Enjoyed my stay. Location was perfect. Photos of apartment were a bit deceiving as I thought it was larger with 2 distinct bedrooms. We made things work but second room was more like an office. We didn’t complain but those weren’t 2 distinct bedrooms. Overall Silvia, the owner, was quite helpful when we called, which wasn’t often.

Best for a single person or a couple. This is a fabulous place --you will love it!

O apartamento e muito bonito, limpo e tem tudo que você precisa. O prédio e o apartamento está muito bem conservado. Localização e muito boa e segura! A praia de boa viagem fica a 2 minutos caminhando e andar pela a cidade e muito fácil utilizando o Uber. Silvia e muito simpática, prestativa e flexível. Nós chegamos muito cedo pela a manhã e isso não foi um problema na hora do check in. O mesmo ela fez na hora do check out, super fácil. Nos poderíamos ficar no apartamento e tempo que precisávamos, passamos o dia na praia sem nenhum stress na hora de fazer o check out. Nossos complementos e estamos imensamente agradecidos a Silvia. The apartment is very nice and clean and fulfils needs and desires! The building and apartment are very well maintained Location is very good and in a safe area! Boa Viagem beach is a 2 minute walk and the rest of the city is very easy to reach with Über. Silvia is a very nice, helpful and flexible host. We arrived very early in the morning and it was no problem to check-in already. The same she did for check-out. We could stay in the apartment as long as we needed. We have spent the whole day at the beach without having the stress to check out on time. Compliments and a big thank you to Silvia.

Nice flat with charming furniture and full equipped to a great stay in Recife. Very well located in Boa Viagem with frontal view to the sea. One minute walk to beach and eight minutes walk to Recife Shopping and good restaurants. Very clean. Perfect for short or long stay. Landlord Mrs. Silvia was very friendly and she was always attentive to bring us a pleasant stay. We hope to return to Recife and we would not have any doubt to enjoy this flat again.

Mrs. Silvia was very accommodating to us. The apartment was just like pictured and a block from the beach. It was secure and convenient location with small shops all around it. This is a better option to staying in hotel and the owner you make sure everything is set up properly. I recommend this place.

The Apt is in a great location! SIlvia th owner has done a great job of decorating it! Very modern look! The beds were the most comfortable, we had in oue entire trip in Brazil. A lot of attentions to details. My only negative comment is that given the rental price, there needs to be a Wi_Fi connection inside the Apt (presently only avaialble downstairs,in the lobby). Silvia, the owner, is extremly nice, gracious and helpful! She went out of her way to assit us! Importantly, she speaks good English, which is a rarity in the Northeast of Brazil and that was very helpful inplanning our stay in Recife, and discussing activities while there, as well as asking for assistance when needed! We had a positive, very pleasant experience!
