If you’re looking for your own resort for a large group then look no further! This house has it all and there is no reason to leave! A large private pool, a private boardwalk to your own beautiful beach, and a luxurious house with all the amenities! Not much more you could ask for. We stayed here with 6 families (22 people total) with ages ranging from 1 - 40, and everyone had more than enough room. Each family was able to enjoy their own suite that included a bathroom. Everyone in the family had their own space and commented how they could not imagine renting another space again that did not have this feature. The house comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels, etc.). All you need to do is show up and relax!!! The grocery store, restaurants, shopping are all right down the street within a 5 minute drive from the house. If you’re looking for a vacation house for a large crowd then stop searching because this is the one! If we are ever back in the area we will 100% be staying here again. This listing is the perfect spot for your next vacation. It comfortably slept 20 of us, ranging 2-72 years old to celebrate Grandma's birthday. The home is extremely clean, well located, just as described with a well stocked kitchen, nice grill (s), 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washer/dryers and enough beach towels to keep 10 kids happy and dry for 5 days :) We had professional photos taken on the serene beach and enjoyed the breathtaking sunrises. Close enough to have Costco delivered upon our check-in and minutes from Publix & Winn Dixie. The communication with Kelly was wonderful; excellent check-in instructions, a quick text to ensure everything was well with our stay and even going above and beyond for one guest who had forgotten a few items. Located within minutes to fabulous St. Augustine, there was enough to keep even our most active family members satisfied and relaxed. Thank you Kelly for the perfect setting for a wonderful celebration; we made memories to last forever. We are so grateful.

Excellent experience for our multi generational group (teenagers to grandparents). We cooked all meals and appreciated the kitchen tools. Great communication with Kelly.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home on Butler Beach. This home is incredibly maintained, furnished and equipped with anything you could need. We were a group of 15 adults ranging from 21-85. Everyone loved this home. If this home is in your price range or even if it’s a stretch you’d be foolish not to stay here

Salt Life house was amazing! We could not find anything wrong! We are were a family of 13 staying from Nj, DE VA and Florida Kids enjoyed the pool even though the weather was not great

This is our 2nd time at this house and each time has been stellar. Love it all. The pool was warm and a nice pit stop after playing in the chilly ocean in November! Everyone has their own king bed and attached bathroom--fabulous for our sanity. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware with two dishwashers--so helpful! We love it.

Great accommodations, and we’ll kept property for large families/friends. Beautiful porch views! We’ve stayed here twice, and will definitely be back.

When our other VRBO canceled, I had to scramble to get a new one. Although this is super large, it had all the amenities we desired. The views are phenomenal, the beach is pretty low key and most importantly, the sand is packed so you can run or walk miles and miles. This house is super cool. 5 of the bedrooms have outstanding views. The pool is so warm! This is definitely suited for a larger group than just us three, but we loved it anyway. I did not find any inconveniences. It’s a short ride to St. Augustine. The elevator was super fun. Well stocked with everything you need. You’ll definitely enjoy this mansion by the sea!

We spent 5 days with our children and grand children and everyone had a blast! The house is perfect and very well stocked. Don’t hesitate to rent this property you won’t be disappointed.

The home is amazingly clean and well stocked!!! The location is perfect and it feels like your own private beach. You never have to worry about having plenty of space on the beach. We had room every day to set up multiple tents and a beach pickle ball court. The house is great for families with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

We loved it. We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our children, their spouses & grandchildren-21 persons total. Ages 69 to 18months. The house & view we’re beautiful. Great location with lots to do locally/regionally or just staying at the house with the pool & ocean out the back door. Before we left this morning I polled all the family except 18 month old regarding a rating. Everyone gave it a 5. Kelly the owner was very responsive to any request or question. Everyone we met involved with the property was very professional. Thank you Kelly. It was such a wonderful time with fantastic weather with the family. Thanks for sharing your property.

Book with confidence, the best property manager / owner of any place we have stayed. Her actions proved to us she desires nothing more than her guests to have the best maintained property humanly possible, and moves at lightning speed to fix any issues you could possible have. Spacious, clean, fantastic pool, large beach area with nice sand, well stocked kitchen, all beds were comfortable (not JUST the master like most houses!), we've already booked our next stay and we cannot wait.

We had a Most Wonderful time of 3 generations of females!! Beaching, pooling, relaxing, talking, gaming, eating, drinking and Making Forever Memories! Priceless!!

Kelly was great to communicate with. Property is beautiful and terrific for a large group. Everyone enjoyed their stay! I hope to be able to return again. My only suggestion would be to put soap dispensers in the shower as we had to purchase soap for the showers as none was provided. BUT, that is a very minor detail that does not take away from the beauty and enjoyment of this home! Plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool… we literally had everything we needed for the beach and pool! Thank you for sharing your home with my friends and family. It was very special and we will treasure the memories for a long time.

Amazing property and location for a relaxing time with family. We had a small group of only 7 and the house was pack with features and ample amount of room. We would love to come back next year with our extended family.

We absolutely loved our stay. Being directly on the beach and also having a private heated pool was important to us. The layout is wonderful for multiple families with each bedroom having a private bathroom and their own “areas.” Kitchen was well stocked for large groups. Loved have the second basement mini kitchen. Perfect beach and pool toys and chairs provided. Parents really don’t need to pack much at all.

this home is made for vacation rental. the was its designed is magnificent. first let me talk about the host - wonderful host and most importantly kind human being. always went beyond in communicating and made sure we were good. we went in the middle of an hurricane and yet she accommodated us with some requests we had due to hurricane. now the beach - the home has a ramp to the beach and it was one of the best beaches - quite with no public noise only the people who had homes on the beach. me and my wife took long walks on the beach. all in all excellent beach for family to have fun and feel safe. now the home - wow is the only statement i could make when i checked out the home. designed for large families. the best part of the floor plan is each home has its own attached bathroom. there was loft are with bunk beds where all kids slept and also elevator which was very important for us due to my moms arthritis. the views from the balcony were stupendous. great third floor with kitchen and living are. if you are looking for a quite time to spends quality time at a quality place. look no further ... host/beach/home all 5 star. thank you for everything - truly memorable

The house is a fabulous property right on the ocean. Views are nothing short of spectacular and the house is pristine. It’s spread out over 3 floors but it has a residential elevator which makes a world of difference. Plenty of parking. The walking platform to the ocean was missing the steps to the beach (I’m guessing due to the recent storms) so we had to kinda jump which was fine but for older people or people with mobility issues might be a challenge. Pool area and grill were great. It’s definitely a step above most other oceanfront properties in the area and it’s huge! It’s also close to grocery stores and restaurants which makes it even more attractive

Beautiful location, spectacular views of the ocean from the third floor living room/balcony. The property was very clean, the rooms well-appointed, and the kitchen well-equipped (we particularly appreciated this aspect since we have many "chefs" in the family). Our only "complaint" was the weather. We arrived just in time for the "once-a-generation" storm that preventing us from truly enjoying the beach and the pool. But overall we still had a very nice visit.

We had an extended family vacation right on the beach, and this property is a WOW! Utmost cleanliness, thoughtfully appointed, and the perfect host. While we had in and out internet issues, it appeared to be an outage in the area and not related to the router or wifi signal inside the house. AMAZING property 10/10!!

This is a great property and would be a 5 star review for most. I have given it 4 stars so you might read our comments. The house is basically as described in all the 5 star reviews. 1. Great kitchen better equipped than most. 2. Great management, we had one small issue sent a text & it got repaired quickly. 3. Everything clean and organized. 4. Lots of trash on the Monday from the previous group to take out but someone did that for us. 5. Great view from the 3rd floor which is the living area. 6. Elevator was helpful with our aged parents. 7. Loved the pool with chairs that have umbrellas. 8. Walk to the beach but it is your own walkway. 9. Adequate parking 10. All the bedrooms with king beds and bathrooms. 11. Great decks on 2 & 3. 12. Plenty of seating 13. Dining – we set up the portable table and chairs that we found in the master bedroom. Our group was an extended family- my wife & I with our 3 kids and their families. Plus, my father & wife who are in there 80’s. We have 6 grandkids and 3 have special needs. The youngest one has issues that are negatively affected if he doesn’t get good sleep. So, the negatives to us: 1. The house is nosey because the living areas including kitchen and dining are on the 3rd floor with a large center stair connecting all the lower levels. The main bedrooms are 5 on the 2nd, 2 on the first and the master on the 3rd. The bedrooms in the back are under the kitchen. Any noise in the kitchen travels to those 2 bedrooms. 2. The beds themselves were soft so you rolled to the middle. Not the worst I have ever had but I expected they would be better. Conclusion 1. Most groups would not have much of an issue with the noise. 2. It is a great house. 3. I would consider returning as the youngest one gets older & may not be as sensitive to the noise.

Absolutely the best vacation home we’ve rented. It’s impeccably decorated. We are clean freaks, and it was was spotless. The large pool had a ledge for the kids to sit and play. Tons of beach towels, beach cart, toys, tent & chairs made it so easy. The bedrooms are large and almost soundproof for crying babies. Two refrigerators & two dishwashers & two sets of washer and dryers and a deep freeze and a well equipped kitchen! The grocery stores were just a few miles away. We utilized instacart and did pick up orders which kept us on the beach and not hours grocery shopping. The elevator made getting the groceries up to the kitchen very easy. The large decks and plentiful outdoor furniture made it fun to spend time outside looking at the ocean. Overall it was a perfect week!
