Lage schön nahe am See. Zu Fuß 5-10 Min. zum Strandbad. Moderne Apartments. Netter, kuschliger Ort.
Erdgeschoß, also kein Ausblick. Gehört nicht zum Wellnesshotel, deswegen alles dort mit Aufpreis zu nutzen.

Luxusní ubytování a vynikající jídlo.

Vřele doporučuji soukromé apartmány ve Wellness hotel Frymburk. Apartmán byl prostorný, krásný, moderně a nově zrekonstruovaný, vybavený a čistý. Výhled na Lipno, velký balkon s posezením, oceňuji sušák na prádlo. Pohodlná velká postel a s velkou tv, Netflix, wi-fi zdarma. Oceňuji bednu s hračkami na pokoji pro rodinu s dětmi, super nápad. Pan provozní/majitel ochotně komunikoval, plnil obratem naše přání, např: donáška županů až na pokoj. Super je tu rychlý check-in bez nutnosti jít někam na recepci, dostanete kód a hned jdete. To stejné check-out. Dostali jsme jako milou pozornost prodloužený odjezd, tedy den k dobru. 👏
V hotelu snídaně zakoupíte na místě, jídlo bylo výborné. Zde oceňuji výběr cereálií pro děti, skvělá káva.
Je zde velké vyžití pro děti - aquapark, tobogán a co nás velmi nadchlo je Podvodní svět. To byla opravdu krásná podívaná. Privátní wellness vířivka pro dva a saunový svět - naprosto super. 👌
V hotelu je bowling, možnost zahrát si squash, kolárna.
Nemám co vytknout, děkujeme, rádi se vrátíme.
Kousek je Papilonia, kde jste v kontaktu s motýlky. Sjezdovka, cyklostezky kolem Lipna,... je tu velké vyžití.

Sehr schönes, sehr modernes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, schönes Geschirr, gute Aussicht, tolle Heizung
Gemälde im Treppenhaus und Lichtverhältnisse schlecht gemacht. Das Frühstück optional im Hotel ist nicht so gut, viel zu warm, einfache Brotauswahl, Teesorten miserabel.

Snídaně byli skvělé, nic nám nechybělo, lokalita vzhledem k naplánovaným túrám ideální a využití welness pro regeneraci parádní.

The apartment was modern and nice. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space for bikes in the hallway by the main entrance to the building. Would definitely come again.
Wine glasses weren't properly cleaned, there was a stain from a lipstick.

We rented a room. It very clean. Coffee machine, big fridge, plates glasses, cups etc. It had lots of things which may need on your travel. The TV size was great. It was beyond my expectation for the price.

The room was exceptional, modern and nice with perfect view over lake. Small kitchen with everthing proveded. My kid even had huge box with toys, such amazing surprise

Nicely renovated rooms, access to aquapark
Staff - there was a huge queue at reception and the receptionist was claiming she is the only one and her manager is not there - with more complaining suddenly someone else appeared. It is better to tell the truth to guests and it is unbelievable that there was only one receptionist on a summer weekend.

personal in the hotel was not supportive enough, maybe they have lots of guests and few people working, however every time I asked questions at the reception desk, the lady seemed to be very irritated

the fact that as a guest you DO NOT have access to the wellness and spa (as addressed in the name of the property and the description!) unless you pay ridiculously high fee! Only hotel guests have free access, this is a private apartment attached to the hotel…

Room was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly. We had a massage and we recommend that, they do there job amazing!
Well we have to pay parking in front of hotel, we had to pay entry for swimming pool is nothing special, for 2 hours we pay 50 e. It's way too much. In email was written that dinner is from 6-10 pm, dinner finish in 8:30 pm, so we had to go out in the city where everything is open until 10pm max 11pm.

our room has been recently renovated, so it was very comfortable and nicely designed. the aquapark was very nice for us and our little son, food was reasonable.
the hotel seems to charge money for everything, which breaks down the atmosphere.

Nice wellness in a good location near Lipno lake. Near the private beach.
The private apartments are in a block buildings, that are not very nice from the outside (but comfortable inside). Construction works around them were still in progress when we visited.
