Townhouse in Lincoln, NH. Plenty of space for the family and well appointed. Linens were provided and multiple kitchen appliances/utensils were available to make for seamless meal prep. Very quiet complex with a nice little recreation facility yet close to all major attractions. Hank was very responsive to all emails and provided all necessary information regarding the townhouse. Highly recommend the property any season of the year and Hank was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again......A Plus!!

My family had a wonderful time. Location was awesome. Loved the short walk to the pool. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall we had a great experience. Unit was clean and very roomy. My only complaint was that the unit number was not in the listing so we had to try the door code on other units until we found the one that opened. Location was central to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Hope to rent again in the future.

The property was clean and modern. There was a lot of space for everyone to have their own rooms. The beds in the basement level were not super comfortable - very soft mattress cover on the double bed. Bathrooms were all clean and spacious. TVs worked well. The best part of the visit was the stay in Forest Ridge - the clubhouse is great and kids got to go in both the indoor and outdoor pools. Close to lots of activities, especially Loon Mountain.

Everything went as expected

We stayed in Hank's house for 3 days. The house is very spacious for families with young kids. The kids enjoyed playing in the living/family room while adults were having conversations. The house is very clean and has everything we need to stay. The location is great, close to restaurant, grocery stores, and attractions. Hank is very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely come back in the future.

Mom wanted to go to New Hampshire again at 83. So her three girls took her up. Place was great loved it! Very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. Would definitely go there again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This is a comfortable family getaway. Although it sleeps 10, you'll need to take turns in the small kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone, though. Smart TVs are available. There are paper supplies available which was great to start out with. Only know about one master bathroom with shower liner that could've been cleaned prior to arrival - didn't look like it had been cleaned in multiple stays. Most of the window screen frames were broken so there was concern that bugs would bother us during the night but did not. Please note there is no air conditioning and only ceiling fans and extra fans in closets. End of August wasn't too hot at night except for one but ceiling fan and open windows did the job. Overall it was a comfortable stay in a welcoming home.

Everything was as it was in the listing. Very clean and spacious for 2 families. Well stocked kitchen Tooele! Even though we had to cut our trip by a day due to Hurricane Henri, we still made great memories. I would 100% book this townhouse again!

We had a great week in Lincoln. Great location and plenty of room for my parents, myself, my husband and our 2 kids. We didn’t use pools much but it was nice to have available.

We had a great family vacation with quality time together. Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still enjoy the accommodations. We would stay again in the future.

This property is perfect for a family - or 2! Property was clean and exactly as advertised. It had all of the conveniences of home. We were able to cook some meals in, and the kids had a great time playing some of the games. We also loved having the streaming TVs. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved having 2 master suites upstairs and the downstairs space for the kids including a large comfy couch and TV. It was very close to Loon Mountain Resort and the town of Lincoln conveniences. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Hank was very responsive to my inquiries both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

We took a mini vacation to Lincoln NH hoping to spend some quality time with the grandkids and kids! We love winter activities such as sledding, downhill and xc skiing, tubing and snowshoe/hiking. The condo offered so much room so we never felt cramped and with all boys they had plenty of "hide and seek" space. We like to prepare our own food so having a well supplied kitchen is ideal. Everything we cook with was available. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Property was great for a group of adults and teenagers. The downstairs is a perfect set up for teens to do their thing while the adults enjoyed the quiet time upstairs. Having 3 full baths was a huge bonus and the location is great - close to everything. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend
