The house needs a spring cleaning. There were moldy shower curtains, loose shelves on the wall, dirty baseboards, dirty spot on master rug, low wattage lightning, etc. The kitchen was fully complimented, sheets were very soft and comfortable, and towels were soft and new.

House was great , there were 8 of us. Great time, very nice to have access to the pool and lake. Should be more washcloths, as well as pillow cases (extra) freezer not working, talked with owner, it was being replaced after our stay. Someone should be taking inventory over things more closely. All n all still very nice place.

Our extended family, ages 3 - 92, spent a wonderful week at Boulder Lake! Chris is an excellent, responsive host and his home is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the pool, boating on the lake, and the many attractions in the area. All in all, a great place for a family vacation!

The property was amazing. Clean, proper, affordable, and all of the appliances/amenities worked perfectly. We really couldn't have asked for a better property. Passes to the Big Boulder Lake Club never disappoint either.

Chris was fantastic to work with, always responding quickly and doing his best to make sure experience was the best. House was great. Great location. Some of the beds could use updated/softer mattresses, but zero complaints otherwise. Would stay again!

Great townhouse for a summer getaway with passes included to lake club. Everything you can possibly need is included in the rental. Owner is so easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. Highly reccomend.
Only note of caution to those not familiar with the Poconos, this rental is a 25 minute drive to many of the Pocono attractions. Closer to Jim Thorpe, which we love!

We enjoyed our stay at Laurelwood! It was so quiet and peaceful! Lots of things to do that were easy to get to and not far to travel. So enjoyable in evening on deck watching the deer come right up to us looking for treats! Two teenage boys loved the basement bedroom! It was like the own private retreat Thank you Chris and we definitely would rent again

The property is accurately marketed (in a good way). House was clean, spacious, easy to navigate. The neighborhood is conveniently located with activities and necessities nearby. The owner, Chris, was accessible and responsive. We'll be back.

This was a really great place to stay with family. Only thing was disappointing was the lake water was 3 feet down when we went in August so we were only able to swim in the pool, which made the pool fuller. Need more parking passes for my family of 12, bc we didn't have enough room to car pool.
House was big enough for 12 to 15 people. Had a loft that you could use as a room too with a blow up mattress.

Good accommodations for my family! The welcome book should be updated with current club house prices and some linens needed to be cleaned prior to using but Communication with the owner was easy. Overall, we had a great family vacation.

We had a group of 8 plus and infant and the layout of the house was great for the different families. The location is lovely and convenient to all the things you want to do in the poconos. We loved the lake club and registering was easy. We would book again.

A little disappointed
The house was somewhat run down. Kitchen counter needs re-surfacing, walls are scuffed up, needs a paint job and cob webs in the basement. Great place for college kids to rent for a ski weekend, but not grown adults.

Family Thanksgiving
Overall, great stay! Chris was very quick to respond to any questions. A few cosmetic issues, but nothing that kept us from a memorable holiday. Added bonus was the snow, deer and bear! A first for a few of the travelers! Would rent again.

Great location to de stress enjoi nature!
Great location in the Poconos, very quite and serene.Chris was amazing in all the communication while renting his vacation home. The vacation home itself was well equipped with everything one would need and Instructions were meticulous. The only thing was the place was probably closed for a bit so there was a bit of damp smell in the master bedroom and the two way bathroom door was bit funny to maneuver as the only an adult could take a shower was to lock the bedroom door and the main door to the bathroom other than that both families had a great time in the area ! Kids loved the beach as did the adults the serene lake! Thanks!!

We wanted to get away for bachelorette/outlet shopping weekend near Tannersville and found this property through VRBO. Very clean, very nice gas fireplace, nice bed situation . Everything we needed was there, blankets and pillows like new.

Community pool, boating, lake, hiking, in newly remodeled townhouse. Several TVs and video games as well as board games for the kids! Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, cooking and serving pieces. Great vacation home!
