I found cockroach in my room ...when addressed with staff they were not nice.

clean, comfy bed, easy access, quiet enough from road and other rooms.

I hadto unplug the little fridg - too loud! There was a microwave, but no microwaveable cup to make my tea in (did not think I needed to pack one from CA). disconcerting knock on door at 9 AM asking if I was checking out, because my car was in the way of the garbage truck. Messages on my phone noticed when I got back home telling me to come to the office due to problem with my credit card. When I called, confusion and never got a call back.

the localtion is good. Parking was easy

my wasm room smelled of mold bad . Very disapointed

No breakfast served. Just coffee.

Sink in the bathroom did not drain well. Toilet had to be adjusted so water would fill in tank. Unable to control temperature of water in the shower-full hot.

Didn’t know there was breakfast.

We had 2 rooms booked and both bathrooms were in use! I have a digestive problem. I went to ask if i could use their battoom and was told no.

Location very near great beaches, right out of Charlestown and near watch hill, on historical route 1, easy to get in and get out, staff a family that is friendly and flexible when problems arise

shabby rooms poorly maintained, bit disorganized about room distribution to guests

Nice location not far from the hustle and bustle of the beaches off 1A. Most affordable place to stay in the area, but still rather expensive for lackluster accomodations

Room had a very musty, odd smell to it. Colors very bland and outdated. Lighting was abysmal.

The owner is amazing.
